I am very happy with my new townhouse that Qattro built at Noarlunga. There were a few minor defects, which were attended to quickly. The Qattro staff are all very helpful.
DO NOT BUILD WITH THIS COMPANY. Do NOT believe their obviously fake recent reviews to bump up their star rating. I ve had to live in a mould infested house for over six months now because of their poor workmanship. There is a disgusting lack of communication, care and follow through from Stephen Burgess, the technical coordinator. I have never witnessed a person SO dedicated to evading every single call or email that he has received. Do not waste your time or money.
Ever since handing my investment property to Qattro property Management it has been nothing but amazing. We had some issues with a tenant and Qattro sorted them out to my total satisfaction after taking over the property form a previous Agent.
Since then the rent from my property ALWAYS hits my bank account on time at the end of every month
I am very happy with the selection process for the tenants in my property and I am extremely happy with the tenants living there because the reports I receive indicate that they are taking excellent care of the house
The property manager is obliging helpful and eager to take good care of my property giving me peace of mind, I have always found him to be professional and eager to help

I have personally worked closely with Qattro for around 9 years. My employer- CSR Hebel, have a long history as supply partner for Qattro for over 12 years.
It may be said that I may have a biased outlook on Qattro as a supply partner, but this I can assure is not the case.
As it is with CSR Hebel - Qattro has innovated its construction design methods driving a better quality, more efficient cost saving overall product.
Commendably, they support Australian manufactured products, mirroring the focus on quality and environmental benefits- something that is generally lacking in the SA building industry. This is an in-built part of their business strategy, thus generating an environment of innovative thinking and creative problem solving. Qattro is without a doubt a company that has a business model that adapts to changes in the construction environment and their constant innovation has been a catalyst for growth; delivering a superior product and service.
An example of this is Qattro s key personnel who have recently inspected our new manufacturing headquarters on the Central Coast of NSW. They have, and continue to work closely with all levels of our business - technical, marketing, design/construction and sales. This has been with the aim to improve and further their product and service.

My husband and I were very keen to build again..this was our 4th build in the 20 years we have lived in Australia. By far Qattro was the best company we dealt with. Our new home is exactly what we were looking for..
Great location..great value for money.. and quality of our finished home was the best we had, there was very few little fix ups that were fixed very promptly. We also made recommendations to to our family/friends who also decided to purchase properties.

Stressful from beginning to end. Qattro would not fix faulty water proofing in the upstairs bathroom. This is not to mention all their other shoddy work. We will now be going to tribunal.
I had a townhouse in Noarlunga built and the experience overall was very good and I am very happy with the completed townhouse. I had a few minor defects when moving in and they were resolved straight away. The handover was also very good and the staff were very helpful.
Do not build with these criminals. Do you really think these five star ratings below are legitimate? Haha!! They are absolute crooks. Save yourself having to take them to court and just hire a reputable builder!!!!! RUNNNNNNNNNN
The whole process from buying the land to building the townhouse was fairly easy, the end result is a townhouse that looks great and is good quality, any issues were dealt with promptly. A big plus is that it is a proper turnkey house, there are no hidden costs.
Only complaint would be that it took a long time to build but otherwise happy with the outcome.
Buyer beware!!! Once you sign a contract, they require you return your signed copy to them. At that stage they will remove any pages from your copy that they don't want to include in the build (even some pages of the plans!) You won't realise until you get to handover and you think... wait a minute... I was supposed to have perimeter paving... I was supposed to have porcelain, slow close toilet lids.... Do not do business with these people.
Qattro was fantastic to build with and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The quality of their standard specification is great, and the finished product was near-perfect. Their team really work to make the experience as smooth as possible and even the small fixes that needed to be made at handover were rectified quickly. As a first home buyer, it has been great to go through Qattro.
The Qattro team have been most receptive in any queries I had during the build. Any faults were rectified quickly. Compared to other building companies I would happily recommend Qattro's services.
Thank you to the Qattro team, we know our investment property is in safe hands and the build was smooth with great communication along the way. Very easy and our tenants are happy too. Already considering our next investment with you.
1. Terrible communication if any - takes more than a month to have answers & that is with constant calls & emails. Staff are rude & unwilling & make excuses that things are 'hectic' and that excuse has been used by multiple staff members across the board for over a year now.
2. plumbing issues, cupboard issues, ceiling leaks, unfinished product to move into, painting was awful, missing tiles & the list goes on..
3. Business is highly unprofessional and are NOT managing the high workload & only interested in selling.
4. The day before we moved in we were told we were not able to & this caused a huge problem, Qattro owed us money for going over contractual build time & this was painful to squeeze out of them.
Spare yourself the stress!
Firstly, I handed my investment property to Qattro property Management almost two years ago and the service and support have been nothing short of excellent. It's gratifying as well that the rent from my property is promptly put into my bank account on time at the end of every month
Also, I am extremely happy with the tenants living there and the reports I receive indicate that they are taking excellent care of the dwelling. The Qattro property manager Peter is obliging and eager to take good care of my property--giving me peace of mind. He even sends me detailed photos of the property to show the current condition of the place!
If ever I need it Qattro is ready and willing to respond immediately to my requests--they're just a phone call away and very helpful
The end product was good however our townhouse build was over 12 months late from the agreed contract completion date which cost us a lot of additional time and money.
Honest opinion - had no major issues with them, but they definitely have a lot to improve on; constantly unavailable - I have lost count of the amount of times I have had to leave a note for a call back without a call back for several days/not at all - constantly being told "person is currently busy/in a meeting". Project was delayed 3-4 months which was kind of expected. Minor alteration to build was sent for council approval when the builders got to that part, rather than sending earlier in the peace - rookie project management move. I am still waiting on my warranty work 6 months after move-in date. Qattro did okay, but their communication with client and contractors is only a 1-star. They are super under staffed and had a turn-over rate of 3 different employees who were my primary contact over 12 months. I do like the fact they were happy to meet face-to-face within a weeks notice. I did like the handover. I did like their sales team - their sales team is a 5 star and was extremely helpful. It all went down hill when passed from sales to account management. From the day I enquired about the development that I ended up purchasing in to the present day they have been amazing.They took care of everything, not just the build but also assisting with finance and managing the property for me.
