I had a great experience here a couple of weeks ago. The salespeople and staff were incredibly accommodating with my schedule and had most of the paperwork prepared ahead of time for me, for which was I was very thankful. Everyone treated me very respectfully here, which I definitely did not get at another location I went to before I came to Puente Hills Chevrolet. The first Chevy dealership I went to actually gave me an initial price of over $5,000 HIGHER than the MSRP, which I assume they were going to fake-bargain down for me, just because they knew I didn't know what I was talking about. As a female who knows nothing about cars, it was important for me not to be taken advantage of, and PH Chevrolet was patient enough to speak with my dad on the phone before I signed the final paperwork which I greatly appreciated! I love my 2019 Spark so far! Thank you, Puente Hills Chevrolet, especially David Campbell!

I'm very disappointed with the outcome. It was a difficult process and to no fault of my own. The owner made a bad decision based on the incompetence of every employee this location. I can't even speak to the owner to help me get a resolution that doesn't involve me having to do a trade back.

On Tuesday July the 2nd I called in advance to see if they had room to take in my Lease Vehicle and also to see if they were able to take me in at that moment I clearly told them I would arrive in about 10 to 15 mins
Once I showed up it took them about 5 mins to finally get a hold of the person who takes in Lease vehicles then I was told to come back in about and hour to an hour in a half because he was out for lunch this is the reason I called in advance ... they just wasted my time and gas !!!!!!

Horrible service. Called to make an appointment an...

Horrible service. Called to make an appointment and the service operator told me to just bring the car in, no appointment needed. I bring it in and I'm told I have to have an appointment. The service tech makes an appointment for me on his computer for the following week. Since it's an hour drive round trip, I call in before coming back to make sure the appointment is in their system. The service operator tells me there are no appointments, and that I can just bring the car in.
I asked to speak to a manager and they put me on hold until I gave up.

Had a great experience here taking my equinox in for regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, fluid top off). Renee serviced my car. He was friendly, fast, and didn't try to upsell me at every turn. Mentioned a couple things I could do and when I said no he accepted that. Service took 40 minutes and he washed my car after for free. Very nice experience. I hate taking my car in anywhere but I'll be coming back here when needed.

Very bad service I was asked to return with someone to sign me a couple of hours back and they do not look at me ever ask what they would offer him we helped him I gave him the card and told him because he had returned and meditated wait now They will attend after 40 minutes and nothing just happen and they look at me as if for the clothes that were going on I will not be able to pay their car but I assure them that even with their tragi they will earn the same thing that I earn in my work all dust dust that bad service I did not believe until I confirmed it myself

**UPDATED REVIEW**

Here we are 5 months later with more issues with the car! Took my car in to another chevy dealership because I refuse to come back here! Car's motor mount was cracked. What else is next! Then come to find out my chevy emblem was spray painted black! Hmmm I don't understand what this place is doing! Take a look at the photo.

This place doesn't even deserve one star and its unfortunate that I have to leave one. However before I begin my rant about this dealership. I like to acknowledge the 2 only people that made a difference and went above and beyond for me. I want to start off with Alfonso in the sales department for advising what to do and I really want to shout out Rene R in the services department. I bought my car here 2 months ago from this dealership since they are "certified pre-owned dealership" yeah that went a long way. Unfortunately I got a nail in my tire and had to take it in to get replaced. I went to Big ol tires and that's where it all went down hill from there. The guy from big ol tires had some unfortunate news for me and that is my car's alignment was so bad is started to bald the inner parts of ALL 4 TIRES. He advised me to take it back. And without hesitation I texted Alfonso and he advise me to bring it in. Rene was the first person I encounter and checked out my car and then had the manager approve for my tires and alignment to be fully covered by the dealership. Initially they wanted me to pay 50% and I said I shouldn't have to since I just got the car 2 months ago. In the end Rene got my tires and a rental fully covered since they had to keep my car overnight. After further review I realized this car was never inspected like they said they do. Same day of the flat tire situation I took my car to get an oil change and was told the filter was beyond its usage. So I decided to ask Rene to send me the manager information because I wanted to speak to him about his process of inspection. I contact Manny G left him a message he never called me back. Rene followed up with me and asked if he called me and I told him no. So I asked Rene to email him what I had sent him. Well today on picking up my car I asked to speak to the used car manager which is Manny G. I told everything that I've encountered and he proceeded to tell he wasn't able to get my message, I told him we'll I had Rene forward the emai to you and he claimed he never got it. He said he saw my car in the shop and asked someone what was wrong with it and they told him. However when I spoke with him he said this is all news to him little contradicting don't you think. He proceeded to tell me sorry, offered me a free detail. Honestly I don't ever want to return here again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO BUY A CAR HERE. In the end I got the repair for my tires however if it wasn't for running over a nail and the guy at big ol tires to tell me to take it back I would've been stuck paying for all of this. Thanks Rene for getting it all done.

