The place is very, very nice, its space is large and very clean, and the place for the price is excellent, and it feels like you were separated from Cairo

The service is excellent and the people are friendly

We as a group tour stayed here for 2 days in late December 2018. The hotel is scattered through a large area but it is very poorly managed/maintained.

Wi-fi is not available at room; there is no option to buy it as well. Lobby Wi-fi is extremely poor and almost non-existent.

Rooms are pretty far from reception but the hotel gave hands to carry the luggage every time. But you need to walk during breakfast, lunch, dinner etc.

Check-in time is at 2 PM, but even at 4 PM, you may not expect the room to be ready for you.

Now coming to the room standard, it is very bad and needs a lot of improvements. It is smelly, not cleaned, dusts everywhere, lamps won't work. You can hear sound from every corner of the room.
They call the room as triple sharing, but actually provided a bunk bed as third bed in a double sharing room.

Bathrooms are worst, dirty, having regular water clogging issues.

TVs are from 1980's, small 14 inches, TV remotes missing battery, TV didn't work for us even if with battery.

Food wise, the cafeteria is ok and have some variety.

Overall, I don't have good experience and avoid if possible.

This hotel, is not friendly for wheelchair users, rooms for 3 people only 1 glass facility, Towels and doormats are not Ready in the Bathroom whether as an effort to ask for additional money from the workers ...?

An ok resort hotel with pretty poor service. Getting to your hotel rooms is a far walk and when you get there, there are no lifts for you to bring your luggage to the second floor! You have to carry your own luggage up the stairs. Buffet and rooms were pretty good, though.

Not deserve even a star. Travelled with a tour group, so no choice of hotel. Changed 5 rooms in total due to
1. More than 20 big flies everywhere in the room
2. Smell of strong insect spray
3. Flies again, everywhere
4. Smelled like room uncleaned for 20 years
and finally had to bear with the room with 10 flies which we handled ourselves.

Waited and waited forever and still waiting now for an extra third bed. Called four times. Not even here to set up the bed.

Hotel rooms in zone 6 looks like still under construction.

Totally ruined our new year trip in Egypt.

The best hotel ever, professional staff, location is very good for those who searching for the clean, quiet and cheep hotel in Cairo

A nice place to be but has a language barrier. Hotel rooms fairly maintained. Meals are good.

I booked a triple room and was accommodated in a double room based on an extra bed which was delayed 3 hours
The location is good as is the swimming pool with a saving team all the time

Geyeyed but here are some errors such as request that if I ask Shi and if everything is drunk even the pool and the club and the library to the faces of the hotel and artifacts everything closes at night and eating pastries after 11 o'clock means that like two pizza almost anything that fears the oven leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeebs

If I could post -1 I would! This hotel is extremely poor. Firstly the bedsheets and pillowcases all had blood spots on them. The room service was so extremely poor, instead of cleaning the rooms and changing the bedsheets they would
flip over the bedsheets on the other side and act as if they changed it. Not only that but they refused to let us come in with food from
Outside restaurants. But yet other visitors would gladly walk in with their bags of McDonald s and KFC. And to top it off they
are extremely racist!!! They called us dirty black people and the person who said it is still in the hotel which means that there will be no repercussions for the racism that we faced. Can you imagine? We had little kids with us and to put them through such a traumatic experience all because of the colour of their skin is horrible! Especially when this is supposed to be a safe haven for us but yet it put everyone on edge and completely ruined our whole holiday experience. It s safe to say that we will not be returning to that hotel. However we will be getting the British embassy involved for the racism and discrimination we faced in a place which was meant to be a safe haven for us. Moral of the story guys? Stay away from this hotel it s not worth the stress.

Avoid like the plague! Breakfast terrible, restaurant terrible. Dirty and old rooms Dirty shower. Been here 3 times and each time us worse. Gone are the glory days. Needs to be demolished. Free WiFi only in Lobby, Ridiculous today to have to pay for WiFi in hotel

Not the cleanest place, but the price is more than affordable

I don't really hate it, it's just not clean and that's a nightmare. Couldn't try the food because when I asked the manger to get the cleaning people to clean up the rooms they didn't think there was anything more to do . Horrible smell in the carpet.

Pros:
Place is really nice with good swimming pool, buffet, lots of green, children's play area, nice place to take photos.

Cons:
Free Wifi only in reception area. That too works very very slow. 4$ for getting wifi in room. Some rooms key wont work properly, doors may not open. Chances of room getting cleaned is 80%, have to request for bath towel. No lift to take your luggage if you are getting room in first floor. Carry it via steps.

Great service. Spacious room. Beautiful pool. Breakfast very good, could have more fruit options. Laundry service excellent. There is an ATM and currency exchange inside the hotel. Wi fi Free only at reception. Restaurant for lunch and dinner very good, but a little pricey. There is no SPA. I'd love to have a massage. It is far from the airport and Cairo, but is great for those who want to visit the pyramids. Floor of the room was dusty, but the bed is wonderful !!!

nice resort.. for vegetarian food is not good, no test nd lots of oil in food.. we stayed there 2 days nd both days lunch dinner breakfast same menu 2or 3 optns in veg. but desert is very testy lots of options in cakes pastry

Beautiful hotel, however, service is not the greatest. If you are hungry just do the buffet because getting food at pool side.... good luck!! It takes forever for one of the servers to notice you sitting and when they finally notice you.... They still do not come to you!!! When they finally do and ask what would you like you will be asking for a menu!!!! Like hello that is the first thing they should bring to you!! So after waiting so long for
someone to come over to you, you will also be waiting a long time for the menu. And ha! Lets talk about the food! It takes a good 25 to 35 minutes before it comes to you and it isn't all that.... go explore and find food outside it is so much better and less money!!

They do not trust clients and the organization is terrible. They do not speak Spanish.

Hotel with a reception and a nice lobby. On the other hand the rooms were not clean, the sheets not changed, the double curtain very doubtful, the magnetic key never works, no bath mat, no hot water for showering. Wifi fee 3.50 a day otherwise it does not work. The restaurant at the top very noisy and passable. No cup for coffee in the morning, no spoon, no butter! By cons beautiful outdoor spaces.

It is a huge hotel with different spaces. The pool is spectacular, the hall and common places have amplitude. It is close to the great pyramids and important visiting points of Cairo.
The food is acceptable and mostly European.
Account with tobacconist, bank, wifi free in the hall, booth, cafeteria, playground, dining rooms, ballroom, terraces in pool ......
The rooms are large and most have a terrace.
It is one of the typical hotels for accommodation of tourists who come to Egypt on organized routes so that when it comes to excursions the tranquility is great.

Pool is very deep yet it's nice and big, food is nice .. loved the place
