Pyramids Park Intercontinental Hotel Review

It's world class hotel in Egypt, Neat rooms and excellent hospitality

The resort is more than wonderful five star rooms and wedding halls in a wonderful level very sweet place

Honestly and not the star of a hotel with the worst hotel I have ever entered in my life is neither cleaner nor interesting

Nice resort with big pool no doubt, but only and big cone is its name, Pyramid park resort has no view of Pyramid from hotel or from any room, but if you are a tourist and looking for hotel or resort online so this name usually create a picture in mind that as it is very near to pyramid it means it should have Pyramid view. You booked the property with that thought in your mind and later you will find there is no view of Pyramid otherwise resort is very nice, room are big enough, restaurants is also big and having choices of different food, overall a nice experience

Comfortable, on the outskirts of Cairo, now that perhaps better, the city is very chaotic

The room was comfortable, but I had a problem here. My family booked 3 rooms, and when we checked in at 3 pm, they said that only 1 room that is ready and the other two still in cleaning process. They assured us that we only had to wait 15 minutes at most and after that someone would come and hand us the keys. We waited for the whole night, and that night all 6 of us slept in one room as there was no confirmation from the hotel staff. We called the receptionist many times, but the answer was always the key will be ready in 1 hour

Huge pool!! Good food, good price, great for weekends and day use by the pool.

The place is excellent as a location and enjoys a warm atmosphere but unfortunately the rooms need more attention and cleanliness.

Amazing resort with a very beautiful and large swimming pool. Well decorated garden and fields. A good number of separated buildings for living place. You will enjoy the swimming pool most for its size and beauty. The resort has a very big area. Recommended for every family. Service and food is also good.

The rooms are very old and the services is not good.

This hotel is strange in nature! Because it seems it is a old resort. The reception, restaurants, pool, lobby and other public ares are very good. But when it comes to room... unbelievable poor condition! They do hardly any maintenance in there rooms.

If u want to relax and enjoy your vacation far from any stress so book pyramids Park hotel

Really great hotel, service was awesome! The people who work there are super friendly and ready to assist with anything. The beds are so comfy, I slept like a baby. I enjoyed my stay there a lot.

Regrettably, I have provided a two-star rating for the Pyramids Park Resort Hotel. While it's likely to have been a vibrant resort at the time of construction some decades ago, the complex has fallen into disrepair with ineffective management.

Although the resort is officially rated five stars, a recent stay confirms it's closer to three stars. The service was consistently poor with long delays and often no service at all. Other than the buffet food in the main restaurant (and the exceptional service from the buffet's service manager and chefs), the food was sub-par. The whole resort smelled of cigarette smoke, despite having smoke-free areas.

The location is not ideal as there is no local infrastructure within walking distance such as shops, restaurants, sites etc.The location would be okay if the resort standard was higher.

With some care and attention, the Pyramids Park could be great again but fussy travellers may wish to consider other options to avoid disappointment.

I also left an item at the resort during one of my stays and was pleased with the honesty of staff when I received the item upon my return.

PRO. Impressive infrastructure, close to the pyramids, large common spaces, several star rooms with free Wi-Fi,, bar room, souvenir shops, buffet food, swimming pool, garden, spacious room with bathroom, minibar, each room also has a kettle of water, cups, tea, coffee and mansanilla, sugar.
AGAINST. maintenance of the structure and furniture.

This hotel once upon a time was one of the best hotels at the Pyramids area but not any more its very poor hotel now the only thing wich I liked at this hotel the restaurant team and the food was also good actually the employees at this hotel all of them are doing good job but the hotel itself need more to be better especially rooms and room service and housekeeping need more to act like normal hotels

Comfortable and clean rooms. Good service. Buffet catering service, Al Shortfa restaurant.

Pool hours should stay open until longer. But other than that, I enjoyed this hotel.

I recognize standards are different in every country. But that doesn't explain rude reception staff, serving drinks in plastic cups at the bar, poor wifi, TVs that don't work and a bad buffet. A tired old hotel in desperate need of an upgrade. And the location is horrible. While close to the pyramids, it's right next to the highway, with no where to go for a walk or explore the neighbourhood. And one more time with feeling- really rude reception staff. They don't even pretend to try to be helpful.

Furniture .. 4 10 The carpet is changing the location of the hotel is far away and Hadi Elbi is relaxing for him

Great service and the staff were lovely. Didn't need to ask for anything which was fantastic. Reception. Staff were so helpful and cheerful which was pleasant.

Good decoration but really bad in place far away any service you need with out a car and a lot of bees that so bad