I went it for my first time here to get an oil change and was told it would take about 2 hours. But I have to say I got the best customer service I've ever experienced from other chevrolets. Kudos to John! He took great care of me and my car and I was done within 35 minutes. John, you have incredible customer service which makes me dedicatedly come back. Thank you for making my experience awesome !

Was not pleased. Went in, with the plan to purchase a specific car after talking with an assistant sales associate for a week. Went in and the actual sales associate was a liar from the get go. He said whatever the sticker said, was their lowest price. I explained that I had texts with lower prices from the assistant. He was just like, "oh". We asked to talk to a manager to try to bargain about the price and he said they wouldn't budge. I said ok thanks, bye. Then all off a sudden he was able to talk to a manager about checking on the price. We waited for an hour and then he finally went to go check on what was going on about the price, and the manager had moved on to another person, but never bothered to come back and let us know that he couldnt make a deal. We walked out.

This dealership is crooked. After taking 2 days of trying to reach someone by phone, chat, email and text, I was finally given a quote. After submitting my financials after I agreed to meet and buy the truck, the salesman and manager refused to honor the quote when I arrived. I had the quote in writing and the only excuse I was given is that the prices change all the time. Never trust anyone here. I encourage you to read the Yelp reviews also.

Be careful with Finance mgrs when you buy, they try to convince you to buy the extended service insurance qgich is more expensive than you can buy on your own, plus they make false statements regarding the level of service under the ext. Warranty.

I leased a car from them, by end of the lease, I was instructed by the bank to return the vehicle to them, but they said they didn't have any space. The bank (US bank) called their manager, got the same answer. No way, I had leased cars for over 25 years, never encountered such an issue. I wouldn't do any business with them again.
The only reason I leased the Volt from this dealership was that the salesman was a friend, but he died of cancer a few months ago - How depressing the place has been?
I had to change to another dealership for maintenance services due to their poor conditions.., I am going to return the vehicle to another dealer and refer all my friends to the better dealership!

If you need to buy a car or need service for it just take it to mountain view Chevrolet. Never coming to this place again.

had brake system alert from on star on lap top. took it in and also mentioned radio changed stations sometimes when turning corner. tech found nothing on brakes but did find radio problem. it is now 9-23-20 and radio not repaired. am surprised that, that problem was found. part has been on order, I guess, for a long time. several times calls to service adviser were not returned. reason for calls for status of e/t/a of part. also a reason why the long delay for part would have been proper. the brake portion was fixed promptly and believe the ability to diagnose the radio was great. also rides by the shuttle car were prompt. the service writer was courteous.

The customer service at this location is RIDICULOUS! Whenever I call I get thrown into a voicemail, when I call back no one will answer. If I could rate 0 stars I would, I am pending response back on a check from a vehicle that me and my husband sold to them and have yet to receive any status on the check. I will NEVER do business with this location again, sad but true they made dealing with their location the absolute worst.

They have some pretty great deals on used vehicles, the mechanics that work in the back are all really nice and cool, according to my dad. The employees I've worked with in the more suit and tie areas have a range of helpfulness. Obviously many will try and push you to buy a car or lead you on about things because they want to make more cash. There were a few men who were somewhat dishonest, once when my father took my car in and was asking about something in the warranty policies the guy actually slammed a book closed in my dads face and said because he wasn't the owner of the car that he couldn't see that book. I later returned with my father and learned from a very lovely female employee that what that guy did was completely wrong and she helped us out and answered all of our questions. Also, they were under construction the last time I was there but the newer building that is being worked on I remember being very nice and the waiting room was very comfortable. There's also a little shop for buying merchandise as well as different things for your car. They also have a really neat beverage machine which does all sorts of fancy coffee and cocoa beverages. The vending machines are a bit wack. It said it was out of ginger ale but I'm not actually sure because when I went to get a Sprite I got dispensed a diet coke so either the machine is wack or it's stocked wrong.

