I really disappointed with the staff here. The reception woman s attitude was really bad. The tissues in my room was empty during two days, so I asked her to fill it up. Actually her attitude was so bad from the beginning, when I said hello to her, she glanced me with no smile and she said what do you want . I asked her to fill up my room s tissues and she replied me saying What? so many times contemptuously.
Maybe my English wasn t fluent, but although her attitude was really rude and I felt really bad. And she memorized my room number and promised to bring it to my room. And surprisingly, when I said goodbye to her, she made big smile to the next white guy and said with big voice hello!!! . Is this racism?? Was her attitude bad because I m Japanese(Asian)? I felt that I was strongly insulted by her. That made my impression about Finn. That racism attitude made really bad memory of Finland.
And finally, no one came to bring the tissues to my room. I used the toilet paper instead of that....
