Very nice experience, the room was bright & spacious enough; the facilites in the hotel were without any doubt fantastic & worth the price. It is conveniently located with easy access the city. The staff were good in attending the customers well even during the eid holidays when it was so crowded. Had an amazing time with friends & family.

Shocking incident of insects and crochet in room 2802 on 17/9/2020 while checked in 21.15 but lies and fake claims that Hotel and room is sanitized as per protocol Of Health authority of Abu Dhabi in such critical stage of Covoid 19

I stayed for two trips. Okay all around, terrible room service though. The only reason this hotel is in demand is its proximity to the mall.

The hotel is very sophisticated, luxurious and flexible in dealing with its swimming pool and spa and the price is very, very good value for money, luxury and good handling

Hotel magnificence and no imagination and engineering design a miracle

Hotel in Abu Dhabi, in its central part. Housing clean rooms, well-equipped, service very efficient and nice. You can not complain about food. It is delicious. For sure, when I visit Abu Dhabi again, I will stay in this hotel.

Worst 5 star hotel I ever stayed in. I've stayed in better 3 star hotels all over the world. It was an absolute nightmare. Food would come in a brown paper bag and would leak most of the time. The reception came to my room to charge me for the room and instead of presenting an invoice simply wrote a number down on piece of paper. They couldn't provide room service invoice upon checkout. They would stick labels to my clothes during laundry, an indication that they are washing multiple peoples clothes together, disgusting. The stickers ruined my clothes when I tried to remove them. Very unresponsive staff in all departments. After staying 3 weeks, I had to ask if they had a loyalty program. They said yes but I should have applied at check in if i wanted the points... Who did they bribe for those stars?

The location is in the heart of Abu Dhabi and close to most areas and shopping areas. However, The hotel is not luxury but it is very clean.

Two children and a total of four couples reserved two rooms, but the air conditioner sounded so loud that there was no action.
A hotel where the action is not enough even if we acknowledge the mistake.
It was a hotel that I chose to see in the last days of Google, but the swimming pool water was also too loud to have a 5 star rating.
Location was connected with shopping mall, shopping was convenient and location was good, but everything else was not much.
If someone asks me about this hotel, I will say that the star is a good hotel.
There are many really good hotels in Abu Dhabi.
But it is not here.

Beautiful hotel but not completely finished, another half year and it is a paradise

Perfect place to stay while visiting Dubai. A very very cordial staff to attend to all your basic needs. Free shuttle service to visit various sight seeing places. Excellent Hospitality.

A lovely hotel and fantastic rooms. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room is great. Have to say the gym is brilliant and staff lovely. Sauna steam room area clean and big. All well looked after and plenty of space to relax. Really nice experience so recommend a stay here

A 5 star regarding prices. For services, room etc., let's say a 4-star superior. In any case, a positive experience in this hotel which has the strong point of being attached to the mall. Inside a few restaurants including the English pub in the basement.

Check in very slow, room 1809 is noisy from the neighbour building's blower, ac in the room speed to much strong and can't adjust.

27/07/2019 Concerns on the Grand Millennium Al Wahda Hotel in my first 1 hour experience:

1- When I first checked in, the security/ concierge picked my car and drove it to the underground parking lot including my luggage without my permission. Waited 10-15 minutes for my car to arrive again and picked up my luggage.

2- When I first checked in, the Receptionist gave me a room card that did not work inside the lift when I scanned it, took 10 minutes to fix.

3- Called the Reception, stayed on the line for nearly 5 minutes until the phone line was cut off. No one called back.

For what I paid, I have the right to mention all these concerns and ask why the Management of a 5 Star Hotel make such silly mistakes in delivering simple aspects of Hospitality to customers?

I just had the amazing turkey to go: we had enough for lunch, to share with my friend and leftover for today. It has been a good idea, healthy and delicious food, sauce, trimmings. Perfectly cooked and beautiful to see

Alwada is really a mall that no one should escape to visit if I n Abudabi it's really wonderful and stratagic just near the bus and taxi park alwada

The location was the thing that made me rate up high like this .. the facility are good .. free gym and friendly service.. the food at alwahda restaurant is way below the expectations of a five stars hotel .. not that clean, i saw the flies all over the food .. the food tastes average and nothing so special .. the place it self have a good view .. the workers seems under pressure in the breakfast time they even forget the coffee even-though he asked me what to drink And they didn t have time to clean tables .. the rooms are good and clean, bathrooms as well ..

Room logically furnished

I stayed in this hotel in 2016 for almost 4 days. This hotel is connected with Al Wahda Mall. The customer service is good. Rooms are comfortable and the view from the room floor is stunning. Overall very good experience. I highly recommend staying in this hotel. I will definitely come again soon.

Good place... nice rooms .. clean .. good prices .. Lovely .. it is very near to alwahda mall and abudahbi bus station .. I spent one week and it was very peaceful place and i recommend it for every one

Grandmilinum alwehda hotel in Abu Dhabi very nice place for relaxation,comfortable rooms with wonderful view and it's location given advantages for shopping as well as its beside the mall and bus Station further the dealing Of the recipient team especially Mr. Tarik was very good satisfying the customer needs,and recipient office manager Ms. Dina whom added great value to the grandmilinum staff since her joining.

Entrance for car too small , lobby not nice, room smell not good , TV small , view not good , AC diffecult to operate , phone didn't have quick access buttons for services should call 0 all time for any service, no comb, no tooth brush no weighing scale .

Great hotel to stay in Abu Dhabi. Very nice aesthetically, very friendly and helpful staff. The pool on the top floor is a gem that has been greatly appreciated. Very close to the biggest Mall in the city, where you can shop, have breakfast, eat or simply relax in pure Emirates style.

Exactly what one would expect from a 5 star hotel, only one tiny tiny grievance, one of the lights in our room was only half lit or dimmed for a better word.
The food was amazing, the room was amazing, the staff were simply pleasant, efficient and happy to serve.
Only wish my stay there was longer to thoroughly enjoy all the amenities offered. Even so, I would not take back the days spend there for the world. I'd happily spend all my vacation just in the hotel and not complain.
