Honest opinion - had no major issues with them, but they definitely have a lot to improve on; constantly unavailable - I have lost count of the amount of times I have had to leave a note for a call back without a call back for several days/not at all - constantly being told "person is currently busy/in a meeting". Project was delayed 3-4 months which was kind of expected. Minor alteration to build was sent for council approval when the builders got to that part, rather than sending earlier in the peace - rookie project management move. I am still waiting on my warranty work 6 months after move-in date. Qattro did okay, but their communication with client and contractors is only a 1-star. They are super under staffed and had a turn-over rate of 3 different employees who were my primary contact over 12 months. I do like the fact they were happy to meet face-to-face within a weeks notice. I did like the handover. I did like their sales team - their sales team is a 5 star and was extremely helpful. It all went down hill when passed from sales to account management.
