Buyer beware!!! Once you sign a contract, they require you return your signed copy to them. At that stage they will remove any pages from your copy that they don't want to include in the build (even some pages of the plans!) You won't realise until you get to handover and you think... wait a minute... I was supposed to have perimeter paving... I was supposed to have porcelain, slow close toilet lids.... Do not do business with these people.
