Positioned perfectly if you are attending anything in Olympic Park. A little noisy during/after events in the precinct, however made up for by super comfortable beds and bedding. Staff were friendly and helpful. Extended wait for our car return by valet, however in fairness there was a very high volume of checkouts that morning - the staff definitely did their very best too handle. Would absolutely stay again and recommend.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the OLYMPIC PARK train station. The transportation is convenient, and the city can be reached in 40 minutes by train. About 70 Australian dollars by taxi for 30 minutes. There are also buses. It is very close to the largest stadium and other sports halls. The SHOW GROUND of the EASTER SHOW is also very close. If it is to participate in concerts, competitions, and other events such as agricultural exhibitions in OLYMPIC PARK, it is extremely convenient.
Pullman's room is relatively large. I chose the big bed, double bed and junior suite pictures for your reference. The soft decoration is also very good, with some style. The hotel bathroom is always neat and clean. What needs to be pointed out is that it is a five-star hotel after all, and its service is indeed much better than that of NOVOTEL and IBIS, both of the Accor Group. The breakfast restaurant products also made me satisfied. If you have to say where there are shortcomings, it may be that the lobby is not stylish enough. For some tourists, they may question "is it five-star?"

Overall, the expierence of staying in Pullman Olympic Park is valuable. However, the elevators were too confusing for us. The up-going elevator stoped and opened when we pressed down button. We had to stay in the cabin all the way up and down. And the lobby level button would be better if it was marked with remarkable colour.

I love staying at this particular Pullman Hotel when the Sydney Show is on! Such a lovely warm feeling when you walk through the door. Parking easily accessible. Staff were all extremely pleasant, especially the gentleman who was the head welcomed on Easter Sunday morning. Even the housekeeping staff say hello as you walk through the hallways. Room was immaculate; I was lucky enough to be in a room on the corner with two windows and a beautiful view of the show! The best part about staying at Pullman is the bed! Super comfortable, wish I could take it home with me! Shower head had so much pressure it was great. Didn't get to use the bath this time but looked generous in size! Hopefully next time I will be able to have this room again next year. Thanks so much to all Hotel staff for a lovely stay.

Home Away From Home experience. Our annual family ...

Home Away From Home experience. Our annual family stay at the Pullman is as always a PLEASURABLE stay. Regardless of time away from the Pullman, we feel like we just continue where we left off, on arrival - just as good friends apart for extensive periods do.
Facilities location & attractions are a prime requisite for our daughter's Gymnastics competition annually but the Hotels main asset is in its personal service on the ground floor in my opinion.
Check-In staff & Duty Manager Joe were terrific, professional and laid the foundations for a comforting stay, as was Restaurant Manager Tahun who looked after our needs with great anticipation. Dinner & Breakfast was brilliant and consumed in a relaxed atmosphere.
Finally it was terrific to see my good friend Tahir once again. A true gentleman with charm & charisma. His personal care to our family needs were delivered with a smile and a "no problem " concept. "Good staff are hard to find" as my friend in the restaurant business for over 30 years tells me.
Hard to leave the Pullman, back to reality on check out, but memories carried again and recommended to friends & family. Appreciated and Thank you.

The Pullman at Olympic Park offers large comfortable rooms, with good beds and bath rooms. Each floor is well serviced by four lifts, meaning wait times are reduced compared to nearby competitors. The staff are exceedingly accommodating and offer excellent service. The breakfast provided in this Hotel is of and high quality and offers a broad range.

The service was fantastic. We arrived at a very busy weekend in Homebush and I was amazed at how easy and fluid the process was. The 'Welcomer' was wonderful, answered all our questions. The Assistant Manager checked us in and was very delightful. Very professional. Our room was on the 12th floor, spectacular views. The room was very spacious and modern, the bathroom was amazing with a full size bath and generous shower. The bed was huge and pillow range on offer was great. We did not attend the downstairs restaurant or bar, but both were packed and looked inviting. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I look forward to the next one. Thank you!

Over priced, poorly constructed hotel close to Sydney Showgrounds. My room had three walls and a corridor between me and the lifts, yet vibration from every lift passing was obvious all night. Booked a king bed room. Upon arrival I was as given a twin room. When I complained, staff said they'd push the two single beds together for me. They reluctantly changed my room to a king although claimed that type of room was more expensive than the $370/night I had already paid.

My stay at Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park was awesome. The hotel itself is at good location near restaurants and bars as well as public transit and train station. Hotel people were all nice, rooms were spacious and clean. Great job.

nice room, little bit weirded out that wifi isn't included in price. Also, don't eat at the restaurant. Food is wanky and extremely expensive without value. Staff however are absolutely lovely.

The hotel is good. It was convenient to attend the Royal Easter Show. The road closures made it tricky to get to. The parking was only Valet which is a bit expensive for 2 nights when the car was parked 1 time and retrieved 1 time.

Nice modern hotel. Comfy beds. Friendly staff. The executive business lounge is nice, but the music is little too noisy to do some quiet work on the laptop and the canapes variety is less exciting as an airport busines lounge's food.

The rooms were spacious and homely, Tue staff were professional and eager to to above and beyond to ensure all needs were met. The buffet breakfast had a large selection and was high quality. I was there for a work event but will definitely be staying there again when I travel.

The Pullman is by far the best option when staying at Olympic Park. The nature of the area makes things difficult for most businesses there, but the Pullman rises above most of these challenges. You won't get the 5 star experience you get in Sydney's CBD, but you'll get by far the most professional experience outside of it.

We stayed on floor 5 in a King Singles room. The view is very nice. The room is average sized, not too large. Our wifi and cable service was free. The room appeared clean and was well organized, the usual amenities were easily within reach. The service was nice but I'd have to rate the room as just being average and we had issues getting the air conditioning to work. Overall reliable and clean but not exciting.