May be due to the dealership's customer service department was under the new construction, the quality of their customer service was lacking or unsatisfactory at this time. I brought my 2017 VOLT to the dealership for the "check engine light on". (By the way, this is the 3rd time for the same cause for my 2017 VOLT. Does GM have quality problem??) No one from the service department gave me a curtsy call to explain that I need to leave my car over night with them while waiting for the new part to arrive next day. I found out the status by myself by calling the service department before they were closed. Also when I picked up my car the next day, I drove out of their parking lot without paying attention to my VOLT instrument panel. Only few minutes later, I needed to drive back to the dealership again because the check engine light was still "ON". The service rep quickly found out that they forgot to reset/reprogram the software after they replacing the new component. After they fixed the problem, everything is fine. I wish they can keep the same high service level as always even now. Thanks.

While my buying experience went smoothly, there were definitely some things that could have been better. We were left waiting in the hot sun while the salesman got the keys for the car we wanted to see. I think if we had been directed back to the building and the salesman brought the car to us, we would have felt more comfortable. We were also not offered any water and when we asked, we were offered the last bottle to share. After purchasing the car, we waited close to 2 hours for it to be ready (detailed) only to find the car completely smudged from all windows and body of the car. We were told to return the next day for a better wash. I put an extra 50 miles on my new car and waited an hour and a half only to have the same issues with smudging and water spots. Ash was everywhere in the trunk. When I brought this up to the same salesman as the night before, he offered for us to return AGAIN for a better car wash, which to be honest, I don t believe is worth my time or the extra miles on my new car.

Do not, I repeat, Do not rely on anything this dealership says, Their word has no value. Worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a new vehicle. Went to Covina Chey and made my purchase, much more professional.

Note to: Carissa, Christian, Manny, Brandon, etc etc No one has time to listen to you talk, we need to know that what you say has merit.

Within one hour I had 9 different people call me from this dealership, not one person would just stop, give me accurate information and make a deal. Nightmare!!!!!!!!!!

I've brought my vehicles in for service to Puente Hills Chevrolet for the last 6 years and have no complaints from any of the Service Advisors there, but I prefer to deal with Hector because I've known him for the longest time, over the years I've learned to trust the advice he has given me because he explains the problem and tells me the best solution, and not trying to BS me into getting something I don't need.

I've purchased 2 cars from them for my kids and have left feeling that I got a good deal from Ernesto and his guys and wasn't pressured into buying something I didn't want.

In my opinion sticking with a car brand for me is influenced by the service you get when something goes wrong, because of that I'm staying with Puente Hills Chevy.

ps If the Silverado SS ever comes back save the first one for me.

After browsing around for over a week I finally found the car I have always wanted and with the help of Rick who is the assistant sales manager I was able to get the price I wanted without feeling pressured to buy the car and we were able to make the deal happen. Then I met with Robert Wellington who is the finance manager who was also very helpful and informative with a great personality. Overall the customer service here was great and I highly recommend talking to these guys cause they are some of the best in the business. Highly recommend.

My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from Puente Hills Chevrolet yesterday - our experience was mostly very positive.

Best parts: There was a dent in the front quarter panel, and they agreed to handle repair costs on that for us (this came from Doug, their internet manager.) We worked with salesmen Luis and Ischmael - both of whom were amazingly helpful. Luis was especially on it.

Worst parts: We found the car we were looking for on their website first; we had reached out via email and had agreed on an out the door price prior to arrival. They raised the internet price before we came in, and then whoever was upstairs running the numbers tried to say that the price we had agreed upon wasn't available. Thankfully, my husband brought in the printed emails and we were able to get them to come back down to what they originally promised. Our wait to get into finance was super long. This was offset by the free food and great customer service offered by Luis.

Ultimately, I think we would shop here again - we would definitely ask for Luis or Ishmael to help us out with sales. If you choose to come here, just make sure you're paying close attention to the financing docs, the sales price, etc. We got the vehicle for the price we agreed on, but ONLY because we were paying super close attention to the paperwork.

I am so thankful for the car buying experience I had at Puente Hills Chevrolet today! My sales rep, Luis Zamora and Lynn Knight (his manager) truly went above and beyond. From them driving 3 hours to SD to pick it up and also working tirelessly to make my experience so memorable and easy, I couldn t have asked for more. They also provided me with a thorough and transparent understanding of my options and made sure they did everything they could to get me the best deal possible for my vehicle. Luis and Lynn really made buying a car, a great experience and I m so grateful!
