Pullman is a great place to stay when in Dubai. It is very central and has all the amenities one needs to feel at home in a new city. It's also very close to the Sierra mall and Carrefour market making it an ideal location

I still haven't stopped talking about my stay here, it was one of the best stay in any hotel in all my years of traveling. The staff are extremely nice, polite and professional. Always asking if we were okay and if we needed anything, we even got a complimentary late check out! I will come back to stay again and again, thank you to Pullman!

Amazing hotel with direct entry to Deira city centre. Rooms were nice and cosy. Staff were very helpful especially a staff member named Junaid,he was exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times,he cleaned rooms on time and provided us with all the necessities we needed. One flaw was that there were no charging plugs near bedside which is kinda annoying because everyone like to lie in the bed while there phone is charging. Overall and amazing hotel!

Sobhan and Sreekant are the two persons incharge the cleaning of our room we are really very satisfied with thier services and commitment .

The two bedroom suite was clean and airy but the air conditioning system was bad and the breakfast was very good and the best thing is adjacent to the City Center market

Magnificent hotel. Which gives direct access to the Deira City center.

The hotel has a great location, just beside Deira City Center Mall which is accessible to the Metro. Housekeeping staff Shoban was also very helpful. Good breakfast with a good variety. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

clean and calm room ;except some ants in the bathroom, i told the house keepers and they treated this .
A/C was suitable and manageable
TV programs well chosen, enough water, drinks and mini bar are good

Nice hotel, well located with direct access to the shopping center.

It's a decent hotel. Good ambience, good service. In the middle of the city! Very close to everything you would need on a holiday!

I stayed at Pullman Creek for 6 nights. On night number 2 there was something wrong with the showers. Only hot and very hot water came out. Your duty manager was very prompt to come to the room to check and in the end he had to call the engineer to come in to resolve the hot water issue. It was promptly fixed in 15 minutes and all was well.

You may wish to check the windows in room 527. We stayed in this room and every night food smells from frying, cooking and come right into the room. Not only could we smell the kitchen exhaust, I believe the loud compressor sounds of the air conditioners etc could also be heard.

Other than the 2 issues (1 was resolved) our stay was good.

My stay is very Good. Housekeeping Junaid always meet nice greeting smile and cleaning very good.

Sobhan and Tul gave us wonderful service during our stay at the Pullman. Always attended to our needs.
