First the upside the rooms were well equipped and shiny. Then what was wrong.. We'll everything. I reached the hotel at 1 pm, they asked me to come at 3pm as the rooms were not ready. Quite a pain after a long journey but I adhered. When I asked for a restroom they sent me to the restaurant nearby, whereas there's a perfectly functional guest bathroom.

I returned at 3:30pm and I was made to wait for another 0.5 hrs for the room as they said its being checked. I checked into the room and there were hair strands on the pillow. I was too tired so I removed the pillow and settled in. But not expected for an evening check in on pretext of room cleaning.

My awesome wife took me here for my birthday. Amazing view of Lake Ontario, Billy Bishop airport and Harbor Front. It is also a 10 minute walk to the CN Tower. Very clean, everything she had requested for the room was taken care of, and the staff were particularly welcoming.

Management was terrible. TV was down for days, kept getting the run around as to the problem (yes days). Rooms weren't cleaned on time (not assigned enough hotel staff for cleaning), staff did little to offer compensation unless asked - too reactive to the situation(s). I spoke to Manager Daniel - he promised me a free breakfast, but then didn't follow up on his promise. very poor cust svce.

The location was excellent, the staff tried their best, but they were poorly managed. Would be an amazing place with a responsible person in charge.

Absolutely dreadful, they cancelled our room for no reason at 4pm on the day we were due to check in. despite us having booked the hotel over 3 weeks before. Rude, unhelpful staff had no interest in helping us. So we were stuck in Toronto with 2 children and no where to stay.

I loved the room decor and comfort. The food was incredible and the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help my stay to be special. I will definitely be coming back to stay. My only complaint is no indoor pool so
I will have to come back in the summer.

Nice hotel in a great local right by the harbourfront. We enjoyed an upgraded corner room right above Queens Quay and the Amsterdam Brewhouse. The location is a little noisy at night, but otherwise very enjoyable and picturesque.

Good.

This is a decent hotel. Well kept and decent rooms. The staff are very kind and courteous. I got there late and was unable to check out the restaurant. The location is convenient to take public transit into downtown, or if you are up for a stroll, it i
Takes about 50 minutes to walk to Bloor Street. The hotel is also very close to Union station, so the UP express to Pearson airport is close by.

Amazing location, great rooms, incredibly friendly staff...the only thing that stops me from giving it a five is that it was noisey. We were on the fifth floor and could still here people outside on the street just talking and our room fan was really loud. Too bad because everything else was perfect.

The hotel is over priced for the quality of the rooms.
While I was fortunate enough to have the cost covered by my employer, I hope they got a deal.

The rooms are basic and nothing fabulous.
The air vent was caked in dust that clearly hasn t been cleaned in months, the smoke detector was yellow and dated and almost appears it use to be a smokers room, the toilet was not properly bolted to the floor so when reaching for the toilet paper the toilet bowel would wobble and clunk.

There were also repairs done to the ceiling that would poorly done and obviously rushed to get completed, the bedding was clean but no happy compromise as the duvet made you overheat but the temperature in the room was already cold.

And finally the parking the price of $26 bucks is bad enough but then to throw taxes on that fee as well is craziness.

Just not an overall good experience and would not go back. I definitely would not pay the nightly rate for this hotel.

Great location for harbourfront walk, easy access to downtown and streetcar.
Spotlessly clean, spacious rooms with lovely views across the lake and the CN tower.
Charming, happy staff.
Cafe in lobby with great coffee and treats!

The services of the hotel was great, nivel of cleaning was exelente, the room was big in space and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent in regards everything in the hotel. The location of hotel is great too, no far away from union station where you can get the UP express to the airport. The hotel is situated in the harbour where you can get a great view of the lake, also located just a few metres from CN Tower.

The rooms were clean and updated and the hotel was quiet. The front desk staff had a terrible time understanding that my supervisor made the reservations but was not actually checking into the room (I stayed for business). Additionally, myself and my coworker (seperate rooms) were both charged for parking on our credit cards which were put down for room damages - after parking had already been covered by my supervisor's card who made the reservations and paid for the stay. Calling the hotel to discuss these extra charges was a challenge - I have been told the charges will be reversed, but I have a suspicion that I will have to keep bugging them. If you stay here, make sure to check your credit card statement afterwards!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good service. The bed and room were very large (bed was wide enough for three sets of pillows) and we had a floor to ceiling full width window looking out onto the harbor which was lovely. The hotel is walking distance to Union station and the center of Toronto as well as the island ferry terminal. Highly recommended.

Superb stay. Fast internet, good TV, very positive. Great location, quick streetcar ride to union station. The beds were soft and good. Nice touch of them to have a pool which had such a nice view of the CN tower. Near Rogers Centre (walking distance for events and ball games...) and CN tower.

We had a lovely stay! Location is unbeatable, had a great view and the room was clean. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars was that because the pool is connected to the restaurant you re not permitted to bring your own drinks or food to the pool. I also found it annoying that anyone could buy a pass into the pool there. It s beautiful and the pool was part of why I chose it. Having to fight off people who aren t staying there for a seat at the pool seems odd.

The restaurant food was horrible. I bought a groupon and hoping it was been a great birthday gift for my gf. I got there and the sitting and waiters very nice. I ordered a taco chip dip appretizar and the chips were wet and the dip was not even dip. They had some kind of crab and cheese in it and honestly it was looked like vomit. My gf got a spinach salad and that was really good. I move on to main course with steak ribs kinda salty but okay. The "look like" mash potato was actually mashed cauliflower which was disgusting and I spit it out instantly. I had enough so I had my apple pie dessert to go

Great customer service, room was odd. Plastic chair, not comfortable at all. Lite headboard I couldn't find the switch, had to call the desk to figure it out. Shower has tons of pressure but the build of the shower soaks the bathroom floor. Some mold on the shower tiles. Laminate flooring, toilet ran most of the night and lots of sounds from a party heard through the bathroom ducting. I'm giving it a 4 star mainly for customer service and overall cleanleness.

Nice hotel. Great location and rooms were very clean (felt even cleaner with hardwood floors rather than carpet). No vending machines in the hotel so if you need more than a couple bottles of water or a couple Keurig coffees then bring some of your own beverages for the room fridge. The pool on the 5th floor is simple but nice, and the view of the lit up CN Tower from the pool at night is wonderful. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a basic room with two queens (beds that is), so the room wasn't large or exquisite, but great for what we needed.

Great location in downtown Toronto. 10 min from distillery district and College st. Close to Roger's centre and Scotiabank arena. Great place to crash and grab a flight in the morning at Toronto island. Comfortable beds. Right next to Amsterdam brewery.

My husband and I went for a little mid-winter break here. What a delightful boutique hotel. In every way we felt welcomed and at home. The food in the bar/dining room was really good, and

My second time staying there, but this time I had experience with their parking (very convenient, albeit tricky to get in and out of) and the pool (it felt amazing on one of the hottest days of the year but obviously it was fairly crowded and chairs were hard to come by). The bed was just as great as I remembered and really the only complaint I had was the TV and available channels seemed very poor quality. Digital cable exists but all the channels looked like they were being picked up by an antenna stuck up in the attic or something.
