Far old bad service bad waiters parking isn't well designed

Beautiful location, good service, good variety for breakfast and dinner.

It is worth only 3 stars because the rooms are very tired and there was a dispute over them that took a long time to change the rooms as it is very far from the center of the capital located on the Alexandria Desert Road

Though it is located near giza and it is very close to the high way, it is very calm and peaceful with all five star facilities. I enjoyed my stay here for three days.

One of the best resorts that I have stayed in .. a large swimming pool is very much and added above description .. In fruitful trees, many .. Eating is good, but there is not a lot of varieties and baked goods are not fresh ... The rooms are sweet, but their lighting is weak Away ... Twilight ... and Alkalidor always Dosha do not know why ...

The five star hotel is not true. It is four star and frankly many. The place is great, but the rooms are unfortunately shabby and the service is poor.

Resort is nice. Staff are friendly.. room decor is a bit old... breakfast is exactly the same everyday...difficult to get an uber to this location due to current roadworks..Resort.is also located in a slightly shady part of town...close to the.pyramids but far from the decent malls, markets and the nile..about 1 hours drive.. Additionally corridors of this hotel is tiled not carpeted..and therefore when anyone checks in at 2am at night you wake up to their suitcases on the tiles..happens everynight to me...so if your a light sleeper i would not recommend it..

Everything was bad, bed was broken, no fridge, no towels, tv signal was very bad, response to solve the issue from 4:30 pm to 12 am
