Lovely room , very welcoming, great staff and service..

We had a few drinks here before attending the ice hockey at Allphones Arena. The foyer is quite up market with an extensive wine list, however the beers weren't any more expensive than the pub / bar just around the corner. Our friends ate dinner and said the service wasn't great, however the presentation looked fantastic.

I honestly enjoyed my time so much here. My favourite part was the man (I never got his name) who did general customer service as well as valet work. Alway a smile on his face and a different colour outfit. An asset to the company!

No hassle, friendly staff, comfortable room, delicious meal. We had a late checkout of 12 and one room was ready when we got their early Saturday which we were able to use which we very much appreciated.

Nice place good facilities. Convenient parking available free for 2 hours opposite the hotel and around it.

Facilities were great. Rooms spacious and inviting. I recommend Pullman for gatherings, especially after events.

Stayed here overnight in 2018 after seeing a show at the stadium, and really enjoyed our experience. Staff always helpful and the hotel very modern including our room. Excellent breakfast too at the downstairs restaurant. The only smaller downside was the valet parking, which after checking out took over 30 minutes for our car to be brought around, meaning we only just made our flight. The staff were very apologetic, with the situation seemingly a big queue of cars being brought around because everyone checked out at the same time. I would have much preferred to be able to collect my car myself in this situation. Other than this, our experience at the Pullman was perfect.

Lovely room size and presentation. Location centralised in Sydney Olympic park. Service is great, especially concierge Tahir.

Tidy rooms and very helpful staff. Restaurant was busy however the food was delicious.

Staff were friendly. I thought the $39 you were charging for a a buffet breakfast was far to much even for a hotel. $5 for a soft drink is also crazy. Other than that everything was good

Provided last minute accommodation. The clerk went out of his way to help.
The lift locked us in and would not go up or down. Tried the emergency phone which did not go through at 1st. When it did get answered they told us how to get the lift moving. Even though a very loud alarm was activated each time we used the phone, there was no reaction from outside the lift. Quite frightening and we where hot, exhausted and confused by the time we got out.

informed said sometimes you have to insert your room card to get the lift to move. There were not any instructions to indicate this.
The room was comfortable a welcome relief once we got into it and we would stay there again.

Spacious, great view, and extensive pillow menu. Staff are excellent too.

Outstanding service by everyone in the team, great rooms, awesome location and by far and away the best beef nachos in town. Everyone has a smile!

The rooms were excellent, bathrooms fabulous- loved the big bath! Clean and quiet and a good size.
Service was however poor. The rooms were NOT available at 2pm, many people were waiting past the checkin time. The reception desk were however friendly and helpful.
Restaurant service was truly atrocious for dinner. Meals/ drinks were delayed and one didn't arrive at all and we had to ask repeatedly for it. We even received the wrong menus! The staff generally seemed inexperienced and untrained.
Frankly the service was probably the worst we have encountered in some time.

actually i was transferred to another room but the receptionist have asked me nicely and politely and its something that you cant refuse with the same treatment of customer service. it was because of the other guest had medical problems and the other guest is not ready to move out so i had to give way and that is because of good customer service but other than that im still satisfied . The staff and guest thanked me and appreciated what i did. But other than that very good staff and customer service 5*****.

Fast, friendly and efficient check in and out; prompt bar and restaurant staff with a great vibe; exceptional cleanliness in the room with spacious, oversized bath and shower facilities; brilliant location to concert events; underground parking you can access without requiring valet. I'm appreciative of the unexpected turn down service and exquisite chocolate before bed, giving such a special feeling, leading to a beautiful sleep in cosy beds.

The stay was fine.
We requested a room away from the lift and when we arrived our room was as close to the lift as you could get so this was disappointing.

Great food and friendly service with a smile. Very welcoming and a great place to have breakfast. The only let down was the coffee wasn't great, but overall a great experience.

Parking was a nightmare, no information about how to find the parking was available, self-park bays were minimal and we were forced to use valet parking for lack of other options. Wouldn't consider it five star.

A high quality hotel with great service and even more amenities. Home bush doesn t have a large amount of traffic but it can provide Central access to the local region. Great views no matter where you are in the building!!!

The location was perfect for us to attend an event at the Howie pavilion.
Your staff were all very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant both evenings as the options nearby were pretty limited and seemed to be for a younger crowd.

The folk at the front desk were most accommodating. I appreciated them getting fruit for me (compimentary) when it wasn't available at the local shops.

It is always a pleasurable experience to stay at the Pullman from check in to room standard and food quality. The only thing I was disappointed with was the restaurant service in the evening. The service at breakfast was exceptional in comparison. There seemed to be no system in place for seating customers created by no communication between staff or the use of a wait list.

On arrival and check in, we were upgraded to the Executive suite and later upon returning to our room there was a complimentary bottle of wine as it was my birthday weekend away. We also received very friendly, attentive and delightful customer service. Joe was also brilliant. Thank you for such a pleasant experience - will be staying here again on our next return to Sydney Olympic Park and recommending you to friends/family. Thank you!
