I live close to the Raddison and I have tried several times to have lunch/drink at the pool/lake view outdoor patio &restaurant and every time they have not had sufficient staff. This time I ordered a meal and waited for 45 minutes and had to walk back into the bar area to inform them to cancel my order. Sunny Fridays starting a long weekend should have more staff.

We stored in to look at The View, as a wedding venue. It is past The Watermark, which is gorgeous, and right next to the pool. The pool has fantastic views of the water and a perfectly framed CN Tower. We didn't stay so I can't judge the amenities, but the staff we spoke with were great and helpful.

Rooms are nice and location is great. The beds are on basic metal frames and make a lot of noise when moving around even just slightly. The hotel has a "shrimp/seafood" smell, at least on the second floor, but again a nice hotel in good area. Front desk agents are very nice and helpful.

Not a bad hotel, location is pretty ideal to the convention center and downtown. It's a bit expensive though, and they pick weird times to do housekeeping - one morning they were knocking on the door at 7:30 am to clean, and every evening at 7 they are vacuuming the hall outside.

Enjoyed my stay here, and would definitely come back.

Pros:
- fantastic location. It's literally steps from the water and away from the noise and hustle bustle of downtown, but definitely still within walking distance to everything you'd want to get to.
- everything seems new and updated. I was here for a two day work conference and the conference area is excellent, rooms were updated and very clean, and there's this really great staircase which connects all the floors between the 2nd and 5th and their respective meetings areas. Very cool.
- staff were generally pretty friendly throughout.
- decent sized gym with new weights, cardio machines, and a universal gym.
- Starbucks located in the lobby

Cons:
- there's no wifi signal in the gym, which is kind of hidden in the depths of the building
- my room smelled very strongly of chemicals (probably some kind of cleaning solution) when I got in. It eventually went away after the first day, but when I mentioned it to the front desk them brushed it off as normal.

Location is perfect, kid got to play right at the water front. 7 minute walk to aquarium, streetcar is right in the front door. Room is clean. Problem is few facility, gym is very small and has no view, but we not here to stay in the hotel. Room noise isolation is a bit weak we can hear some noise st night from other rooms.

Amazing location! Walk away for most of the tourist attractions like CN tower, Nathan Philip square, Ripleys aquarium, Roger center and some of the good malls can be reached by street car and bus. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and guide if you need to get around. There is a Tim Hortons just below the hotel and a starbucks to get your day started!

Great friendly concierge with free kitkat as a bonus. Prices per night have gone bazongers but definitely a great location. Close to the beautiful pier and depending on your room you may get a view of the cn tower. Location is solid. Rooms were clean. Only downside was we had to wait 5 minutes past 3 pm for the room. The kitkat made up for it.

Great location close to downtown situated directly at the lake. Spacious well maintained rooms. Friendly staff. Somewhat noisy. At the time of my visit only an overprized a la carte breakfast was available.

Good views and location! Not far from Ripley's aquarium and CN tower. The hop on hop off tour bus stops right next to the hotel too. Many restaurants around and a grocery store! Hotel was clean and friendly staff.

This was an okay Hotel. I had a really nice room that had a little sitting area and an electric fireplace. The bed was comfortable and there was a lovely view of the lake. Room service was not operating because of the covid-19 epidemic that was just starting and the first night I was there the restaurant was closed. They do have a little sports bar type Place connected to the hotel through the lobby, it is on the street side of the hotel, so Vista de nada, and the mediocre sports bar type menu. Not my kind of place. So I went across a sort of Plaza about a hundred yards to a really nice Brewpub. They had a lovely menu and a great view of the lake. Be warned there are no bellhops at this hotel but they will lend you their luggage trolley. The restaurant in the hotel on the 4th or 5th floor, I don't remember which has a nice breakfast menu and a lovely view of the lake. I would stay here again but only if a Lakeview room like I had was available.

First off, it took about an hour to get to our room, which, in my opinion, is way too long. It's possible to hear something everything going on in the halls which isn't good for sleep. The beds are creaky, and the bathroom door makes a loud noise after it's opened. On the plus side, it looks very modern and the TV is pretty nice. The window is pretty much the size of the entire room, although the view isn't that great.

Big, high ceiling room, air conditioning, large windows, large comfy bed. Shower very small, no bath tub in our room. Staff friendly. Great location, Rose St right around the corner with lots of pubs, stores, etc.

I had the most amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly nice, helpful and professional. I dealt with a gentleman named Roque and he provided me with a room with a gorgeous view. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, did i mention how nice my view was? I was there on business travel and when we needed documents printed they printed them for us at no extra cost. I really enjoyed this hotel especially the staff. Thank you for a pleasant experience, Roque.

Just hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Looks a bit dated and the rooms are a bit older. The connecting door in particular caused a lot of nuisance from the neighbors. No more of this time ... Location is very beautiful!

Location is superb, room is very good but the common areas don t smell very good, not pleasant at all. The staff was ok, polite. I d stay there again if I got a good deal as it was this case (March 2018). The picture attached is the view from the room on the 3rd floor.

Didn t try the breakfast, room service, restaurant or the fitness Center.

Lovely location, excellent viees and lots of local touristy things to do. Only major complaints are air conditioning in room - really loud and made me feel unwell (filter for AC need changing?), and the alarm clock was stuck on pacific time and couldn't be changed. Very odd.

A very nice hotel. Location is spectacular. I lucked out with a view of the harbour. I would consider this place five stars but three things really bugged me. One, they only have an ice machine on one floor and I wasn't on that floor. This seems weird but may be a product of a downtown hotel. Second, the rooms don't have blackout curtains so my sleep was terrible. I'm sure this is a strategy to get people to check out quicker but this was annoying for privacy and being woken up early. Finally, the bed was very firm. My back hurt the next day and I barely slept. Hotel beds are usually firm but this was a bit more than normal.

Great location, right on the Waterfront. Walking distance to main attractions in the Entertainment District (CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, Rogers Centre Stadium, Scotiabank Arena, etc). Easy access to TTC streetcars, routes 310, 509 & 510. Room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. Exceptional service. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall, nice and relaxing stay.

There was a power outage when I stayed there last week and the GM went out of her way to make sure that we were all comfortable and taken care of. She even went to the next door stores to ask for their pw protected wifi password so that I could call my family in the US. Honestly, she was amazing.

Good service, nice hotel, homeless lady walked in and they wouldn't let her use the washroom, sad, but then let her go on a tirade infront of the kids and expanded their vocabulary...thanks

Me and my family decided to come down to Toronto for a couple days so we decided to stay here. The staff were very polite and the general vibe of the hotel was very welcoming. The pool was also nice and the servers were very kind and nice to chat with. Our only problem was the pool and the issue is that it's not accessible to people who can't walk well/can't climb the ladder. My grandma was one of those people, my suggestion is to add some sort of walk-in steps. But besides that the rooms were very nice and everything in the room was modern and up to date.

Not the best area to be located in but for the price I can t complain to much. Was a clean hotel though but if you want to be in the area where everything is located this is not it. Really close to the CN Tower and the Ripley Aquarium though.
