We spent a Sunday night here. Very close to many attractions and restaurants. Room was comfortable and the wooden floors are a nice touch. The cable is only standard definition and always defaults to stretch to 16:19. A pretty good home base to drop into for a quick rest and some relaxation at the end of the day.
Everything was clean and comfortable, the shower heads are a little dated but not the scaley ones you often see. A great place to stay if you can get a discount, but I wouldn't pay the full price.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for the Canada Summer Games this past August. This was our location for 3 weeks. I have nothing bad to say about this place, the service was excellent, our room was clean, comfortable, had all the amenities we needed, and if there was something you needed all you had to do was ask. I would see the chamber maids everyday, dusting, washing windows, vacuuming, to ensure the rooms were in top shape. The continental breakfast was quite good, nothing fance but everything you would need to get by. The location is great, you are on the main road (Rue King), next to a lovely market, within walking distance of many shops, a mall, and next to a lake (Lac Du Nation) with a nice walking trail surrounding it.
You have underground parking if you need. (not sure the cost as we were with a large group and everything was tied to one invoice).
I would stay here again.

Just arrived. Dirty bathroom. Hairs all over. No washcloths. You can tell the floor hasn t been washed. Went to get some ice to keep my little one s milk on ice. Soaked carpet and floor at the ice machine. Not a great first impression.

Great service. Room requested wasnt available so they upgraded us for free. Very mice staff all around and a beautiful view. The breakfast was pricy but there was both a mearby starbucks and a nearby tim hortons attached to the hotel. I would recommend staying here.

Positioned on the sea, it is a little out of the city casino. It is very close to a tourist bus stop and therefore logistically convenient. Comfortable and elegant rooms. The bath products are of excellent quality! For the low price we found, it was well above our expectations!

Fantastic experience. Friendly & seamless check-in and check-out; comfy, clean, and above all, quiet, accommodation for my business trip.

Customer service from Remi (sp) was tremendous. When last-minute construction trucks showed up on the street outside my window to lay industrial cable until late into the night, Remi arranged to move me into an utterly peaceful suite overlooking the pool deck and opposing condos. Such accommodation & customer service makes all the difference between a money-wasting headache and a choice well-made. Given this kind of management, I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Great location. Check in staff was polite and helpful and the room was updated. The negative review is due to the pool condition. I was by the pool on 7/20 around 6-8pm. There were kids diving in the pool, yelling and throwing a ball. The guests behavior ruined the experience for other guests. The staff did not enforce the hotel policy even when requested.

Checked in quickly (with an early check-in request granted), along with a free room upgrade because of a birthday and early booking. Room was bright and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. (was tempted to take the pillows home) will definitely be staying here again!

We arrived to check-in, despite booking 3 months in advance and ensuring we had a king room, there was "none available". Ok well we are nice people, these things happen, we will make do.
After settling in we decide to take a quick nap, the people in the next room decided they would have a party instead; music pounding, obnoxiously loud drunk talking in the mid-afternoon. Went down to reception and were told that we couldn't be moved but that they will "deal with the noise". After our evening out clearly nothing was done, the party continued, we even got to hear drunk people vomiting into the early hours. After that we thought we had finally got to some quiet time and rest. Nope. They were up and yelling again at 7am.
Oh well, may as well get up and get some breakfast as apparently we aren't allowed to sleep.
Fast forward to night number 2. This time the party is in the hall. And it's LOUD. We go downstairs after 2 hours of trying and failing to sleep. We are told they will give us a free breakfast and parking .....what?!
No apologies, no changing our room, and no refund for two nights we paid for a place to sleep, and somehow got none.
We have stayed at Radisson hotels consistently. We will be looking for a new place. This was a disaster and so bitterly disappointing.

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel and would stay here every time we visited Toronto. However, after our wedding last month we asked if they offered any perks or special offers for newlyweds and they flat out said no. We ended up booking at a cheaper hotel that offered us a special honeymoon rate, with breakfast for 2 and a bottle of wine. We were so grateful for their kindness and accommodation- it is too bad that Radisson Admiral doesn't offer a honeymoon package! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic getaway, that's for sure, and unfortunately they lost a very loyal guest that will not be returning in the future!!

very good location. 8 min walking distance from CN tower and the Aquarium. beautiful area and you go for a walk around the lake harbor. the room was nice, modern style and clean with great city view facing the CN tower.. the bed was comfy but the pillows was not for me. what I didn't like is that we found bath towels but no robes or slippers and only bar soap, no shower-gel.

Nice rooms, good wifi, the bathroom was really cool at a glance but if u really start looking theres some evidence of bad construction with glue hanging out and bits of dirt in small places

The room was clean and looked quite nice, there was a decent view of the CN tower. Driving to the hotel was a bit of a mess and parking was confusing but it was walking distance to most of downtown.

Was attending a conference here. Hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly. Service very slow at the Starbucks located at the hotel. The parking was very reasonably priced for Toronto and there were many food options directly in the area!!

Very friendly and accommodating staff, amazing views and great location. Despite many places being closed (due to COVID) there was still something open nearby. This is a perfect place to be when vacationing in Toronto for the summer, would highly recommend and will be back again.

Polite, friendly and very accommodating staff. Comfortable clean rooms with warm inviting decor. Spring stay, so too early to enjoy the patio pool but the harbourfront location offers many great views and things to do right outside the lobby doors.

I had a great stay here, the location was very convenient and there were alot of places to eat and visit nearby (some are not easily viewed on Google maps though). Walking to Rogers centre was a breeze but it is easy to walk much further and may result in a blister if your shoes are not good!

I want to thank the management of the hotel for being accommodating and helpful to resolve a issue I had with my room. Overall I would rate this as one of Toronto's finest luxury properties. Five star all the way!

Amazing rooftop pool with a burger to match!!!

The pool on the roof of this downtown hotel is the perfect spot to relax when you are not a hotel guest.

The admission of $40 dollars per head (or tail ;)) gives you access to a well maintained pool with spectacular views of the CN Tower and Toronto Harbour.

The burger is a must have and completes this summertime destination.

Special thanks to the kind staff that allowed us in the pool area just after 10 am as the start time for non-hotel guests is 12 pm.

Great location on the harbour, just a short walk from UUnion. The food was pretty good too! Most of the conference rooms were quite comfortable, but the atrium was a bit too wide for comfort. Two projectors with a podium in the middle didn't seem comfortable for speakers. I would recommend this venue for future conferences.
