Very old furnished hotel crew in not professional at all room are very old only swimming pool is convenient and breakfast is convenient despite catering isn t professional dealing with guests

The hotel it s perfect for some meetings, photography s sessions and events. The public toilets are not that good and they don t have rules for smoking. I saw some guys smoking in the hall. It s so disrespectful.

Very big rooms ac not works i came by PSSM group they give 618 room nice swimming pool enjoyed the stay its very near to Giza Pyramid

Nice resort - poor hygiene, and these are most of the hotels in Egypt

I stayed here for a week. The staff was friendly and everything was clean and tidy. The manager was very helpful. The food was of good standard and big variety of food to choose from. Price you pay for what you get is very good. Good value for your money! Sherif was very helpful and always friendly.

The old 4-star hotel resort which is clean and quite comfortable ... but don't use the elevator ... so the one on the 2nd floor is pretty tired to bring the stuff ..

Looks great from outside however it is disappointing from inside. The bathroom door was broken tons of dents and scratches everywhere you look. The same goes for breakfast looks promising but low quality specially the coffee and bakery

I feel like home ... hospitality is great and service is very good.

The staff at the terrace, bar, pool are all amazing but the reception staff are absolute arse. Super unhelpful and full of attitude. Hotel itself also looks nice on outside, lobby and pool areas but rooms are super old and not maintained at all. Towels and bedsheets with old stains. Don't be fooled by the 4 star rating of the hotel and giving 3 stars only because of the amazing outdoors staff.

The service needs a bit of refinement and the rooms are m9 crown renovated but it is a sweet hotel not a monster for one day

The hotel is medium and the price is very high next to its potential and I do not recommend staying in

Good accomodation, nice staff, pool is very safe for Family

The first night the room was super dirty and disgusting, the rest of the hotel space is fine , breakfast and dinner good. I had booked one more night after three days and that room was much better and cleaner than the first one

The place is nice and the people in it are zook and the service is full but a little delay in demand

Advantages:
- Comfort and tranquility.
- Very close to Cairo.
- If you need a quick break without Cairo or need some rest.
- Respectable and smiling staff.
- Suitable for families, families and children.
- The atmosphere is sweet.

Defects:
- Most of the rooms are in need of maintenance needs, air conditioning, telephone, refrigerator, lighting. Unfortunately there is no periodic maintenance from the hotel for de needs, everything needed to be taken down is the hotel's stay about the problems and about the first day text until the maintenance is over.
- Eating a regular but not a strong luxury, and Bacon repeated in different ways if I stayed for such a day.
- The cleanliness of the rooms is made of wush not cleaned hard.

Despite its bad place the place is wonderful and I enjoyed the stay, family atmosphere

It's okey because it's close to pyramids and Giza .. it's not big and pic is better than real

A hotel above the excellent and the staf is a top in Zouk, one of the smallest workers for the manager, the top in cleanliness and beautiful food, and we add and respond quickly to any request seriously.

It was one of the best hotels in the country but decreased by time with low maintenance

They are very attentive of the breakfast and dinner, the polite waiters and the guy cleaning the room very friendly.

It's good for day use,weekend.Huge swimming pool,near from pyramids.Food is not perfect and staff need to look more presentable.The rooms are good and clean.I think that they had renewed some rooms.

Buildings and furniture are dilapidated and poor service with frequent workers and food is generally not good.

Buffet breakfast and dinner are less than acceptable.

Hotel very well decorated, with very well equipped and spacious rooms. The cleaning did not please us so much, the floor was dirty and the bathtub too. The organization of the hotel was a little bad, they put us to the other side of the hotel without being full, we had to take a walk of about 5 minutes to get to the reception or dining room from the room. One day, everyone blocked the doors of the rooms and those at the reception desk went crazy and did not send anyone. The pool is very beautiful and at night more. The breakfast is buffet and it is quite good, it lacks fruit to my liking.
To spend a few days is not bad.

The rooms are very very bad. Furniture and towels are old and consumed. Bathrooms are very old. Without rinsers. The ceramic basin has a corrosive layer. Electricity connections are dangerous by operating a short circuit. Mattresses are old and consumed. The breakfast buffet is very modest.

Good hotel, but the prices different between net and reality

WiFi was only in the lobby! I wonder if there were a few bugs. However, the pool was good only in the name of the resort (laughs) There are times when I walk depending on the room

The furniture is old
There is no bidet in the toilet

Unbelievably bad .. totally out dated .. but helpful and cheerful staff

Excellent accommodations, cleanliness and great service from the staff; wonderful.
