It is not easy when coordinating the stay of a large group . We stayed at Pullman hotel for 4 nights and they were helpful when ever an issue arose. Special thanks to Mrs. Chamila and Mr. Nishu , and Mr. Mahmoud at the reception he was very helpful indeed.

The valentine dinner date was runied by the smelly and roten food. The price they charged is highly unfair for the food they arranged in buffet. Will never recommend it to others.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks. Junaid always cleaned the room very well and did a very good job.
The hotel is very nice and has a very good location, so it is very fast in the mall (under the hotel) or at the metro station (through the mall). We would always come back to the hotel.
Only small downside if you have the room against the mall side you can hear the air conditioning of the mall at night.

All the staff were very courtious from room service to housekeeping . Sobhan took care of my room amenities and extremely great services given by him.

My fourth stay in this hotel. Always try to stay here whenever come to Dubai with my wife.
Apart from excellent service, they offered one of the best buffet breakfast.
It's directly connected to Deira City Center which is very convenient for shopping.
This time they've upgraded my room for a pleasant surprise.

I like coming back here. Both for business and leasure. Stayed here 3 times during the last month. Nice & clean rooms. Well kept up to date. Perfect location, close to airport/metro station/shopping mall/all other venues are easily to reach. Valet parking so no worries for your car ! Especially fond of the Executive Lounge: the full team Michelle, Viraj, Mae, Melissa, Faith and Wassana really pampered us all the way. Creekside rooms do have a better view. If available, ask for a corner room. Then you will enjoy the balcony (provided the sun does not hit too hard :-)).

Here it is, our last stay in this magnificent hotel so exceptional.

Perfect location as it's close to airport and attached to deira shopping mall. The hotel was very quiet and we had good night sleeps. Nothing special about their breakfast for a five stars hotel. Be aware of the dilmah cafe in th lobby they try to sell tea that is expiring next month without warning. All in all the hotel was perfect for us.

We booked our return stay as we travelled back from Europe to Australia. For this to be done, I cancelled my booking with the Grand Hyatt, of which I am a platinum member, for this hotel. This action says a lot about the Pullman and how they treat their guests. We originally stayed at the Pullman on our way to Europe and were so impressed that we booked our return stopover, with an early check in. We arrived at the hotel, were taken up to the 11th floor to be greeted by Jecelyn at the desk and Wasana in the lounge itself. These 2 ladies, just like Michelle and Maricel from our previous stay were lovely. I can see how people want to come back. The room we had asked for was already booked so Jecelyn gave us an upgrade to a suite. We were so grateful as we had come in from an overnight flight and just needed to rest, The suite more than exceeded our expectations. After a nap, we headed down to the lounge in the afternoon, to be greeted by Michelle and Maricel. They remembered us from our stay 4 weeks earlier, and we were made to feel like family. If all Accor hotels had their own staff, like the 4 ladies who are in the lounge, they would be getting 10 ratings all the time. We need to clone these girls and have them everywhere.

Sunil is the floor incharge and haq is supervisor they kept the rooms clean and tidy the stay was pretty good with amount of spacious rooms would highly recommend the stay in the hotel staffs are friendly too
