Great service at the door and the bar, only complaint was the alarm wasn't turned off from the previous guest and it went off at 3:30am

Very well appointed luxury hotel with friendly staff.

Checking in was quite painful. I went with my girlfriend and the staff kept saying the price out loud. Very unclassful. And then he got the price wrong and tried to claim he was making it cheaper for me. The room was nice

We used the conference room. It was clean and basic water was provide

Helpful staff, even grabbed me a breakfast pack when I had to leave early. A bit noisy if next to the lifts.

The bar staff and concierge are wonderful, but the guest floors all smell like urine, and the location of the hotel is pretty miserable.

Only stayed the one night (came up for Giants v Dogs) Room is nice, bathroom great and beds comfy. I really liked how the Lobby, Bar and Restaurant areas are all connected, made for easy socialising with other guest. Go Dogs

Room 368 on level 3, stayed for 1 night. Great location near the convention centre. Breakfast was amazing and so was the coffee. Would stay again!

Our stay at Pullman Olympic Park was extremely positive, and not much negative can be said about it. If staying here, make sure to bring swimmers and take advantage of the free pass to Sydney Olympic pool! Upon check in at front counter, we got bumped up a room and received a corner room with a great panoramic view of Olympic Park. The attendants at the front counters were great, and extremely helpful. They would go out of their way to make sure they would attend to you until all problems were resolved. The rooms themselves were also great (except for this one drawer that didn't shut). Breakfast buffet was ok, it had all the usual items, but didn't really have anything special. Overall, a great experience, and would gladly come back if we were to stay at Olympic Park again.

One of my all time favourite places to stay. I go there whenever I have an opportunity or excuse. Great accommodation, friendly staff, excellent food. The breakfast buffet is outstanding.

Very low quality place, the iron and the ironing board are very low quality for a 5 star hotel
The power board does not work in the place to work with your laptop
My room was not organised at 6PM
I put the complaint with the manager and he did not even care about the issue or even make an effort to make the situation better; very disappointed with this place

The service at the Pullman was the best I've ever experienced. The staff were amazingly friendly. The only downside was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom and the placement of the airconditioning vent could be revised. However all in alll, I would highly recommend the Pullman at Olympic Park and would gladly stay there again.

Great hotel, perfectly positioned in Olympic Park. The only let down was the food at the Novotel's bistro (across the road) and it was a big let down. Eat at the Pullman it's sure to be better.

Attended a professional event. Very nice layout, clean and the service was good! Vegan catering provided at request! Would recommend!

The level of service provided was consistent with the high level of service the company literature claims you will receive. Our visit exceeded expectations & we intend to stay at the Pullman for all future visits to Sydney Olympic Park

Good location to train and stadiums, nice room but air-conditioning and shower water pressure were poor

Nice spacious room, bed was super comfy. Convenient for Olympic Park events.

Considering the nrl grand final was on when we stayed , all staff were under the pump but always took the time to make sure we were ok. Great room great location and great food. Will be back. Cheers shane

Professional setting combined with exceptional presentation and service. Food was well catered for during our conference. Fantastic selection of coffee strengths, catering for everyones needs.

Business stay, pleasant friendly and helpful staff, comfortable well appointed rooms, a proper shower and not one that forms part of the bath is a definite positive

My stay at the Pullman was absolutely wonderful!
We stayed there for 3 nights in total. The first 2 nights was with my bridesmaid and we were treated like VIP celebrities.
We even were treated to 2 bottles of champagne matched with fruit and treats.
Will definitely stay again for the dinner menu as the food was 10/10.

Great hotel and well priced. Staff is really nice and professional. Room was clean and just spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

We were barely out of the car and were being given a warm friendly greeting and were made feel welcome from then until we left. The staff here are the most helpful and genuinely friendly I ve witnessed at a hotel. The food and service was exceptional despite a super busy weekend with major concerts on. Even management took time to chat and make themselves available to us. Well done Pullman Olympic Park!

Great 5 star hotel in an excellent place. Very calm and personally refreshing experience.
I got a room on 12th floor with awesome views.
Room had all awesome stuff that you should receive in a 5 star hotel.
The hotel also offers a very neat and tidy Gym which I tried to do my routine exercises.
Hotel also had a car parking area which was very helpful as the access to car park was through hotel lift.
I tried the breakfast and it was really nice.
Overall excellent experience.

Room was neat and tidy , bed was prefect to sleep in! Pricing of drinks though for some bottles quite on the expensive side of things. Over all pretty decent.

Loved it, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and there was great water pressure in the shower. The train station was just around the corner.

I very much enjoyed my time, from the warm welcome on my arrival to the helpful and cheerful check-out procedure. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the facilities clean and neat. Everything I needed was there. I like touches like the bedside clock with iPhone charger. The room was beautifully tidy when I arrived back every day from work, and the cleaners were very honest and put on the table a two-dollar coin I'd obviously dropped on the floor. In short, an enjoyable experience.

It was great from the staff on reception who were very friendly and helpful to the the condition of the room which was very clean and neat. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff who did their job in a very professional manner.

It was total bliss from the minute we arrived to the moment we left. Staff were so friendly & helpful especially Paige on reception and the concierge evening staff who treated us to chocolates! There was a huge range of gf items available at the breakfast buffet which made the coeliac travelling with us extremely happy!

Love the fact that you serve a lovely curry and rice, with this awesome roast beef and well cooked pork hmmmm, don't forget the breads, you need to thanks the chef for me please. cant wait for my next trip.

The Pullman is a luxurious experience, our room was clean and very comfortable, even though it had 2 very minor maintenance issues, the hair we found in our dinner was not so exceptional, however our breakfast experience was fabulous.

It's a good hotel nice modern room. All round good experience

ROOMS ARE EXCELLENT AND BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AS WELL.

My stay from start to finish was highly satisfactory. The hotel is well located. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional upon booking, checking in and checking out. The room was well appointed and very clean. The buffet breakfast was of a very high standard and I enjoyed being able to order my coffee from the wait staff.

It was a great hotel. Good was good. Rating 4 star just because it wasn't that big for the cost! Rooms are old and a taxi will stop on the side of the road to drop you at the reception. Overall positive.

I hosted an event here and stayed here and all was okay, the concierge were super friendly but the reception staff weren t the nicest.

Quite disappointing! Bathroom needs a good scrub, room service dinner was bland and no salt or pepper.
More 3 star than 5 star.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Created a good feeling. Room was excellent with great view of Sydney CBD and river. After the concert had drinks at bar . Were made to feel at home by Joshua and the greeter ( sorry didn't get name)
