A star for being clean. A star for the delicious food. Otherwise .... 5 stars? Never in life !!!

One of the restaurants of the Boumedienne Park Hotel on the road of Alexandria Desert offers many types of food items, adding to the cold and hot drinks, pastries and pastries and the service is good

Dirty rooms , very slow and rude reception, far from cbd , swimming pool for locals ppl only almost

Good. At all but rooms must be reshaping from New & get some prosperity

The ground was not clean, full of dust, the internal phone was broken, there was no wireless

It's a great place to stay it has an amazing pool and the rooms are very good except for the TV off or switch is still a CRT and the service is also good as well as the food so overall it's something that will make you satisfied as long as you don't request too much

Horrible! Rooms very small, we booked a triple room, received a double and asked for an extra bed at 3pm, we didnt get it all day till 11pm and when we called they got it 30 mins later. The bathrooms are very old

Very clean and a very big hotel decorated with a lot of gardens and is located away from traffic also near to the most popular shopping mall in Cairo "Dandy mall"

This is a great hotel that offers a great service and offers dancing and showcasing

Not up to its star rating. Has seen better days. Buffet is weak.

Water is dirty...rooms are ok... Room locks are not good

Pathetic rooms... Not a place to stay with such claimed status and name... Not worth of... Really disappointed with rooms, services, facility.... All out of date....

The Closest one To The Pyramids, you can Virtually see the Pyramids from here.. Hotel is Very Old and need refurbishment immediately. Bathroom ceilings almost falling off, choice of Ala carte is also limited

I don't recommend it for anyone at all. The facilities are too old with no maintenance. There are no towels and you have to call them many times to get towels. In total, it's rubbish.

An expensive one, there is no free wiffi, there is nothing nearby to visit on foot.

A very elegant and elegant resort that I visited in 1437 to immigrate.

The dirtiest, lousiest and most unhygienic hotel you can enter. Rooms carpeting moulds, bathroom full of mildew, insects and roaches in the room, lousy food. A truly baaaaad experience and dirty hotel. Left after 2 nights from a supposed 14 day stay to another hotel. DO NOT EVER GO THERE. REALLY BAAAAAAAAAD PLACE

Generally friendly staff with a couple of exceptions for some rude staff, lovely hotel but needs maintenance.

Good hotel that has fallen in quality since my first stay. Rooms need a lot of maintenance or renovation. Normal bar service and restaurant for breakfast only

It is the perfect place to stay near pyramids .But no WIFI in the rooms

Huge resort like hotel which would have been very posh in its heydays..it has fallen into despair..rooms don't have WiFi in today's world.. don't have functioning TV.. don't have plug points or adequate lighting.. everything seems to be breaking down..lobby and pool are nice and huge.. location is on a highway

I've been. In this hotel twice a hotel show in all directions

Rooms in general are ok.. But the food is very bad. You can smell old food. we don't have much options for lunch and dinner. the swimming pool is good. Room service is not so good.. Takes too much time to deliver food or correct problems in room.. For instance, I took 3 days for a request to change non-working fridge.. I had to follow up 4 to 5 times...

Fantastic breakfast is served here and the staff, for the most part, are especially helpful and welcoming.

The swimming pool is larger than expected and the location is less than a 15 minute drive from the pyramids/sphinx.

However, the rooms were poorly maintained and infested with mosquitos. I realise this is Egypt but my room had more than 15 mosquitos flying about upon entry.
The hotel staff were asked 4 times to clean the room but never did. If you appreciate hygiene and clean, pest free rooms, DO NOT stay here.

Good Environment, Good room, but No free wifi in room for wifi in room you have to pay extra and for free wifi you to sit in Lobby with all smokers. Receptionist are working as if they are doing favour on us.
It will be good if you can find some other Hotel.

Not clean. The bed sheet has stains and hair. We booked two rooms , the refrigerator doesn t work in one room and the toilet flush doesn t work in the other room .

Good hotel in a quiet location. Not at a walking distance from the pyramids. The room is good apart from the old fashioned TV

We had one night stay. Room looks old. Need some renovation. You have to sign a document you will not get any food from outside. Landscape and pool are good

Find somewhere else. This hotel is definitely not maintained. They only care outdoor area. Such as lobby and their grass. Rooms are dirty, pool tiles broken everywhere, slow and rude staffs. The only pro from this hotel is only location quite close to pyramids.

While the resort itself looks five star from the outside. The customer service is appalling and upon closer inspection the hotel is very run down and just doing its best to preserve its image & rating

The hotel in appearance looks great but it is very old. Analog old tele, old and noisy air conditioning, old power plugs and that get inside or fall or leave your room, old shower step for better times, the door system has sometimes failed the lights of the room They have problems due to lack of maintenance the beds a new mattress would be an improvement etc. Room service say it is 24 hours, but they do not respond to calls. They have a good chirringuito and it is not bad to nibble. The reception does not have anyone who speaks Spanish this is usual in the area but it would be a point.
