If I could post -1 I would! This hotel is extremely poor. Firstly the bedsheets and pillowcases all had blood spots on them. The room service was so extremely poor, instead of cleaning the rooms and changing the bedsheets they would
flip over the bedsheets on the other side and act as if they changed it. Not only that but they refused to let us come in with food from
Outside restaurants. But yet other visitors would gladly walk in with their bags of McDonald s and KFC. And to top it off they
are extremely racist!!! They called us dirty black people and the person who said it is still in the hotel which means that there will be no repercussions for the racism that we faced. Can you imagine? We had little kids with us and to put them through such a traumatic experience all because of the colour of their skin is horrible! Especially when this is supposed to be a safe haven for us but yet it put everyone on edge and completely ruined our whole holiday experience. It s safe to say that we will not be returning to that hotel. However we will be getting the British embassy involved for the racism and discrimination we faced in a place which was meant to be a safe haven for us. Moral of the story guys? Stay away from this hotel it s not worth the stress.
