Everything so far has been above our expectations. From Farid from reception check in to Yasin who promptly brought our luggage and the amazingly clean rooms/service each and every day by Sobhan Nahid and Shadan. This is what keeps us coming back year after year with a minimum 20+ days each trip. Hope to come bk soon. Also for families with little ones it s such a family friendly classy hotel with a smile on everyone. Thank you our home away from home Pullman!

Nice well located property. Efficient and comfortable, good for a business or personal visit. Next to a famous mall , and with close proximity to dubai international airport makes this a place for a perfect stopover.

Hotel has a nice location and convinient. Also Naveed manazir is very helpful for our arrival transfer.

Special mention to Sobhan who was very friendly and welcoming. He did an excellent job in making sure our rooms were impeccably clean and always made sure we were comfortable.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel - conveniently located next to a mall, metro and the airport. Very attentive and friendly service. The rooms are a bit plain but good size. Really appreciated being able to open the windows - which is so rarely possible in hotels.

The best people in the world. Naveed biju is the best staff member. He is a true class act. I have never felt more at home when staying at the Pullman hotel. I travel a lot and one of the nicest service I have ever had. Please come stay at this hotel. No reason to stay at a 7 star hotel when you have the Pullman hotel and it s amazing staff.

Prompt check-in. Nice spacious room. Bed was super comfortable. Friendly and very helpful lounge staff (especially Mr. Tanveer & Ms. Sara at the reception). Nice buffet breakfast. Good location.

Family hotel and quiet and Mall City Center next to the intervention of the second floor and advice when booking Request breakfast included because it is a wonderful buffet everything and brushes and fresh from oven to your stomach

This place is for people who like sea food. However even the seafood is not the best that I have had in Dubai.

Just back from 5 day stay at Deira City Pullman Hotel. Been there several times before and can say in complimentary way, it's still the same. Hotel has great facilities, location close city,metro station,mall and airport, very comfortable rooms with the best bed's I've slept in. All round, a great hotel.

A key reason that makes any stay enjoyable and reason to come back to any branded hotel are the staff and their professionalism. The Pullman certainly has excellent some of whom have been there for sometime, which is also a key to any success. Certain staff we'd like to acknowledge include: Mr Ali, Mr Mustafa and Ms Karen from the breakfast restaurant : Mellisa & Michelle from lounge and also Mae from reception. All of whom made our stay very enjoyable. Hopefully see you all next year.

Very good stay in the sun at the Pullman dubai City creek I recommend it to all great hotel big thank you to the team and especially big thought to Farid, Hind, Mama, Maritess, Leshan etc.

It's not my 1st time. I always found caring attitude except once when I was told to be upgraded but later I found myself in an apartment ment for Elderly people. On the whole I feel comfortable staying here. It also suits me location wise.

My favourite place when visiting Dubai for work. The tea lounge and the art exhibition (Artist Playground) are exceptionally unique. This is such a wonderful experience with high quality tea, Cream Tea and High Tea that it is worthy of experiencing even if you are not staying in the hotel. Thank you Ashish for excellent service and good recommendations that makes the tea lounge experience perfect in every sense.
The stay itself is also very pleasant, thanks to all the staff and their welcoming and helpful attitude: reception, tea lounge, service staff are all very attentive and helpful. Thanks to Suresh and Puneet who made sure that the room is always excellently cared for.
Leaving tomorrow, and looking forward to my next stay and the daily afternoon tea in the lounge!

Good hotel. Location direct entrance to big shopping mall is great. Service good. Location is close to airport and good for reaching Sharjah. Rooms are ok. Bathrooms are to simple for this price range. Stay in this hotel since 7 years. Staff super friendly. Beds and so ok. Ask for a room with even number. Than you have a better vieuw.

This is my second stay in pullman as my stay is too comfortable here i want to say thanks to Shadan and his team suresh and hrudai for making my stay awesone.

I want to thanks all people work here in pulman city center it was anazing accommodation and good view also want recording my special thanks to ms. Hind elkadira she is verey good and cooperative with us.

We enjoyed our stay at pullman hotel, especially its location.
Breakfast and swimming pool are nice as well. Housekeeping service is excellent, with significantly helpful staff, particularly Maricar and Sobhan have proven to be very polite and helpful.

I always enjoy my stay in Dubai, and especially in Pullman DCC.

over priced and I honestly don't know who gave this Hotel a five star!? I stayed at this hotel for few days and I have to say nothing look like a five star. Rooms are small, bathroom tiny and whoever designed the bathtub must have been drunk!? taking shower was hassle if you manage not to fall. The drainage clogged most of the time bathtub and sink. No Ice bucket in room and you have to constantly call housekeeping for that. No airport transport. they charged us over 80AED for making few local call!!!!! can you believe this!?! local call from hotel IS NOT FREE!?! the bed was one of most uncomfortable beds I have ever experienced, most mornings I had back pain and neck pain! they had breakfast buffet that was ok but nothing special. all in all save your money and get a different hotel. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

That's a first time in Pullman I admired all his facilities staff are so flexible I will mention housekeeping are great specially Mr mujeeb who always pay full attention on our stay all the time I would recommend him for his next level thanks again all Pullman

Reshav Puneet, is very excellent room set ice provider. A well placed beautifully furnished nice hotel. It also has apartments detached from main hotel. Breakfast dinner menus are of execellent choices. Most amazing sports I bar have ever come across in the region with nice crowd. A must see place!

Great shopping center, you'll find incredible deals and super good food court. You can change money. There is everything.

I had good experiance in the best hotel with very help helpfull staf , as farid and razak , room is good with nice city view

Great brunch!! We went with eight people for Christmas. Food was great, plenty of meat and seafood and excellent desserts. You can go through groupon to get great discounts. We paid 290dirhams for two adults and one child. Valet parking was included as well or there is a carpark right out the front, seven dirhams for fours hours parking.

Very close to the DXB airport. By taxi we drove at night less than 10 minutes (about 10 dollars). The room is spacious, everything is there, nothing to complain about. Iron, board, kettle, coffee machine and consumables for them. Lots of free bottled water (if not, then this is a big problem when sitting at night). We had included breakfast - buffet, but with a lot of hot dishes. From the hotel entrance to the shopping center, through which you can go and get to the subway.

My reservation had not been made by the travel agency, so your staff had to do some quick maneuvers to get me settled, but they did so and kept me informed as things progressed. The room was lovely and everything was great!
