Loved the little chocolates when we returned to the room
Great location, great staff, excellent room. we will be staying there in march 2016
The hotel was very nice, we stayed there on our wedding night. We were a little unlucky that there was an event on that shut down parts of the hotel that we wanted to use but otgrr than that it was good.
Front desk team consistently brilliant. Everything exceeded expectations.
Ms Jay at the Executive Lounge is super in communicating with customers and running the place. Be happy to have her. The hotel is very nice. Smooth service and nice rooms
It was lovely. My children and I enjoyed ourselves.
Great place to stay when you have something on at homebush.
Fantastic service and attention to detail. Gratefully upgraded to a room here from the Ibis. Clean and comfy rooms in a great location for sporting and other events at Olympic Park venues. I am in a wheelchair and felt well considered and looked after for my access and safety requirements. Was even offered a room with a larger bathroom for greater ease mobility (gratefully declined).
Would love to be able to stay more often. Great Hotel!!!
Had breakfast here as the Novetel was not serving. The breakfast was plentiful and very nice.
Had a nice stay at the Pullman. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
Went in for drinks before a concert. Drinks were overpriced and some staff were snarky.
Great room! Great view! Excellent service! Had a great dinner! Very friendly team! Highly recommend!
Great rooms. Fantastic staff. Slow service in the restaurant.
First of, Pullman, Novotel and Ibis share the same block. They are all part of the same hotel chain.
Check-in staff were friendly and accommodating.
Booked into the Executive Floor. Room was nice & clean, however, room wasn't anything special. It wasn't big nor small. I've stayed in Novotel rooms with about the same size. So there was nothing "special" about this room.
WiFi is very fast: 65 Mbps
Executive floor rooms means I have access to the Executive lounge. Lounge was also nice and clean, however, one small bar fridge containing alcohol is locked from 17:30 to 19:30. The other bar fridge containing Evian water, Coke/Sprite and orange juice is locked up from closing time until noon the next day. Happy Hour is only from 17:30 to 19:30 and they include an assortment of red/white wines. There were ONLY two hot dish as well as a assorted cheese, cold cuts and some fruits.
Breakfast is "average": bacon, eggs, yogurt, cheese, assorted fruits, etc. Kitchen will accept fried eggs/omelet.
Check-out staff were the complete opposite to the decorum of the check-in staff: Flustered and busy
I gave a score of 3/5 because i don't believe the room is worth AU$450/night (including breakfast).
Hope this helps.
Really nice rooms and very friendly staff.
However...
We checked in at 12:30pm and our room wasn t ready, fair enough. We left our bags with reception and headed out to the footy. We returned at 7pm to find our bags still sitting on the floor in the reception. The people in front of us had the same issue and raised it with reception staff. They were assured that the luggage was looked after but that isn t really the point is it. When you pay for a 5 star hotel a degree of service is expected.
The mini bar had one can of local beer and one can of Heineken. Each 330ml can was an exorbitant $12. Two beers for a double room. Really disappointing. Surely I m not the only one who looks forward to having a few beers in the hotel room before bed. They seem all too happy to charge 5 star prices without offering a 5 star selection. Bottled water was an even bigger rip off at $7.
It s the best hotel in the area and ultimately we enjoyed our stay. Just a few of the basics letting this place down.
Top range hotel but plenty of reasons for 5 stars. Staff are excellent. In hotel facilities superb. Local facilities great. Parking is easy. Rooms are fantastic. My choice for western sydney & sydney olympic park.
My daughter booked a room a few weeks in advance for a special event & the price was a whopping $369 (incl. full breakfast). On the day, the online room price had dropped to $199. Way overpriced, particularly with lift noise all night & an extra $48 for overnight parking, but the staff were lovely.
Love staying here, beds are extremely comfortable, rooms are a great size, bathrooms are spacious, and service is always good.
So close to the stadium and all other things to do ie. Pool and eateries
The Pullman hotel was excellent in every respect. Staff were so very helpful.
Bed - comfortable af. Had a pillow menu, got a memory foam pillow was excellent. Shower was a good height for tall people like myself
Large clean rooms that has well maintained bathroom, staff were accommodating.
We stay here regularly when attending concerts or sporting events. Love the rooms and bar, but the restaurant let's them down every time. Pity as it's a great place.
Hotel located directly in the Olympic Park in Sydney. Trainstation is close to the Hotel. Comfort and Rooms incl. Roomservice are excellent and friendly. After events in the station quite busy - on usual weekdays more silent :-) The breakfast buffet has a huge assortment of fresh and good prepared food and juices. Only a little bit challenging is the breakfast service. During my stay it took every day a long time (5 to 15 minutes) to get just a cup of coffee - no self service for coffee available!
One lift broke down which significantly increased the time to get up and down to your room. They also did not remember to put complimentary water in my room. Otherwise everything was adequate.
A 4-minute walk from Olympic Park train station, this polished hotel is also a 9-minute walk from Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre and 14 minutes' walk from ANZ Stadium.
The plush, sophisticated rooms feature Wi-Fi (fee), flat-screen TVs and minibars, as well as marble bathrooms. Upgraded rooms add access to a club lounge; suites add whirlpool baths. Room service is available 24/7.
Entrance to the aquatic centre is complimentary. There's a contemporary restaurant with an open kitchen and a chef's table, plus a bar serving drinks and light meals. Other amenities include a fitness room, a business centre and 4 meeting rooms.
Amazing, staff went above and beyond. Hotel was clean and comfortable.
We will definitely be staying with you again. THANK YOU
Close to the transportation and many fastfood store nearby
Went for dessert and coffee. Both the rhubarb pannacotta and creme brulee we're excellent
Great service and staff. Needs free parking for guests though.
