Visited this hotel several times for an annual awards event.
Staff are always very efficient with arrival drinks, cloak room and three course meal.
Sound and presentation quality is also always excellent.

Lovely place to stay.... Was there for a charity event. Really well looked after, breakfast was amazing

Had a great event for the Chinese Association, large hall, plenty of monitors around and great speaker coverage. Great food as well.

This year the Greyhound Board of Great Britain are holding their annual awards Gala at the Lancaster hotel London. Thousands of Greyhounds are exploited abused and killed every year by the racing industry. Please give the hotel that shows no interest in the welfare of the dogs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cozy rooms and finest bed linen. All of the eaterys are one above other.

Staff and hotel at the top. I had requested a room with a view of the city and got it.

This hotel certainly exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is seconds away from Lancaster Gate tube station and minutes away from Paddington station.

Hyde park is a minute walk away.

The staff were professional and provided a first class service. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

We stayed in the corner suite. The room had all the usual amenities expected of a 5 star property. The views were amazing due to the corner location of the room. I could not fault it.

I will definitely stay here again if i am able to.

The hotel owner and booking staff were very helpful and honoured a great deal i saw online.

I genuinely have nothing but positive comments about this property in all aspects it was absolutely delightful.

Service was acceptable and they offer a decent selection of foods including a continental breakfast and stands alone meals. Only stopped in just for breakfast and we're seated quite quickly.

Stayed for a a Christmas event. Rooms very clean and in excellent condition. If I were to find anything negative it would be that the standard rooms are quite small. Other than that everything is top notch!

Best hotel in London Paddington area, superb continental breakfast, awesome renovated rooms and bathroom with superb views to Hyde Park, and very kind staff, for a very reasonable price given location.

Stayed here for a night whilst in London, the room was small but adequate however there was a lot of dust in room toilet. The bed wasn't made up very well which isnt the end of the world but was noticeable. The breskfast was excellent and the only thing that let it down was the beans were cold, however this may simply be because of the way they are served.
Excellent location and a short 20 minute walk through Hyde park to winter wonderland.

Beautiful hotel and very good fashion show. Only disappointing thing was they made a drink wrong simply because they had no lemonade. Professional thing would have been to make it properly or not make it at all!

This is a five star hotel centrally located in excluded and safe area of London. It is a walking distance from Oxford Street. The 18-floors hotel has 411 rooms. The 411 air-conditioned rooms features minibars. It operates 24 hours front desk, room service and fitness facilities. It is a smoke-free property and dog are not allowed. Communication is not a problem as it has multilingual staff. It is so located that its across the street from the popular Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, both popular with joggers all year round, and with sunbathers and picnickers during summer months. The check-in time for the hotel which has two restaurants is from 3:00pm while the checkout time is 12 noon. The staff are friendly, helpful and reliable. The toilets are sparklingly clean. It is a very good place for the invidual,family and corporate organisations for relaxation, meetings and related events. The Partington station that has a direct link to London Heathrow Airport is the nearest station. It is highly recommended.

Where to begin?! The Royal Lancaster Hotel at Lancaster Gate is an excellent hotel experience combining a great location, luxurious accommodations, and outstanding service. It was truly a royal experience, thank you so much.

Stayed at the Royal Lancaster very recently as a part of the Landmark Conference Group. Was truly amazed by the level or service I experienced being an ex-hotelier myself. Wrote to the team before I could check in requesting for a high floor room with an open view since I am pregnant and I do get claustrophobic at times and indeed I was assigned a room on the 12th floor with a lovely view of the city and the London Eye/ Shard in the far distance.
When I approached the hotel on the day of the conference, I was greeted by the doorman who offered assistance with my bag (although it wasn t heavy and I could manage myself, but I just wanted to feel pampered so I let him help me) . He then handed me over to the bell team who guided me straight to the check in desk where there were a few of the reception staff who were very friendly and welcoming. Check in was very smooth signed the reg card and bags/ coats were taken away to be stored and placed in the room once it was ready. Collected the keys later during the day.
The overall setup for the entire day s event was fabulous. Was impressed with the 3 - course cocktail dinner that evening. Fine coordination by the Food & Beverage/ Culinary Team. Also has a couple of requests during my stay like super glue for my broken shoe/ pregnancy pillow, both of which the concierge team arranged very quickly. Housekeeping was also helpful when requests were made. The room was very well done and tidy. Loved the idea of the music that was played on the Television during turn down service. That is something I never experienced what I stayed at other hotel chains like The Hyatt and The Taj. Was a pleasant feeling when I came up after a long day to get ready for the evening. Ordered in-room dining which took a while but the team were kind enough to send some complimentary Yogurt along with the order. I do understand that in room dining operations can get extremely busy at times, especially when the hotel is on a high occupancy, so you guys are off the hook this time . Check out was quick and smooth which was a perfect end to the entire stay.
All in all, everyone did their bit which was indeed a real 5 star experience and that was what made me enjoy my stay.

