First of, Pullman, Novotel and Ibis share the same block. They are all part of the same hotel chain.
Check-in staff were friendly and accommodating.
Booked into the Executive Floor. Room was nice & clean, however, room wasn't anything special. It wasn't big nor small. I've stayed in Novotel rooms with about the same size. So there was nothing "special" about this room.
WiFi is very fast: 65 Mbps
Executive floor rooms means I have access to the Executive lounge. Lounge was also nice and clean, however, one small bar fridge containing alcohol is locked from 17:30 to 19:30. The other bar fridge containing Evian water, Coke/Sprite and orange juice is locked up from closing time until noon the next day. Happy Hour is only from 17:30 to 19:30 and they include an assortment of red/white wines. There were ONLY two hot dish as well as a assorted cheese, cold cuts and some fruits.
Breakfast is "average": bacon, eggs, yogurt, cheese, assorted fruits, etc. Kitchen will accept fried eggs/omelet.
Check-out staff were the complete opposite to the decorum of the check-in staff: Flustered and busy
I gave a score of 3/5 because i don't believe the room is worth AU$450/night (including breakfast).
Hope this helps.
