One of the worst places I've ever been to.

One of the worst places I've ever been to.
Rooms are horrible, no clean beds, no tissues in the bath and no soup.
No service!
I called them and they told me that they will fix everything, after 24 hours, nothing changed
The only good thing about this place is its site near the pyramids, regardless of that, every thing is bad
