Nice Hotel in the middle of every where you need to be in AD.

This would have to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in in my life
I would not recommend anyone to waste their money I stayed here a year ago and I must say it has deteriorated immensely
Rooms are not cleaned properly floor in bathroom not mopped properly
Bathroom does not have necessities you have to call for face towels and body wash and wait for over half hour you hear banging doors st 3 am in morning Dates are not always available down stairs with coffee

Hotel in Abu Dabhi, good location, adjacent to Lulu hypermark, mall Al Wahdah, close to the bus terminal ...

Unfortunately arrived in the middle of the night and forgot to request a smoke free room. Furthermore, fully equipped. Nice swimming pool on the 30th floor with nice cocktails. Rooms have comfortable beds.

I was doing well without major discomfort. Shopping mall and shopping mall are right next door. However, when it is crowded at breakfast time, it is not enough.

We stayed here for 3days Eid Staycation. What a wonderful stay I must say. Everyone we met in these past 3 days provided us a top notch service. Thankx to Mohammed from Reservations, Noufal, Junior, Krygma, Hassan, Chaddu, Mujeeb & Irfan from Front Office and Concierge. Thumbs up guys. Majid & Joseph from Housekeeping also very profession in their work And Mr Jose Outlet Manager provided us with Personalized Service, what a humble and kind person he is. I wish Grand Millennium and team lots of success and highly recommend this hotel in regards to Hospitality, Excellent Service, Cleaning Spot On, Safety, Well Santized rooms as well as all standards of Covid 19 properly implemented and followed by everyone. Excellentocation next to Al Wahda Mall. We are sad to go but will be back soon.

Very good gym they have, the staffs and trainer are very friendly & cooperative. I usually use their sauna, steam and Jacuzzi facilities also. very peaceful environment. I like this place recommend to my friends too..

Amazing spa and gym! Toshi is also maybe the best Japanese restaurant around

The place is gorgeous and luxurious and the prices are very suitable and affordable and the hotel is adjoining the mall unit and in half the city

Lovely clean hotel, tiptop service and tasty breakfast buffets got our holiday in Abu Dhabi off to a great start. I love the modernity of the design here along with all the modern touches such as soft-close toilet lids, the bidet, the shower beside the bidet and the easy-lock safe that doesn't require to be paid for. Staff were very helpful and friendly and we were amazed at the lifts that didn't need you to select your floor - they read this off your keycard on the ground floor which is a great extra piece of security for visitors. Breakfasts were copious with lots of choice ranging from typical British fare including porridge, omelettes, yoghurt and fruit to Chinese choices and Arabic. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in this comfy, yet chic, hotel.

unfriendly staff, too small rooms, small toilets, fridge not working, kettle was uncleaned with tea left over from pervious guests, checking in took mor than 4 hours, EVERYthing was closed, GYM AND BUSINESS CENTER and Swimming pool were closed yet they didnt mention it on the site, fearing people wouldnt book with them

Our room faced Al Wahda Mall so unfortunately there was a lot of noise from their ventilation even though we lived on the 20th floor. The hotel itself is nice, nice and stylish with a really good service. A lovely pool on 31 floor and access to the mall on the 3rd floor.

Good place for one day only .. stayed here for more than a month .. staff is not that great actually.. very surprised how i saw them driving customer cars specially special cars i asked them for self parking & they refused ( had to argue with them every time i park my car ) ..

During breakfast time at pick hours is chaotic..do you want to have a calm, peaceful breakfast and enjoy your cup of coffee? Then go at 6 am...also the way they provide the cheese is awful, instead of slicing the cheese for you in little cubes or slices they leave the whole cheese on the table so every body has to grab the cheese and cut it or sliced with a knife and honestly I.don't know where that person might have had his hand before touching the cheese that I'm planning to eat...Not very hygienic.

This is a very nice hotel and is connected to the unit's budget and has lived more than once and each time better than the previous one

Nothing to complain about, room large and clean, handicapped fair, pool on the 31st floor, it is recommended to take a power adapter. Staff very friendly and attentive, centrally located, right next to a mall with supermarkets and numerous shops

Good location, kindness, small kitchen and washing machine, Alwadah Mall, big supermarket and bus terminal nearby.

Nice and big business center, we just visit M4 contracting to finish a deal with them

One of the nicest songs I have ever seen in Abu Dhabi I am not comfortable, comfortable, comfortable, and looking forward to a full and delicious service.

The rooms are great and modern. The hotel is always the place I stay when I come to AD. The only issue I have is how rude and unhelpful the stay is for requests. There are no Taxis and I suspect its because they want you to book their car service. The front desk canceled my reservation and then tried to charge me more. They need to improve their customer service.

Very bad service and I need to change my car and I talk with security and battery guy also give details to security in lobby and when battery person come to entrance for m floor again another security coming and asking from starting what you want really very bad service I not come more also not recommended

Amazing experience... staff are very friendly... breakfast is great! Ehile the timing for housekeeping can be earlier but they sure do a good job cleaning up! Most importantly the location is ideal for shopaholic beside a huge wahda mall

A quiet and comfortable hotel connected to the Unit Mall, everything you need around you and its price is sweet

Overall Good Experience. Nice and quite room with a good bathroom. Near the shopping center (can be accessed from Floor 3 of the Hotel, but the way back is confusing. Try to remember the floor of the mall that you enter). Top floor has a swimming pool and bar. Friendly staff and good welcome.

The reception was great !! Super nice employees. Good air conditioning. And great view from the hotel room :) If you are in Abu Dhabi can recommend this hotel. P. also at Ramadan. (there are smoking rooms)

Excellent hotel at affordable prices (well, for Abu Dhabi at least) and in a great location.
- Staff was friendly during our stay, helping us when we got in, with room service, checking out an hour late, and keeping our luggage with the concierge until evening when it was time for our flight.
- The rooms are spacious (even the cheapest ones). Bed was comfy, room was cleaned daily. One shower and one bathtub so two people can shower simultaneously and save time.
- The rooftop pool was clean, a little heated, and perfect for a little relaxation in the morning before heading out. Towels were provided, there are a few lawn-chairs, and there's a bar if you want.
- The rooftop bar was nice as well - their Arabian Nights drink with Arak is a must!
- Nearby Al-Wahda Mall is just next door (there's an entrance that takes you there without leaving the hotel). It has almost every shop you want from clothes to money exchanges to toys etc, a huge food court, an hypermarket (Lulu) where you can find anything, and more.
- Hotel's location is perfect if you plan to use public transport or taxis. Al Wahda bus station is nearby and there's a regular bus stop on the main road. Taxis are always ready for you once you step out the door too.
- It's a little far from the main Marina area, but we found it just right between the airport, marina, Zayed Sports city, and Ikea. It was easy to get around once we figured out how to use Abu Dhabi's bus app.
