1. Terrible communication if any - takes more than a month to have answers & that is with constant calls & emails. Staff are rude & unwilling & make excuses that things are 'hectic' and that excuse has been used by multiple staff members across the board for over a year now.
2. plumbing issues, cupboard issues, ceiling leaks, unfinished product to move into, painting was awful, missing tiles & the list goes on..
3. Business is highly unprofessional and are NOT managing the high workload & only interested in selling.
4. The day before we moved in we were told we were not able to & this caused a huge problem, Qattro owed us money for going over contractual build time & this was painful to squeeze out of them.
