Rooms clean. Breakfast good. Customer service good. Can't complain

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, but a bit pricey for what you get.

Went here for a drink before a game at Olympic Park. Nice and quiet, much better than the crowded bars around the stadium.

Easy. Professional staff. Great rooms. Clean. Exceeded expectations.

From the moment we arrived with a warm greeting at the door we were looked after. The car was taken care of with valet parking. We had to wait around 30 minutes for our room, but as there had been an issue with the room we were supposed to have, we were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely fantastic. We had two grandchildren with us so we made good use of the spacious living area in the suite, the two televisions and the deep bathtub. Overall the service was fantastic, we enjoyed our stay very much and look forwards to staying again for the Royal Easter Show next year.

Buffet breakfast was a bit lame, not hot enough and congealing a bit, even at 7:30am.

Pullman Olympic Park in Sydney. Fantastic staff, and wonderful rooms. Breakfast is always a hit. I won't stay anywhere else.

Our experience was excellent. I was glad the glass that looks into the bathroom is now frosted compared to last stay. we enjoyed the whole experience. Staff were exceptional always attentive, hotel beautifully clean. My one gripe however, Although this experience was fantastic I do not like the excessive price increasing and unavailability of being able to book and pay at the hotel during events at Olympic Park. I was hoping to book when schools spectacular was on but find the inflated price on these dates are very excessive.

People were very helpful and friendly. But the experience of trying to get to the hotel whilst the show was on with the roads closed was a nightmare. We were arguing and had to stop and ask directions to the traffic control people 3 times. We had gone 3 different ways and still could not find the carpark entrance. We should have been notified the roads were closed

Easy access from check-in to checkout. Every member of staff made a point of being welcoming and helpful.

Clean and quality rooms with professional and welcoming staff.

Booked the room months in advance and was excited when confirmed I'd be staying in a "Special Access Superior Room". The room was large and clear, bathroom wheelchair accessible which provided a seat in the shower. Large bar fridge, heaps of storage room and blinds thick enough to block out the sunrise. Tv was small, no gym, no pool. Room provided a yoga mat complete with someone else's hair (bonus). Free newspapers, wifi, usual commodities.

staff very helpful and friendly , room was great , great location, however pillows were quite hard .

The accommodation was excellent, just one issue. Disappointed the hotel restaurant closed at 8.30pm on a Saturday night.

Warmly welcomed with a smile and a chat, nothing is ever too much trouble.

We were away for a concert at Sydney Olympic Sport Centre which is a stone throw away from the hotel. The staff provides excellent service and will definitely loved to be back again.

Forgot a credit card there 3 weeks ago, called them today to find out they still have it and are sending it out :)

Stayed at the Pullman over the weekend. The staff were so warm, welcoming and couldn t do enough to assist. The beds were really comfortable, and rooms very clean. We had room service for dinner and the food was great. The kids and adults loved the buffet breakfast. We will definitely be back to stay again and found it well priced. Highly recommend.

Ideal for the stadium although I stayed for business and found it very easy and quick to check in/out

Check in was very quick and easy. We were on the 16th floor, overlooking ANZ stadium. The room was very nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable and they had great pillows. Most hotels seem to have flat super soft pillows, but they had ones that were very supportive. Breakfast was included in our fee. It was a good sized breakfast buffet with barista made coffee. The service during our stay was great, attentive and efficient. It was nice that they had on-site parking that wasn't outrageously expensive too. I will definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay at the Pullman in executive king room. Executive lounge attendant Julie looked after us well. We could definitely stay here again when next in the area.

Remote and quite location from city center. No much shops nearby.

Where to start......the staff at the Pullman's went above and beyond to make our stay worthwhile. The attention to detail was impressive with breakfast buffet.....nothing was too much for them to do. Can't wait for my next stay there.

Wonderful stay - the rooms were spacious with lovely comfortable beds, great bathrooms with separate bathtubs and wonderful soundproofing.
Breakfast was a great spread and wonderful, proper coffee included.
Staff were super accommodating and friendly be it helping with local cafes, a map, pool towels, late checkout.
Free entry to the Aquatic Centre was a welcome bonus.
Staff at the bar were also very helpful.
We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Went for breakfast with two young kids, staff was lovely particularly the old guy at the front desk. Only criticism is the ordinary scrambled eggs. Would return.

Lobby Cafe has excellent coffee, warm and friendly staff.

I stayed 3 nights and two of the mornings my shower was cold. Not good especially in Winter.

I've stayed many times at the Pullman. This time I had two cold showers, as did most of the other associates I was staying with. The rooms are immaculate as always and the beds very comfortable. But having not one but two cold showers is very frustrating

I stay with the Pullman on a regular basis as I run annual events at Sydney Olympic Park. The staff are exceptional. I am finding however that the rooms are getting a bit tired and need a bit of attention e.g. stains on the sofa, cabinet to safe not working properly, toilet leaking. However, the service more than makes up for this! Especially Tuhin at the restaurant, and the lovely concierge.

Service and food is good here. Location is obviously great for anything happening at Olympic park. Lots of other food options outside as well just a short walk.

You really can't beat the luxury and location of this place. Upon arrival, the staff ensure that you feel as welcome as possible - helping with bags and parking if necessary. The king bed suite was exceptionally comfortable, I almost didn't want to leave it in the morning! We had breakfast included - a buffet of various hot delights from poached and scrambled eggs to bacon, sausages, and hash browns, fresh fruit, cereals, and an assortment of pastries and breads, - which is always a pleasure. I can't recommend the Pullman at Olympic Park enough; it may be more expensive than other options but the added expense is worth it.

From initial arrival until departure staff were attentive and friendly. Fast becoming a favourite escape for me.

Extremely disappointed with the small beds. Our room was specifically booked for a family of four, only to find two very small beds...and was a bit shocked at the $40 per night parking fee.

Found the staff to be all very positive and helpful. Downfall was the restaurant which I fear has a very limited menu and the very poor TV options...no in house movie options either free or payable on demand.

I attended for a small work conference. Friendly staff and loved the room. Well set out and well maintained.

The parking was very painful to deal with. No spots anywhere really. I was also told on the phone that the parking was given to customers who have a room, which was not true.. but the reception desk staff were very good, and understood my annoyance and gave it to me for free anyway, which I really appreciated. Her name was Paige. We ordered room service, and the food was very average considering the price. We had a fruit platter which had very little fruit at all, and nacho's, which weren't too bad. But all up costing nearly $50 for something not really worth it. And to top it off the person who brought the food in just wandered in to the room and stood there even though I was barely dressed which made me feel quite uncomfortable.

But, the rooms were quite nice, and we mostly enjoyed our time there (which was mainly just for sleep). I just think some areas need working on. Overall I don't think it was worth as much as we paid for 1 night. $450 +

Room was excellent however the restaurant was way too expensive. The meal was good without being an experience and at $67.00 for two courses was somewhat expensive for what it was.
Your bar prices at $15.00 a glass of wine and $11.00 a beer, was also somewhat expensive.
Otherwise, my overnight stay was enjoyable.

Such a lovely place to stay, look forward to my next visit to Sydney as I will book here in a heartbeat.
