I'll stay at this hotel in the future. It's very nice.
The rooms are beautiful, beds are very comfy and staff very nice.
Courteous staff, clean and modern rooms. Many food places nearby, super close walk to Rogers Centre/ACC/Ripley's Aquarium.
However, TV did not work well. Could not connect to wifi. Elevators were out of service for part of stay. Overall stay was good and would return. Would specify a room with a view next time.
Great staff and service. Nice views if u can get one. Breakfast is average.
amazing location right downtown by the water. rooms were adequately sized and service was exceptional. I would recommend to any one.
The rooms, customer and location were good. The hotel is in a location that is close to tourist attractions like CN tower, Ripley aquarium not to far from the club district. A place called Amsterdam next door lots of singles. . Easy access to the public transportation and cabs as well. The pool is nice with alot of seating and great view of the river.
Okayyy for a night but hey they will surprise you with extra parking charges on your bill.
Very well located, very nice room, very nice bathroom, very nice staff, close to everything and near a gigantic outdoor parking lot to park a car with luggage rack on the roof
I'm giving 3 stars (and 1 Star), read on... My wife and I travelled in to the city from Oakville to spend a day at the roof top pool. Towel service was awesome, pool was clean, food was delicious. Slightly over priced drinks. Gorgeous sunshine and a great place to watch millennials get hammered.
1-Star for the poorly maintained and dirty washroom/change rooms. No water in the womens washroom so that one can wash hands. The mens washroom was absolutely disgusting. May I suggest housekeeping or maintenance check in on the facilities every hour? Especially when it's ridiculously busy on sunny days. Nothing is worse than a dirty, unkept washrooms.
We just parked at Radisson Admire hotel
All day parking fee is only $20 until midnight. Near habour front.
Overall a good hotel, a little on the pricey side for the quality but I had no complaints.
Was given 2 queen when was told 1 king when I reserved, asked to change rooms and was accommodated. I later discovered new room had an annoying repetitive mechanical noise coming from the ceiling that would go for ten minutes every ten minutes. Didn't change rooms again since I already had, but should have because the sound just got more frustrating as the night went on. Room was clean though.
Nice hotel and the pool is in the top of the hotel , and have 3 level underground parking
Pool was great. Staff was friendly. Room was clean.
I attented a social gathering and spent the majority of the time on the harubour front I enjoyed the view.
Unfortunately not 4 stars anymore. Location is good, but the hotel itself is worn. The windows can not effectively dampen the loud noises of the nearby highway. Add to that the loud fans on the roof. At night we had about 33 db in the room. The taxi ordered through the hotel turned out to be a limousine service, the 1st was more expensive than the normal taxi and 2. an old broken cart that was dirty inside. Otherwise the reception was friendly and good. We did not use the restaurant. There are many possibilities nearby. For breakfast we can recommend eviva. In the evening you can eat quite well at the Amsterdam Brewhouse.
For the cost of the hotel, the only value is the location to the Entertainment district. The room was not 100% clean. The pillows were not comfortable. The bathroom had some rust and large wet spots on the ceiling. The views were amazing but the sound from the hallway, other rooms, and the street was very prominent. Felt like they were all in the room with us.
If you are looking for something close to downtown, then this was ok, but we will try something different next time we come!
Beautiful hotel. Has more of a condo feel, which makes it more comfortable. The view is amazing, looking out of the lake. The room has a mini fridge and a coffee maker, however it would be awesome to have a microwave as well. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the room wasn't clean. Sticky floor with sticky footprints, sticky cup rings on the coffee table, long blond strands of hair in the bed..we complained and they sent someone up there to mop, but when we went back to the room the floors were still sticky, same sticky footprints , sigh. We went back down to complain and they sent the person back up to "mop". Long story short, they mopped this time but not thoroughly. Needless to say, we kept our slippers on the rest of the time! Overall, if the rooms are cleaned and inspected properly, it's an awesome place to stay. We are going to go back one of these days. Hopefully things will be up to par
My Wife and I stayed at the Radisson during a storm warning. Our room ended up leaking ruining my leather bag and having me travel home in wet clothes. Initially I was told that my room would be covered. After following up with them they told me that it was me who spilled beer in the room and because it was my fault the room would not be covered. Not sure if I'm more mad about the dollar value not covered or the fact they tried to pin their fault on me.
