Generally clean mall, decent stores if you're into what they have to give. I can't find much there myself, but others I'm sure will. The mall rats aren't great, but it is what it is.
Had most stuff. Baby selection honestly is very limited. I couldn't find any new born or 0-3 for my son..
Decently sized mall with most of the essentials needed to do a quick shop around. Nothing like a Yorkdale in Toronto or even Masonville in London, ON but it gets the job done.
Almost every type of Shopping store is available over here. Great in Electronics, purchasing phones pr sim cards or both, great clothes choices and good quality food!
Hudson Bay a lot of people think it's expensive it's not at all top-notch deals I shop there all the time I love going there a lot of the clothes I wear are like $10 for the tops you have to look for the deals and they're always there even the running shoes most of the shoes I wear like $30 30 to $40 for Adidas Pumas Nikes staff is very helpful
Largest Mall in the Kitchener Waterloo Cambridge area! Not as unique as it once was
Mall is very good but store selection feels lacking... Food court is small too.

This is abest place to shop. The bus service frem here is for all the locations of kitchener, cambridge and waterloo.

A nice mall with lots of different options to shop from.
The mall hasn't changed much recently, aside from the new LRT construction. The parking lot near TD is a complete disaster and doesn't show much forethought. Parking spots are small in general, and I am constantly worried about door dings. The mall itself has a wide array of offerings, but seems lacklustre.
Years ago what you still love this place was the biggest coolest Mall with the most numerous shots all of them different like the It store the joke Shack Dooley's the game Barn and now it's just barely better in the Stanley Park Mall or Frederick Mall and everyone knows how those are it's almost going same line as the mall that was downtown you know the one that got bought out by Manulife Financial every other mall around Stanley Park project Conestoga Cambridge Center every place is getting bigger more expansion and better stores call Fairview slowly dying

This mall was starting to die a few years ago but now it's completely come back
Mall is ok .Clean inside with ok stores .Walmart side looks old and dirty. That side could look much nicer with some wall washing and a bit of fresh paint .
Good selection of stores, food court is always really crowded so getting around that area can be tough at times
Fairview has all the shopping and eating you might want. Light rail transit makes it easy to travel to and from.
Likes the Mr. pretzel shop and the real fruit smoothie place. Also has the Face shop. The Minor store is new.
Busy mall in Kitchener with good shops and a small mall.
Place for any kind of Shopping. Grocery, Electronics, Clothing, Jewellery etc. Food service is also available.
Pretty good to shop but if you don't want to be long I suggest going somewhere else. The food court is always packed.

It does have a selection of stores, restaurants and services. I just wish they would improve Walmart.
Great mall with The Bay and other great shopping choices. Has a nice food court. Unfortunately Sears is closing its doors soon Sales have started there. Nice size Wal-Mart there too. All stored are inside the mall.
This shopping mall is what you expect in a mall. There are only 2 true malls left in the KW area. The others have closed, such as Westmount, and the others are on life support. Fairview has been constantly updated. It still has 2 major cornerstone stores, even after the closure of Sears. The mall has lots of free parking. The interior is bright and clean. The new LRT comes to this mall as the endpoint. The variety of stores makes it a great place to shop, or go for bite to eat in the food court, or at Jack Astor's.
Only a few stores geared to my age. Sad to see so many closures due to covid. It is my fav Bay in the area & the only Swarovski in the area too.
Lots to choose from, not outrageously busy, tons of parking and a bus terminal.
This Mall is one of the huge mall around the tri City; Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo. This Mall now has an ion transportation. It will be easier to get there. Lots of parking spot. The mall also have dental office. Kids love it here on Christmas period due to its Santa Claus parade. Such much happens here.
Clean, bright, wide walking areas, food court has food options. Kiosks are the right level of tacky
Better to walk in a refreshing environment then to roam outside in this sunny day.
Often very clean. Easy access with buses. There are lots of places to shop and lots of places to get something to eat. This mall is very good for buying gifts or even something for yourself. This is my go to mall! The service is typically very good. The workers often try very hard to help you find what you are looking for and even have helpful suggestions on where to find what you are looking for if they do not have it on hand. Would recommend. Only downside is how busy it can get.
