We booked our return stay as we travelled back from Europe to Australia. For this to be done, I cancelled my booking with the Grand Hyatt, of which I am a platinum member, for this hotel. This action says a lot about the Pullman and how they treat their guests. We originally stayed at the Pullman on our way to Europe and were so impressed that we booked our return stopover, with an early check in. We arrived at the hotel, were taken up to the 11th floor to be greeted by Jecelyn at the desk and Wasana in the lounge itself. These 2 ladies, just like Michelle and Maricel from our previous stay were lovely. I can see how people want to come back. The room we had asked for was already booked so Jecelyn gave us an upgrade to a suite. We were so grateful as we had come in from an overnight flight and just needed to rest, The suite more than exceeded our expectations. After a nap, we headed down to the lounge in the afternoon, to be greeted by Michelle and Maricel. They remembered us from our stay 4 weeks earlier, and we were made to feel like family. If all Accor hotels had their own staff, like the 4 ladies who are in the lounge, they would be getting 10 ratings all the time. We need to clone these girls and have them everywhere.