Great hotel! I've stayed for business for 5 weeks and really enjoyed it. It's around a 15 minite walk to Billy Bishop airport and surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. Sobeys Urban Fresh is a 5 minute walk away, Rabbas is across the street, plus pizza places, a thai restaurant, Tim Hortons and Starbucks right downstairs; too many to fully list.
The location is great, it is right on the waterfront and a streetcar stop is right outside. You can purchase 1 use tickets at the machine at the stop for $3.25 per adult to use if needed to the airport (or to travel around downtown etc). To the airport though it is streetcar 509 and the stop for the airport is Bathurst street, and if noone presses the request button for the stop then press it, they will not always stop if noone requests and noone waiting. You still have to cross over and walk a little ways, but definitely better then walking with luggage, or you can always call a cab or uber.
One nice thing about this hotel is you can request a microwave. Just ask at the front desk and they will wheel one up on its own cart for your stay for no extra charge.
Beds are super comfortable, very clean, nice rooms and large bathroom. There is a pretty nice gym onsite and pool but its seasonal and outside.
Went on a busy weekend, staff was very professional and willing to help.
Hotel was really good value. Although it's not the Ritz, the rooms were very nice and staff were pleasant and accommodating.... suitable for most travellers. We had a great view of the lake - check out the photos !
However, I would avoid the Amsterdam Brewery restaurant next door... the food was mediocre and over priced.
Room was great, tv was limited. It was pretty cold despite pumping the temperature up to max which was 32c. Other than that everything else was great
Was great! Very central to a large amount of events. Will stay again!
Manager was helpful but if you have a car carrier you will have to find off site
Parking. Great location to walk along the harbor or to site see downtown Toronto.
Amazing experience. Rooms are spacious (well mine was - King Room). Clean and quiet hotel. Very friendly staff. Would definitely book again!
Lovely hotel and great location. Staff were great and went above and beyond to make our stay great.
Great location with beautiful views of lake Ontario and the CN Tower. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.
Very nice hotel on the water close to everything..very modern room
No t outstanding. But clean and inexpensive. Parking not convenient. Will be nicer when queens quay reopens
Spring time is great! Amazing outdoor autmosphere and downtown vibe. Staff are attentive and very professional.
Clean, great location, close to the Amsterdam brew pub.
Nice renovations since our last stay. We loved the laminate flooring. Very clean and location is amazing.
It was fantastic. Stayed in room 724...most beautiful view over the harbour........everything was great. Thanks a lot for the great service.
We booked a room for two nights for a wedding on the island. The hotel is very nice and modernized and has a Starbucks in the lobby.
I use a power wheelchair but don't require the room to be accessible. We were in room 832 which had an excellent view of the harbor as well as Queen's quay. The bed was very comfortable and had lots of blanket options.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel I will probably stay there again.
I was very impressed with the room: recently finished floors, immaculate washroom, good King size bed, and a very usable desk and wifi for work purposes. Exactly what I needed.
An excellent hotel where the staff from the manager make you feel welcome in Toronto
Excellent lakeview pool patio and bar. They state that it will cost $40 for non-hotel guests to access the swimming pool, but I found that when I ordered a frozen cocktail and lunch, I was not charged the pool use fee. The pool is in the shade after 4 p.m. but otherwise there are no umbrellas.
