Beautiful hotel and very well situated! Check in could be a bit faster but otherwise very good service from every single staff member at Pullman! Have to mention the room maintenance staff Renuka and Haq for always going out of their way to assist each and every day with a smile on their face! Made my stay here even more pleasant! We have been frequent guests at this hotel for many years now and don t plan on changing anytime soon! Thank you again Renuka and Haq and the team at Pullman city center Deira

Wow a complete 5 star experience. Love everything about it. I have 3 visits in 2 years. Simply amazing and cozy stay. Love the massage, it's the best. Also connection with Deira city centre makes it fun and exciting.

My room was exceptionally cleaned by Mohd shadan. Very good service.

Sobhan Tul and Sunil are very good in cleaning my room. They made my stay very comfortable.

I stayed at the Pullman residence, it's hotel apartment, in a two bedroom apartment.
The decor was nice and ok. However the water heater in the guest bathroom did not work and there was no hot water. Even the engineering tecnician could not restore hot water although he tried hard.
Next, the kitchen utensils were old and had scratches all over it's teflon surface.
There was no iron in the room either and I had to ask for it. I should have thought an apartment's furniture etc should be checked before giving a room to aguest to stay.

The stay was nice, the service was good instead slow to send you someone for your need but once the guy is there for sure it is for the best service.
Thank you to Saitream, Omprakesh (Maid service) and Saj JAD u were the best during my stay.

We got two beautiful interchangeable rooms which were immaculately clean and hospitable. We appreciate our hosts Haydee and Sobhan assistance!

Really bad experience, due to the following:
- Transfer from the airport was not properly managed (had to call the hotel and wait 30 minutes till driver came)
- Delayed in checkout and another guest tried to take my turn and front office employee didn't react, in addition took too much time to finalize checkout
- Transfer to the airport was not again arranged, and have to wait for 15 minutes till the driver came (was at risk to miss the flight)

Nice breakfast and very well equipped and modern gym

Sobhan Tul and Prajesh they were of immense help, they did every thing above and beyond what was expected.

Excellent experience, bit of a mishap at first with the room numbers but due to being fully booked things like that tend to happen.
Nabeel and Haq, two very nice employees at the hotel were very courteous and made sure everything went smoothly, big thumbs up
