The room was comfortable, but I had a problem here. My family booked 3 rooms, and when we checked in at 3 pm, they said that only 1 room that is ready and the other two still in cleaning process. They assured us that we only had to wait 15 minutes at most and after that someone would come and hand us the keys. We waited for the whole night, and that night all 6 of us slept in one room as there was no confirmation from the hotel staff. We called the receptionist many times, but the answer was always the key will be ready in 1 hour
