Pyramids Park Intercontinental Hotel Review

This must be the filthiest hotel I have EVER come across.

There is no shower in the bathrooms ... the floor in the room is not clean. Breakfast very very bad

The room is not clean at all and there is a problem with the bathroom it does not work at
My request to change the room The complaint has not been dealt with in any way important Failed Extremely I do not recommend it to anyone at all

Great. I was there for just one day. Spacious and comfortable.

Old furniture. needs a lot of renewal
First time to pay 30 LE for car parking!!

A once upon a time beautiful hotel, but seriously need some maintenance and proper staff service.
One switch button was broken in my room, 253 and due to that I couldn't switch off the light. After a long flight, I wanted a dark room to sleep but just couldn't.
The breakfast buffet was a disaster. The buns and bread was old. Staff was inattentive. Staff was busy helping themselves from buffet. When you ask for coffee, they just point to the counter.

Good place to stay, good breakfast, attentive staff, but the internet in the room is very expensive.

The place itself is beautiful but there is no maintenance and it is not clean... The room wasn't clean the we asked to change all the bed covering as it seems that they don't change it after each customer, mine had hair all over the pillow cases. The dinner is quite expensive but no enough varieties.. I won't come again...

Lack of cleaning, especially in the bathroom. The hotel is beautiful, has good facilities, is close to the pyramids but is very dirty.

A good hotel for a night, but it is unfortunately neglected and slightly dirty. The food was pretty good. The pool is nice and the staff is nice.

My experiance there is enough to stop any body from booking a single room in this awful hotel

Actually have an old resort ... It's suitable for friends hangout ( day use ) , family for a night or two ..
Close to pyramids, sound nd light show at Sphinx , new Egyptian museum .
As an old resort , it is starting an upgrade plan .

Large spaces, good capacity . friendly staff ( old & young staff) .
Moderate budget costs ..

Unfortunately, people, especially, the parkings are very bad

the service is slow. The hotel is kinda old. So the air conditioning my room was not good. The fridge was not working . The tv was not working. the only good thing about this place is the pool. The pool is clean and large and enjoyable.

This is a hotel that does not have a good reception, with re-workers and staff who have no culture to deal with.

Everything was good except internet which was not free in room. Otherwise very good resort for staying.

It's good but the bed covers weren't clean enough but it was changed after calling tge room service, also toilet has no shattaf.

The swimming pool is excellent but the chalets are consumed and the law is too much. I lost my children's pleasure after the swimming pool because of the mosquito bites

In everything you desire this place and the most beautiful thing in it is its people and its service
