Good hotel nice very nice, Specially Ms Aqsa in reception she is very helpful

The stay was delightful, Rooms are amazing and brilliant service given by the staff, Staff is very friendly and helpful especially an executive named FAITH who handles the executive section on 11th floor, She always kept asking us about our comfort during our stay.

The hotel is a short taxi ride from the international airport. The staff and rooms are excellent.

Our in room services were handled by Junaid and nothing was too much trouble for him. We never ran short of essentials and he kept the room fresh and clean.

Breakfast was amazing.

The breakfast is amazing. Access to Deira City Centre Shopping Mall is very easy. The service is professional. And the place is crawling with Pokemon.

Very clean, have a big mall inside so you dont have to pay for the transport to go shopping, staff very friendly, they assisted us to check in before time after a a 8 hour flight we were very tired.also assisted us to get a taxi everyday to go where we want to go. The breakfast is amazing

I had to walk more than 15 minutes because the location is wrong, I'm not sure why didn't they adjust it and nobody bothered to mention this issue!

Access to mall is brilliant and the roof is also very nice place to spend the day. Has a good size pool for adults and children. Felomino and anoop wonderful door staff helping with bags and taxi

Excellent hotel! Perfect location near the airport but also directly connected to City Centre Mall Deira. I loved being able to go down to level 2 in the elevator and walk straight into the mall. The hotel itself is very nice and the staff are very polite and helpful. There's a nice pool on the roof and a nice view of the area.