1 Day stay for business. Excellent view, very clean room. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff
This is a really really lovely place. All the staff are amazing and I would highly recommended anyone to stay here.
Service was terrible i felt discriminated against as i watched the waiter go above and beyond for all other tables and could barely serve my mother and I. Very disappointing as this had always been one of my fav restaurant.
Fantastic hotel, the staff are very helpful and would be more than happy to stay there again.
excellent service by all front of house, only one complaint the hotel bar closed at 10.30 with at least 20 in the bar and 30 plus being turned away. i was waiting for a friend who arrived at 10.45 BAD luck and this was Saturday before Grand Final
An exclusive executive hotel experience in Sydney close to all Sydney's features such as the opera house! Great rooms! Exquisite food & bar !
Location and rooms are great, but don't expect your luggage to be taken to your room.
Room is quite clean and modern. For the price I paid ($350 a night), breakfast is not included and no complimentary bottled water. Was told by reception to ask for bottled water from the room service but the room service said they have got nothing and asked that I drink from the tap. Amenities are of low quality e.g. made-in-China facial tissue which feels like emery paper, branded shampoo/conditioner/shower gel but also made in China and hardly any pleasant aroma.
Came to the hotel late and went to the bar to find sth to eat but found no waiter on duty. Reception is average.
I would rather stay in Novotel or ibis.
Ibis, pullman and novotel are all connected so you may be upgraded to another hotel for whatever reason. The facilities are nice. Close to some nice restaurants and cafes. Once the stadium is finished and covid restrictions are lifted the area will be a hub for various attractions and events.
We had a fantastic time this hotel is perfectly located with great facilities our whole family had fun.
The foyer entrance and bar added a sophisticated look to the hotel. Quite impressive
Just the most caring and wonderful hotel staff you will ever have the pleasure of meeting.. Rooms are really good too.. Thought I needed to mention the room whilst I'm here ;)
Wonderful accessible room, well thought out and appointed
I had a one night stay here with my girlfriend Alice and both of us liked how the room looks. It's all neat and clean, and both of us slept comfortably.
Would love to have some tap beer while having dinner. Dinner was nice, but $6.00 for a lime soda was very expensive.
Great Location , friendly staff but the room it's ok the toilets were dirty and there was dust everywhere
Fantastic place I ve been coming here for years, never felt so welcome in any venue, the food is amazing the staff never forget a face and the manager is so professional makes you want to come here everyday thanks you Pullman s team Sarah
It was amazing- we stayed there on our Wedding night - the kind staff upgraded our room and provided complimentary champagne. The staff were always kindly mannered and were genuinely interested in what we had been up to.
Definitely will stay at the Pullman again.
We had a great over night stay and breakfast was great ... though Parking was pay $45 and extra $40 parking charge by hotel was bit much also parking valet car behind so couldn't get out meant a slower checkout
Great customer service, fabulous restaurant, comfortable room
Fantastic dinner at the restaurant. Food great, staff courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming here again!
All staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the door man! Bed was super comfortable and food was amazing!
The high end of Accor hotels.
Comfortable and expensive. Bar and restaurant expensive especially wine which is over the top re a mark up. If you can accept prices like this then enjoy.
Staff wonderful.
As always the staff and accommodation are of a standard which other hotels could take a lesson from
I attended there to visit a guest staying there so can't really provide a substantive comment here.
Clean overall
The view from the morning and evening is very good
Breakfast just
Giveaways are for Accor members only, no water to drink
This is the second time that we have stayed at the Pullman and we were certainly not disappointed. From the friendly and professional welcome at the front desk (despite the absolute busy-ness of the night with the football match), to ensuring that all our needs were taken care of, both that evening and the next morning, we couldn't fault the hotel. The staff were lovely; a number of them who had worked late the night we had arrived were present when we went to breakfast the next morning, as welcoming and professional as could possibly be. We will certainly be recommending the Pullman to our friends and family.
After having a not so positive experience recently at the Pullman Olympic Park i was given the opportunity to stay again on the 27th of May.I found all the staff to be friendly, attentive, and efficient. The room we were given was of o very high standard with amazing views. The room was immaculately clean and breakfast was delicious and relaxing, just how breakfast should be. Thank you to the team at the Pullman for such a pleasant experience

It's a great place for a drink if you are at Sydney Olympic Park, out of the weather and relaxing
It's a good place if you can get it at good price. Rooms are large, lobby is a bit small for this size of hotel. Haven't tried other things like restaurant but the menu is a bit costly.
Good hotel, great location for show's and very friendly and helpful staff
Great hotel convenient to sporting and entertainment venues.
this is a lovely hotel with high quality furnishings and great staff. Definitely stay here again
The location was very convenient to attend my son's athletics carnival. Added bonus was being able to leave our car in the car park until the athletics carnival was over, and allowing my son to have a shower at the gym before heading off for the 5 hour drive home. Found all staff friendly and helpful.
The staff at Pullman Sydney Olympic Park, were very lovely, accommodating and understanding. We had no troubles with our stay, everything we needed and wanted, was in the building. The bed was quite comfortable and our room was pristine. We had a splendid stay and will absolutely stay there again for much longer. The feeling we have when we are staying at The Pullman, gives us a sense of comfort, cleanthiness, and security that I find when I m home. If I could live at The Pullman, I absolutely would.
Rooms are excellent, staff are helpful and location is fantastic for showground events.
The staff at this hotel go beyond expectations to make your stay enjoyable Because of them I would stay there again if I needed to go to Olympic Park.
Room was comfortable Shower water pressure dismal.
Food in restaurant was ok but not great
