Sobhan and Ankush very efficient and awesome service

Very nice hotel, close to airport and linked to city center mall which you can access easily. Nearby the metro station which you can access through the mall. The staff is great and all of them helpful and service is good. The price is good when you compare to many five stars hotels in Dubai. Some of the rooms have nice view which is nice too.

It is very close to the airport and close to the airport. It is easily accessible from subway stations such as the frame observation deck, Dubai Mall (Khalifa Building), Jumeirah and the beach. Nearby is the Pyongyang Okrugwan, a North Korean restaurant, and a short performance.

Excellent location, next to City Centre, nice room with balcony and outstanding view over downtown Dubai. Breakfast is not the best even though quite expensive. Staff is OK. Recommended to stay for those who like shopping city centre

SOBHAN He is committed and articulate in his duty friendly and caring in the way he cleans my room 304 because of him I will like to come back and stay in the hotel whenever I am in Dubai

The hotel service was excellent. relaxed environment. People were friendly and helpful. Central location which makes travel easy. Near metro rail and connected to the Deira City Mall.

Good: Excellent location with attached mall and subway system access. Many close by restaurants. Rooms are clean and well furnished with good kitchen. Staff is excellent. Bad: Not many facilities in the hotel but the Pullman Hotel is next door. Access to mall is either through outside or walk through inside parking lot.

The hotel is nice, the crew is rude and servile but I lived on the 8th floor overlooking the main street and heard the sound of cars

Honestly this hotel is one of the finest hotels and I am a permanent customer in this hotel and I do not miss anything that exists and is close to me and the services are very beautiful and especially the morning is better than sleep and go down the lobby and drink the best coffee made by our brothers farid

Once again a stay in this Pullman which went very well. From the reception to the executive at breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. A big thank you to Sarah and Ali who made our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to Ali for the morning waffles. We will definitely be returning to the Pullman.

It's our first day as married couple and our stay in Pullman was extremely awesome, as we enter the hotel Ms. Felicia in the reception welcomed us warmly, her smile makes us feel very comfortable, she explained briefly the facilities and the services they have. As along stay guest for almost 2 months I felt like home. The staff were very approachable and helpful. The room service menue and value are great. Housekeeping staff very good. Special appreciation to Roxana, Elamir, Zahid, Aqsa, Hamid, Bishal and the rest of the hotel staff and management. Excellent stay and hospitality. I would definitely stay there again!

I love the well trained and nice staff at the Pullman. Our room was excellent. It was the accessible room and I would possibly design it a bit differently but it was safe for my husband.I love the location of the Pullman-----next to mall and transport and close to airport.

Please set up a tourist guide or visitor guide at the entrance to the hotel and the entrance to the hotel apartments
