Disappointing, nothing to do with the pictures, the bathroom was dirty and everything was prepared for one person it looks like a double room, a hotel not recommended.

Suitable to be used as a rest point through visiting lots of places in Giza city, pyramids. Sphinx , sound and light show..

The worst thing in the bathrooms there is no shattaf (toilet / wall)

No working cold store,
No working lights inside the room,
I booked a triple room but they give me a douple room,
The bath room smell is very bad.

At the end i don't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want waste your money time and mood.

Helpful staff, good food and the rooms were spacious. But the bedsheets were stained. We asked for them to be changed but the new ones were also stained. Unacceptable

A good place to stay. The rooms are good but needs renovation. The restaurants and the manicured lawns add comfort to the stay.

Pyramids Park used to be a beautiful resort: grand and stylish with splendor. Work is now underway to restore that, but in many places work is still underway to restore the past glory. The renovated part is a great place to be and the staff does their best to make everyone happy.

Not recomended it should not be a 4 stars hotel poor facilities and hygiene no free parking for guest in house

i love this resort , cozy place with a very good service , nice locatiob , parking fees is affordable (30 L.E per day )

This is a place where you get mixed feelings.

The reception and lobby area is air-conditioned, gleaming and the gentlemen at the front office are impeccably groomed, polite and helpful to a fault. And they, not unexpectedly, also speak very good English.

The restaurant has good variety of food, if only the bread variety can be less and the fruits variety more (I encountered only dates and slices of melon, I think). Still, the food is fresh and some pancakes are oven-baked while you wait.

The positives end there. At this hotel, the WiFi is essentially non-existent. At the lobby, it is "free" but it is so painfully slow that it is not worth it. I measured the speed at zero-point-something Mbps. In the rooms, the WiFi is paid for, where the hotel charges per device per day. Absolutely horrendous.

A better deal I figured was to buy a local Etisalat sim card at the hotel's own bookshop and loaded with 10GB data at less than 300 EGP (about $15). Using a mobile hotspot (not to mention high-speed, and of course, mobile) this was more than enough for my family's 4-day stay. And, with the added advantage of having a local line, we could Uber seamlessly.

The atrocity of housekeeping/room service should be reserved for last. It was, for want of a better word, non-existent. You have to beg to get linen and towels changed. On a public forum, I won't narrate the horror stories encountered in this regard.

However, my assessment is that the housekeeping department is terribly thinly manned (and therefore overworked), and likely without formal hospitality training. And without good English. And basic communication skills.

Apart from the lobby area, the rest of the hotel has definitely seen glory days, and now is in the decline. Do not be fooled by the profile pictures, likely taken eons ago. Pyramids Park can definitely do better.

I love very, but its prices remained expensive for the first I do not understand why

The hotel is large in size, but the facilities are old and suitable for the team.

Rooms are horrible, no clean beds, no tissues in the bath and no soup.

I called them and they told me that they will fix everything, after 24 hours, nothing changed

Rooms clean below zero, thanks god its one night to stay at that dirty hotel room, very very poor room unclean far away than gate, reception staff was unhappy to see us coming and the paid in advance reserved rooms wasn't ready and we had to stay 20 minutes to check in, very bad experience

A little old hotel, the rooms are less than standard, the distances between the rooms and the lobby, the restaurant are a great walk, and the restaurant is average

An old place, which needs a lot of renovation, lacks the quality of food in the restaurant and improves the service, not worth the amount paid for accommodation

The rooms are mid range but the beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works just fine.... The food was great except for some tiny details that you could probably ignore.... Room service and house keeping were a little bit slow yet that staff is great and respectful... A little bit overpriced.

Worst hotel I've ever visited poor services and everything is bad overall I would give it a 0 stars but I cant
