The whole experience of the hotel was amazing.the breakfast spread is amazing.
The staff are very friendly and especially leshan who is very courteous ,accommodating and very helpful.

I have stayed here for one year.. It's nice n cleaned

Well placed hotel with regard to accessibility to places in dubai. Shk zayes road to one side. Deira gold and spice souks on the other side and city centre at the back.

Well sized room but room amenities and decor needs upgrade. Good sports bar on the 1st floor and swimming pool on the 8th floor. Friendly staff and good food in the morning spread

Iwas staying in residency Pullman since 8 months iam enjoying hear .staff was really good and Kindly .friendly service so amazing services thanks to Chandra an their they are really helpful.

Sobhan from the cleaning service was very helpful cleaning my room.

NAHID's house keeping services are awesome he is dedicated decent and smiling guy

It's just excellent and a place to be. The atmosphere the ambiance the whole place is just too perfect

Very classy hotel connected with the city centre Deira mall.
I had dinner here followed by coffee in the main lounge. Everything is high end.
Service is excellent. One of the best croquembouche I have ever tasted outside of France. Recommended.

Good ambiance, good variety of food, except the roast was cold and not cut properly.

Sunil Kumar and Vishal Chaudrey did a wonderful job of cleaning my room and keeping it up just as I like it.

One of the best experiences I have had in my extensive travel. If you are in it near Dubai you must give them a try, awesome !

The treatment received from the Therapy (Mayuree), Leshan and other staffs was magnificent and I will purposely come back because of the good staffs and their behaviour towards the customers.

The hotel is great.....just met Shafiq from housekeeping..hes really a great guy..knew a lot about the hotel and took real good care of me... the hotel is near the mall...even the room service is great.stayed here for a week.. had

Sobhan and Tul are good and they know how to keep guests happy. If you smoke try to be on 8th floor. Cheers.

Good location. Plenty of food choices...I particularly liked the lobby breakfast rather than the standard Buffett. Gym is perfect for a business traveller...as is the spa and pool if you get some downtime. Saminathan made sure my room was spotless and I was well liked after.
