The Pullman Hotel is a very beautiful group of ACCOR and its location is connected to the Dubai City Center Mall .. A very quiet hotel and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Very nice ambience, having singer was nice touch ...limited options but the food was nicely presented and tasty. seafood bar was the highlight .... sweets could be missed with a big M ... the hairbo gummy sweets were the only thing worth going back to ! Overall was a nice outing would go again!

Clean rooms, very good location, and the staff is great. They go above and beyond to serve their guests. That is true meaning of customer service in the hospitality industry!

Very comfortable rooms. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Convenient to reach the mall though at times confusing to reach the hotel part. Shared gym is excellent

Excellent attention and facilities. As a negative, the room had small lighting problems that took time to fix.

We were retuning home to UK from Korea with Emirates. The flight goes via Dubai so we decided to break up the journey home with 5 days rest and relaxation in Dubai and chose the Pullman. What a great choice! From the moment we stepped into the lobby till the moment we left was a delight, thanks mainly to the warmth, helpfulness and friendliness of ALL the staff.

I am staying at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Hotel for past 3 weeks. My stay has been excellent with the service offered by the hotel and my stay made it more comfortable because of excellent house keeping team - Dharmadurai and Renuka, they are humble, polite and always keep my room tidy and clean. At restuarant excellent care by the girls (I do not know their names) and special care by two guys Shakin, Jibin. Entire crew at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre hotel is awesome including the front office girl Catherine. I would surely revisit Pullman.

The hotel staff were very attentive from day 1. We have good variety of what to have for breakfast, they helped to book tours, direct and ensured we had a good time in Dubai. Sobhan and Bijoy looked after our floor on the 6th floor and they were so nice, hardworking and engaging. Everything was done to perfection. We loved that the floors of the hotel do not make creaking noises, so we could enjoy peace and quiet. Bed,pillows, sheets were also nice to sleep on. Love that the shower gel and lotion were paraben,silicon and gluten free. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.
