After a very poor start with the receptionist - who managed to not only get the price wrong but not apologise when it was pointed out by his manager the mistake the stay was fine. When I called for the manager he recitified the problem straight away.

A very great hotel and whenever I travel to Dubai I live in it .. maybe more than 7 years .. Location close to everything and come down from your room to a large mall where all your needs and requests

The hotel is really clean and the rooms are a good size but compared to the 5-star hotels is the least in terms of luxury The bathrooms are clean and the staff are respectful and helpful The hotel is adjacent to Deira City Center Mall is large and has all you need from restaurants, cafes and cinema . etc.

It was my first time here and evrything is amazing! FARID is the main person who got the best of me and my dad hahaha he is funny and really cool! The staff is sooo great, the rooms are so comfy, it has a swimming pool, a pool table, the food is amazing! 10/10 service and great people. Totally recommend it

The hotel has good location, staff are very efficient, welcoming and friendly. Room is clean however the bathroom/shower area is old fashion. it is risky every time I get to the shower.