I really like the bright spacious modern rooms here! It's location right by the water gives it a calm atmosphere. The breakfast buffet has a rather limited selection of options, but the in room breakfast options are very nice and very affordable! Finally, the gym is very small and had only the basic equipment. Some rooms have a telescope to play with - how cool is that?! I stayed here almost the entire summer every week and the staff have always been the most caring, nice people I've met at any hotel - thank you for looking after me so well!!
The hotel overall was very nice! It was clean and had a nice modern design. When we arrived, we were given a complementary upgrade, although we didn't actually know what that upgrade was as the room seemed to be what I actually booked in the first place. Breakfast was weird and overpriced . The food was good but the servers seemed like they were managers trying to demo "how to do the role properly". They were rushed, awkward, and just made breakfast a bit weird. The food was above par for a hotel, but for the price you're better off going to a actual breakfast restaurant, where you'll get better selection and at a better price.
It's an okay hotel, but they messed up with my payment.
Thank goodness for Alex at the Radisson Harbourside Toronto! We had a day of difficulty yesterday with canceled flights, new hotel bookings made on the wrong day, and Alex was able to accommodate us by finding new rooms, sorting back of house details with the 3rd party and there was 6 of us! Many thanks to Alex and highly recommend staying at the Radisson for great service views and hospitality!
I used the public parking, came early and got a great spot. Prices are very reasonable especially in that area. Will definitely use again!
Great location on Toronto's Harbourfront which makes it convenient to walk to anywhere in Entertainment District as well as Billy Bishop Airport. The staff is very welcoming and we got good suggestions from them for exploring Toronto for the first time. We got a complimentary upgrade to business suite with contemporary design a view of the lake. The housekeeping staff is lovely and will cater to anything you need during your stay. I will book with Radisson Admiral again when I visit Toronto.
Well located in Downtown. Our room was big and comfortable but a little outdated. They clean the rooms every 4 days because of COVID, that's fine but we ran out of toilet paper, we went to the front desk and they said they would send the manager but noone came.
Good place to park for a jays game. 5 min walk $40.
To much expensive , bad service , personally I don t like
Located at a very prime location. Love the water front and walking around was amazing:)
Went here for a weekend workshop. Overall very clean and a good place to hold seminars.
Great Hotel, great position on the Harbour front, view from our room
Attended my firms summer party at the pool. Lunch and drinks in the sunshine.
Great rooms, fantastic pool, awesome service WiFi included and a great location
Great experience! Will definitely come back again! Thanks!
Friendly staff, pristine premises, excellent location near many downtown sights and venues.
Located on Toronto's waterfront and downtown next to the marina and all the attractions that are part of this great clean and safe city . Boutique style and fairly small hotel with a small banquet facilities rooftop restaurant and outdoor swimming pool . Transit at the door , so is the marine police and fire department units . Prices are on the high side but worth the try .
Lived at when I booked through expedia, great spot and nice view next to the lake, got tim hortons, swiss chalet, amsterdam brew house, starbucks around it. Close to TTC station and get an underground parking lot, the only thing is parking is very expensive, $45 overnight...
Clean and eclectic room, with friendly service. With Amsterdam Brewhouse across the street, it makes it an easy place to stay.
Staff are very accommodating and very prompt with guest requests. The rooms are very clean and very well maintained. I had the best birthday stay after a long night on a cruise around the Toronto islands.
Nice place. Rooms are done in a clean, Nordic style; nice view of the Harbour; quiet.
It's a little bit on the expensive side but the view and amenities justify it.
It's the Radisson at the end of the day. It's a decent place to stay for the night but dont expect the stereotypical amenities and options of a high end hotel. If you get a room facing the lake you're guaranteed a great view. Its location is good as it's the only hotel on Queens Quay.
Very beautiful hotel with lots of restaurants around. The rooms are good size and very, very comfortable beds.
Attended meetings at this hotel. Close to the water and lots of food options nearby. If driving, pay attention to the signs. You can only get in/out of the road very specific ways. Conference room temperatures varied widely . Hop on Hop off city tour bus stop is right outside hotel.
