Excellent service and ambience. The staff is very courteous and helpful, especially Shafiq from housekeeping and Rehman from room service. If i have a specific concern, it is addressed promptly.

It was excellent the services of the house keepers Mr NAHID and SOBHAN.

Sobhan is a very nice man who take care of his hosts
But there are lots of uncaring regarding the receptionist

Fab service, nice apartment, fantastic location and absolutely worth the price.

Great location for airport and backs onto City Centre Mall with access to supermarket, traditional and western brands with access to the Dubai metro red line to most tourist attractions (malls, Wild Wadi, Jumeirah Beach etc). The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble, Purnima in particular was very kind and kept our room extremely clean.

It was really good.. Ambiance, hotel staff members, housekeeping staff Mr. Subhash and Bullet both were helpful. Breakfast was also good and has many options (in veg and nonveg).

The hotel apartments .. The experience was not very bad cleaning bad and the bed uncomfortable .. not worth the experience

One of the finest hotels design, location and distinctive services. Previously under maintenance I do not know whether the maintenance is over or not.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL
This hotel is just not worth its price.
Upon arrival, the lobby was small and when we walked in the elevator there was a used Q-tip on the ground.
First the apartment felt small because there s a wall in front of you as soon as you walk in and the architecture and decor just weren t impressive overall. Additionally the room was very dark and had bad lighting.
We re used to finding toiletries in the bathroom and more towels but alas we only got soap, shower gel and shampoo. Then I have to say the water was cold during one of my showers which is just ridiculous in this kind of hotel, even at the sink the water only got lukewarm. Even the toilet paper was badly positioned.
I attempted cooking in the kitchen but the hob didn t get hot fast and my food did not get cooked at all even after it got to its maximum heat.
If you want to find the swimming pool or the gym then good luck walking around floors 7 and 8 and getting through doors to then find a filthy looking and feeling swimming pool that s not even big.

Don t bother booking the breakfast for that absurd price because first you ll have to walk through a parking lot and smell the car fumes to get to the main hotel then you ll arrive to an average looking buffet. The food quality just isn t good and the options were limited compared to other pullmans I ve been to. The eggs were raw, the maple syrup didn t taste like maple syrup, their natural orange juice had nothing natural, their pastries, waffles and pancakes tasted bland and their curry was just plain bad. If you have to go to this hotel (which I would never do again), just buy food at the supermarket in the mall.

The only pros I ve found to this hotel were that the gym was small but nice and the location is ideal as there is a shopping mall attached to the hotel where you can go get groceries.

Hello world, I wanted to speak about the pullman dubai creek, apart from the infrastrucure, the location is at the top, it is very clean too, we sleep very well.
Low hat for the staff, who is the little carer, who greets you every time you meet him with a big smile.
The gym is top, the coaches are very attentive to your needs, and I warmly thank Mr RYAN coach who trained me, and gave me very good advice for further training.

Near the airport. Good stays. Try the apartments if you have 4 people

I had an early check-in request but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked the night before. I had to wait a while before I was assigned a room. The check-in were extremely helpful in dealing with the situation especially Amine who made sure i was kept comfortable during my wait. The way he handled the situation was exemplary of what good customer service is about. Overall enjoyed my stay and will return on my next trip.

While the rooms are ok there is definitely a need to change the quality of food offered at Pullman. Their coffee shop food is the worst and does not live up to the expectations of a premium brand like Pullman. For the money they charge one can get much better deal elsewhere in DXB.

Mr. Ali the restaurant manager of Medley restaurant is a very helpful and courteous human. The whole crew is always on their toes. Plus the hotel is connected to Deira city centre so its all in one.

They are very good in their work and they clean my room timely since last 1 year.
I have never face any single issue since 1 year from these guys.
