It was a wonderful stay at Pullman thx Sobhan for services our room

Perfect and reasonably priced hotel. Located directly at the airport, where you do not notice. Everything in Dubai is very accessible by taxi from there - which is also affordable. Hotel is above a large shopping mall. Everything you need is here. In the hotel we only booked the breakfast. Which is highly recommended and also very richly served. In the mall you always get a cheap lunch / dinner. Once we had dinner at the hotel. Seafoot offer was awesome. Always ask at the front desk for coupons, as it may be that there is a 50% action. Hotel bar also highly recommended, here you can comfortably end the evening with an alcoholic beverage (unfortunately not cheap). Very friendly staff - on the whole very recommendable and would book again.
Booked over Christmas and New Year's Eve - optimal temperatures - a true dream: D

Easy access to city centre. Convenient to reach anywhere in Dubai

Good hotel. The main entrance is at the very back of the mall or you can use the connection area in DCC. We attended a reception in this hotel and the food is create but the ambiance of the resto is gloomy. I feel that because of the ambiance I looses appetite to eat. They need to change the ambiance of the resto.

When i was in your hotel i feel good and extremely satisfied with every service provided. so i want to say thank you for everything.

The staff was very hospitable and the ambience was great but the interior of the lift is very dark ...

The house keeper staff that makes my room was very cautious and excellent. He really makes the hotel proud. His name is Sunny Kumar. I really appreciate him. For him I will come back again insha Allah.

Great service, very clean, beds are soooo comfy. Great location. The bar is nice.

Everything is great about this hotel but need to remove/dress up overgrown plants and trees surrounding the parking area its scratches vehicle.

I have been in Dubai several times but this current visit is special because of my choice of Pullman. I have thoroughly enjoyed the ambience of the hotel particularly the cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping staff such as Ms Purnima demonstrated uncommon commitment and professionalism in getting my room cleaned and refreshed throughout my stay.
In view of the above, my choice of Pullman on my next to Dubai is guaranteed.

Proximity to the Deira City center and the airport are its plus points. Decent rooms and a good breakfast spread. Good place to spend a few days in the heart of Dubai.

Sobhan Nahid and Hriday all did a very good job of taking care of my room, the rest of staff was excellent as well. Bar was closed, pool area a bit loud, would stay again

Excellent stay, convenient attached to the Deira Mall. Friendly staff and housekeeping staff are exceptional.

Very convenient to so many of our needs.
My wife and my kids loved the access to the mall specially the Abaya, perfumes and the food court.
The excellent customer service. Guys like Yasin and Filemino were so amazing.
I m coming back for sure and recommending to my contacts.

My staying was satisfied but complaining from bad smell from the 1st day
Next day I have notified the room keeper and the front disc employees but nothing change till my departure

Its in a nice place,you can access to citycenter easily from there.there are alot of shops,mall around it.its so clean. staff are nice and its the cheapest five star hotel in deire.no need taxi to go everywhere.

Remember this as the SofiTel Deira City Center Dubai back in 2002/3 Remember a nice welcome kit consisting of various fruits in my room, superior service and much more. Just a few kilometers from DXB airport, in fact I remember one window view almost overlooking the runway departures.

It was a a great stay and ofcourse an excellent service rendered by Filomeno and Suban they were truky helpful and I would always recommenced every one and would definately get back and stay here....

The location, the pool, spa, room and decor were very good and the service and staff are excellent. A very luxurious hotel. Great as comfort. The location is also very nice. You can go anywhere near to the city with a lot of walking. Near the metro stop. There is a huge shopping center under the best side. All kinds of shopping can be done and many types of restaurants can be eaten.
