Rubber hotel..but it has no free internet and you have to pay 5 euros each for a wi fi that is not working .. the food is mediocre..what you will find to eat just like a card to open the room is all messed up and you have to go to the reception to make it

There is no free wifi in the room... They are asking $4 for it... In the lobby to the free wifi is very hard to connect.... Its a bad thing for a 4star hotel that there is no free wifi acess

When we arrived at the hotel we were told to wait because the room was not yet ready. After a couple of hours, they said there was something wrong with the system.. We waited for our room very patiently even though we were slightly jet lagged. One of the atendees kept avoiding our questions and was very unprofessional, by not mentioning to us what the problem was.

The food service is nice compared to other places in Cairo, but do not expect to be served for a while... Food comes late (as usual?) And there seems to be different places for different food, which makes it even more confusing .

We asked plenty of times for laundry service and it is unacceptable to keep nagging people.

Pest control needs to be better. Ants, flies and other pests are common especially when the cleaners come in (do they just leave the door open for them?)

Air conditioning works like reasons and the beds are comfortable.

There is a gym and other facilities but there is no air con.

Not sure if the swimming pool is chlorinated for health reasons.

This location is difficult for taxi services to find for some reason.

When we checked out they tried to charge us for coffee we did not drink.

The hotel is large and large, the gardens and pool are very nice, comfortable and well cared for, the rooms are clean.
The beds were worn and old. The place is desert and there are no restaurants or markets nearby. The hotel needs a modern touch to be excellent and with other hotels.

If you have another alternative don't stay here. Obviously it used to be a great structure but maintenance and cleanliness are very average. Service also below good. Breakfast too basic, variety is kinda there but you would not be excited by how food looks like. Buffet was a mess. Looks like they clean only after the breakfast time is finished. Paper towels and dirty table ware everywhere, tables not ready and they don't care. Customers behaviour is not the best, very noisy unstoppable kids. Place was ok to sleep only, no desire to use the offered facilities.. Early check out... Seeking for another better option.
P. S. Hard to get by gps, the u-turn that is on Google maps was removed. Couldn't find decent way to get to the place, drive through terrible place with loads of holes, stones, under weird bridge....

Lovely

Can't complain too much for the money I paid, it definitely needs an upgrade. Beds too soft, breakfast very basic, staff slow and standards low. Yet, as I said, for the rate I paid it was okay. If you are looking for a quick stop in Cairo for a low budget, then it is suitable. Important note: no safe in the room, so take your valuables with you as people visit your room when you are out, even if housekeeping has been already. We found this out as they left an Arabic written note in the room after housekeeping had been. Weird!

The resort is big with big capacity. My experience with the rooms was not good at all, the water was not clean and there was only one towel for four residents. The pool was very good and big with a part for kids. The staff is friendly. The location is good and you can reach it easily by using uber or a taxi. The prices in comparison to the service and the offered facilities is little bit expensive.
But you can have a good experience with those you love with a medium budget.

He has certainly experienced better seasons. The standard of cleanliness is acceptable, but it deserves much more care. Hearty and well presented breakfast. It is unacceptable that there is no Wi-Fi connection in the rooms and even the one at the entrance is almost non-existent.

Was here May 10-13, 2008,
Four nights of great sleep, three fabulous dinners and breakfasts, relaxing poolside after hiking all over Giza, Memphis and Sakkara, and the Egyptian Museum *(8 hours in there)
Always felt safe here(back in 2008)
Truly was an Oasis in Cairo

Rooms aren't well maintained and house keeping doesn't replace the used cups/coffee unless requested multiple times... Out doors are very well maintained but indoors are neglected in comparison and there are no elevators too.