Attended a function here, food and atmosphere was great.

I did group booking and online link didn't work from India so I told them I will pay by card once I check in.. to my shock my card had limit of transaction and group booking amount was way bigger than the daily amount of transaction. Not only front desk executive steffainni but the management staff went beyond the limits to co operate me this fiasco ... I really appreciate the way they helped me. Good place and very good people.

A spectacular hotel in Paddington. Very clean and with very friendly workers. Varied breakfast and rich breakfast.

We have been staying in Royal Lancaster Hotel for few consecutive years, and the staying experience is steadily worse each year. In the beginning, reservation had put the titles wrong with a wrong room rate, and the receptionist is so arrogantly ignorant without help. We had requested a two double beds at the very beginning, And found out they gave us a connected bed. Upon requested to adjust either to a different room or to separate the beds, the beds are still unchanged after we came back to the room after 7 hours. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

Great views, superb location wrt tube and park, attentive staff

Went to a conference here a couple of weeks ago. What a wonderful place.

We had 2 days of conferences at this hotel, the hotel has great room, the service is well looked after and the staff very attentive despite the large number of participants. The meals we had were of European type and cook with finesse.

Perfect location for Central London. Stylish refurbishment. Delightful staff.

You can have a delicious breakfast while watching the Hyde Park. The sister at the front desk told me not only the breakfast place, but also walked me carefully and told me that the Thai restaurant in the hotel was delicious. Porter Service's Gentleman called a taxi to us who was very heavy but trying to walk to Paddington Station on foot because he was heavy. Since I am a foreigner, I was shy to call a taxi to a nearby station, but I was warmed to a proposal like a family. A quiet and very comfortable hotel. After passing Hyde Park for about 24 minutes, you will find the Harrods department store on the other side. There are swans in the park and they are seen up close and surprised at their size. Near Lancaster Underground Station. Within easy walking distance of Paddington Station, it is also convenient to get to the airport and catch a train to the region.

Great space for a large work conference. Service was good and facilities spot on.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are semi-narrow but comfortable, the hotel service is excellent, it is close to Hyde Park and the Underground station.

A lovely clean hotel. Has everything you could need for you stay, room service was lovely to. We also had a lovely young gentleman that whilst bringing out bags up to our room explained everything as it was out first time at this hotel.

Stayed for 3 days during visit the Chelsea flower show. It was the 5:th time and there will be more. The room was smaller than before but it's clean and the staff is the best.

I stayed at the same hotel for about the same time in the third year. Hyde Park and Kensington Park are close by so it is a great location for jogging in the morning. We enjoyed breakfast in comfortable and quiet atmosphere.

Attended for a conference. Nice venue, food was great and the location was excellent. All the conference rooms were freezing though, wish I hadn't checked my coat!

Beadutiful hotel. We had festive afternoon tea which was really nice twist on classic afternoon tea. Great setting and helpful and friendly staff

Good room, breakfast with rice porridge. There is a Thai shop near the subway.

The Lancaster has an excellent location. Hyde Park is across the road and there is a tube station under the hotel. My steel drum band has performed there for some corporate parties during the conference season. The service is first class, as expected in a luxury hotel and they make your life very easy as a guest.

Newly refurbishing their facility and it helps the look of the hotel. There is no pool in the facility though. But other than that it is really good stay! Very nice experience overall.

This hotel is in a fabulous location right opposite Hyde Park. We were delighted to have an upgrade to a Park Suite, if you can afford it or if you want a special oak treat book it, it was superb. Lovely to
People watch and to see the lights of London at night. I booked this hotel because of their Covid safety and on the whole very conscious even deeply sanitising the room each day. The staff make this hotel exceptional, small touches like remembering name and our preferences made us feel special. Nothing was to much trouble. We had breakfast and room service and the food was super. Small issues we had were very politely resolved and will very much look forward to returning. Highly recommended for a great stay

Elegant and stylish hotel, great location in London opposite Hyde Park, easily accessible by tube. Very friendly and helpful staff! In summer make their own honey with bee hives on the lower roof top. Proud to offer locally sourced beer (tasty), and generally aiming to operate in a more sustainable way.

All is appropriate there. Interior is little old fashioned.

Very nice hotel but over priced for what you get. Beds weren't very comfortable. Restraint and bar where ok and pricey and service wasn't the best.

A great hotel and its location in front of the Hyde Park, but what is wrong with the rooms is small, as it is wrong with it after Oxford Street and Arab Street, and you need to walk about a quarter of an hour, and how bad it is that a small room and a high price for such a large size of rooms. If you want to reserve a room, try to book the room overlooking Hyde Park. The breakfast restaurant is great and has a beautiful garden view.
