Great service for this hotel with very new facilities.

This time not so great - service had no desire to sell drinks. Ordered burger medium and get it almost raw and cold. Much better last year.

Beautiful designed hotel - but very loud in the hallways so long sleeping is not possible. Breakfast is great.

It is a very nice hotel with a reasonably good location thanks to the public transport you can get everywhere quickly. You can stay there very well and the value for money I think is very reasonable

Excellent hotel of this class, newer property and extremely clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very well located, 10 minutes from the airport, and close to de city. The view is amazing! Very much recommend this hotel if you are looking for a wonderful hospitality experience.

I like your design of meeting rooms together with hotel

It is clear that they have opted for very young people. Everything has good and bad, but as an older person I am m would have liked to see someone over 35 years and show respect for the experience.

Incredible above all the terrace with beautiful views

It's a nice and modern hotel, but it is rather noisy. This is due to the design. The hotel is essentially a hollow tower, with the lobby at the ground floor. There is no acoustic dampening whatsoever, so even one person laughing at the groundfloor can easily be heard in your room on the first floor. Ask for a room on a higher floor to avoid the noise.

Great service, modern facilities, good value for money. Very dedicated staff especially on the worth seeing Roof-top bar. Breakfast buffet is highly recommended! Anytime again!

Spectacular experience at the Palma Bay hotel. The enclave is wonderful because it is right at the entrance, away from Palma, but if you are going to do for example route of beaches by car is perfect you can also find parking place for your rental car on the street, which if you get in Palma will not happen. It also has parking, 15 euros per day. The pool is small but very nice and the views are wonderful. The best thing without a doubt are the rooms, the hotel has a wonderful design and is very clean. The staff is charming and super attentive. It has a spa, but for a fee. We also hired breakfast, for my taste something expensive for what it offers (15 euros) but I do not regret it. If I go back to Palma I would definitely stay at this hotel again although surely, without breakfast.

A modern and well equipped hotel. Easy parking and close to downtown and the beach.

15 for a breakfast (per person) is an armed robbery (obviously we do not pay). Everything else great.

A super well located hotel, as it is 10 minutes from the airport by car, is just at the entrance to Palma, so it is not in the center that is noisier, and especially ideal for business trips. It is attached to the convention center and is modern and functional. Ideal as I say to come from work.

Excellent structure, large rooms with lounge, air conditioning, modern structure, swimming pool service on the 7th floor with bar.

Very good location with views of the bay, professional service and friendly service.

Hotel Melia Palma Bay is wonderfully located, just next to the city beach. The bus stops in front of the hotel to take you to the city center, however I advise you to take a taxi back. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The only problem is that it is situated exactly at the highway and the noise from the cars cannot be avoided during the night. Otherwise, i would rate the hotel with 5 stars. Staff is extremely polite and helpful.

We have enjoyed our stay. The service was very kid friendly and the rooms are tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, only the coffee was not our case. However, there are many shortcomings in the hotel, which will cause this beautiful hotel suffers greatly. The pool on the rooftop shows moisture damage that you see as a swimmer. The wood has not been maintained yet and looks quite stressed. Most doors creak or jam on the floor, destroying the floor or, alternatively, the doors. The elevator doors do not always work properly. Door hinges wobble, ceilings in the toilet draw moisture, cabinets do not close reliably, expansion joints on the floor are sometimes catastrophic and so on. When we arrived our room had power outage. These are all details that do not necessarily affect the quality of the holiday, but raise fears for the coming years. That's why the star deduction.

The hotel is located on the second line, right in front of the road to the airport, it is noisy, at the reception they were simply frankly rude in response to complaints, the money was not returned, although they did not receive what they ordered, the rooms are clean, the cleaning is good, the breakfast is very poor, I do not recommend the hotel! !!!!

Please do not book at this hotel chain! I am used to traveling quite often and I have never seen such bad hotel service, it is for this reason that I will share my experience and do everything to denounce the actions of this hotel chain on the internet and on social networks!
I initially booked 3 weeks ago at the Melia Innside and 4 days before the departure date I received an email from the hotel chain telling me that finally the hotel is closed and that it directs me directly to another hotel in the chain. As I am leaving with a friend, I call him to let him know and ask him if they have put him in the same hotel. He receives the email but problem they put it in another hotel of the same chain!
The goal being to spend a vacation together, I decided to call the Spanish number so that we could both be in the same hotel.
I ran into one of the worst customer service I've had on the phone! 30 minutes to wait, the girl tells me that the hotel where I booked is closed and tells me it's like that and not otherwise! No business gesture to apologize and plus cancellation fees when they change me hotel without me asking anything! After 30 minutes I finally manage to have the same hotel but still no confirmation email which obviously gives too much work to the person who answers the phone !!!
Currently I am in the hotel, no parking, no commercial gesture for their mistake and not at all the kind of hotel I expected !!
I will do everything to make it known !!

Rooms clean food not bad food a bit on cold side however some one had a poo in the pool management thought it was funny and did not deal with it good at all asked the pool atendendent if he was going to empty the water and clean all I got was a middle finger so customer relations 1 minus so think before you swim

A very beautiful building, poor decoration predominates the architectural vision, the very comfortable room, the spectacular shower the stick that we had two beds together but were not subject to each other and that the spa was closed for renovations.
