Excellent and very helpful housekeeping especially Sobhan and Nahid ;-)

Parking and entrance not so good but the apartments are nice

Pullman Dubai Creek City Center is a beautiful, clean and quite hotel with 5 star facilities and friendly staff. The hotel staff gave me a 5 star treatment from the moment I stepped out of the taxi that took to the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel also serves tasty and wide array of dishes. The room I stayed had everything I wanted and more and Sobhan, the housekeeper was very helpful and always asked if I needed anything extra or wanted anything in the room changed. The 2nd floor of the hotel leads right into Deira city center shopping mall making it super easy to go to the mall without stepping out of the hotel. I recommend Pullman Dubai Creek City Center hotel for its friendly staff and 5 star service.

The experience was very fantastic as we felt very special from the moment we arrived at the hotel and leaving. All staff from the Managers, front desk, conceraige, house keeping, hospitality and security were all amazing and accommodated our every need we felt like VIP's. The service was outstanding and very friendly. Thank you ;)

A good variety of food that's well prepared and tasty...it's a indoor brunch and adult beverages are not expensive. Good for groups. We paid 700AED for 4 people using Groupon.

Wonderful experience. I stayed in Pullman City Centre Hotel for 2 days with my family. They thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Overall ambience was great. Staff were really friendly. Mr. Sobhan and Mr. Nahid were helpful in room service. My only suggestion is that the tub should have been placed a bit lower than where it is. Stepping out of the tub was a bit difficult.

The Lunch Buffet was good! Selective items, but tasty. The service was also great!

This is not good as Thai cruising. No meaning of such cruising. No entertainment.

It's really strange for me to rate this hotel the lowest , for me I stayed there almost 20 times over the past 3 years . First the good points , 5 minutes from the airport, polite staff every single one . The hotel is attached to a huge mall with metro station at the mall gates .
Now the bad things , dull rooms , the hotel's public areas are play grounds for running screaming kids . To get a taxi it takes 5 minutes minimum , but that has improved over time . The smoking floor and rooms are rotten need someone to one the windows every now and then.
For what make me hate this place , is a 500 $ Cartier belt that was stolen from my room . I couldn't do any thing as I found out this hours before my flight. As for the hotel personal including the duty manager , the only thing they did was to try to prove me wrong . I came to dubai for a relaxing short break, now I am going home feeling terrible.

I had Purnima as a housekeeper she did a really Good job and was nice.

I was disappointed that reception charged me Dh 120 for breakfast whilst I was told at the time of checking in that I would be charged Dh90. I informed the person but she chose to ignore. Pretty insolent lady at the reception.

The hotel is perfectly located, staff are friendly and rooms are comfortable and calm. Unfortunately we missed the famous Pullman Ramadhan Futoor due to our flight delay but I enjoyed Suhoor.

Great place to stay for a Europe /Australia stop over Staff were excellent Shops nearby had every thing that you require. Even though I booked the Hotel through one of your Partner companies I did not receive any ACCOR benefits, very dissapointing

Its a pleasant 5 night stay. Haydee, the lady in charge of our housekeeping did a good job for our room. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety and it very convenient to travel anywhere. Hotel staff are also very friendy and resourceful.

The welcome at reception was very warm. We were upgraded to an executive suite from a junior suite. Had to wait 60 mins for the room though which put a slight damper on things as we were tired from our trip from Australia.

Overall we had a great stay and would recommend the hotel.

Nice and cosy property, very close to airport and with an easy access to Shopping Mall.
The residences are fully equipped and would definitely recommend them for long stays
