Lady who answered phone could barely speak English, which is very unprofessional in my opinion.Got transferred to Service . First guy had no clue what I was talking about. 2nd guy was just plain rude and wasn't much better. Needless to say, I avoided giving them my business, and judging by the reviews, I did the right thing.
They might claim your satisfaction is their top priority, but sadly it's their profit margin, they totally demonstrated that only a nice hefty profit is excitable over any profit at all. A definite DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! A Juan NOT approved!
Everything went very smooth and service was great. We couldn t be any happier with our new car. The only issue I had was that I ve noticed a total of four hard inquiries on my credit report after my purchase it was disappointing as I am in the process of buying a home. Awesome service though and very friendly staff.

WASTE OF TIME!! Went here with a fairly good credit score I told them about my trade in and what I wanted and what I could afford from the start. They swore up and down they could work with me up until we tried reaching a bank to finance me. All of a sudden they didn t want to take my trade in because it wasn t of value and my payment would of been raised 250 more then it is now. They wanted me to keep my trade in and I explained to them how was I suppose to pay 2 car payments !!!! Thanks for waisting my time and I will tell EVERYONE I know not to come here. My father in law owns a tire shop so I will be sure to tell him to get the word out ! Do not shop here.
The entire team was very helpful even the service department when I came across in issue with my truck they fixed the problem and have been following up to make sure truck is in good condition. Mark Anthony and Armando Moreno were very helpful.

Today was my wife & I first time here, we were there to get both of vehicles serviced. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly service advisor Hector. It was a real pleasant experience coming to this dealership which a lot closer to our house. With customer service like we received today, we will definitely be going back.
The salesman (Mark)was new but very honest and polite. Was not pushy like most.let us look at everything and was patient until we made our decision.

I just spoke to management, they said sorry... the car is NOT for sale and they did not want to sell me a car that is not drivable, couldn't they have told me this at any point short of my 3 hour drive. In addition they documented that I want them to reduce the price by 3,000 which by the way NEVER HAPPENED.

We went in for a oil change on our new 2013 cruze and they informed us it was due for a service recall for a possible front end recall the not only performed the required recall service but also gave us a free oil change and filter and a great car wash in record time. polite courteous accommodating.
Most important: i bought the car in New York and they treated us as if we bought it there.

Horrible service! They definitely don't care if I come back and I won't! I tried talking to the manager and even called and never got a response back. You can't schedule an appointment but they want you to leave the car there over night because it's a first come first serve. I took off to much now to have them tell me no they can't work on it.

I would give them a zero if I could. The worst customer service we have ever had. Deceitful doesn't begin to describe the experience we have had. It took about a week to get them to give us the details of the car payment. There were of course hidden fees of $1495 which was the reason the payment didn't make sense to us. We can add and if you can too make sure you read what they give you. The price they advertise is not what they end up giving you. What a total rip off and dozens of calls with 4 different people to finally get an answer. I don't even know why anyone would lower themselves to work at a place like this.

Very poor service Albert was the one helping if you even want to say that . We paid $500 for a service and oil change which I doubt they even did , oil change because they didn t even reset which tells me they didn t change or cared . I ask if they can wash my truck Albert said it wasn t working but when I ask one another service working who hand over my keys he took the truck with no problem. I thought going to the dealership where we Purchased our truck would be able to trust and gain the respect and have that service quality that we expected from them..So if you would ever ask if I would take my truck there ever again the answer would be hell no beware of the scam they do there!!!!!

Purchased from out of area. Working with the online staff was easy and helpful, compared to the other online experiences we had as we were shopping around. We were connected with Mark who provided a phone video walk through of the vehicle of interest in order to avoid us driving several hours to see. Very available and helpful over text and phone as needed. We were able to do most of the process ahead of time prior to driving to dealership, which was a big help and greatly appreciated. They were quick to address our needs with the vehicle upon arrival and inspection and our family highly reccomends Mark and Manny.
It wasn't a good experience with the service department of this chevy dealer. Manger doesn't answer the phone, and I was always waiting. They charge $200 for fixing a tire, definitely a rip off....
Bought my car from Puente Hills Chevrolet the initial sales man was pushy so I asked to talk to someone else and the next sales person Luis was patient. When I was ready to purchase, they sent me an Uber to come sign the contract. My car has a panoramic moonroof and the weather seals where not good so I brought it back and they gave me a rental while they replaced my car part. No charge and excellent service. Thank you (In sales Luis and service hector) all around excellent service. This is my 5th car purchased so I ve been around and out of all the dealers this is one of the best. No gimmicks and very friendly staff.
Do not like that they list competitive prices online, but then sneak in an extra $1400 for some security feature that is not optional but required, which takes price past what other dealers charge for similar vehicles. Not a very nice bait and switch tactic. Will take business elsewhere.

While waiting for my car in service, sales guy came to ask if I had any questions. I asked about the promotion for the Volt, he knew nothing about. Useless.
I typed all my issues, made an appointment; got to the check-in and they ask for name, phone, issue. I said I had everything on this paper I prepared for you (in case they forget). "Oh we have to go through it with you and have it in writing". I have mileage, all my info, problems all in writing D-Bag.
Asked service tech that my vehicle be charged prior to pickup because I won't make it home and to work. Alberto says yes he'll charge it . Of course, come to pickup after 7-days (I went on vacation), car was not charged. "We do not charge unless it is half drained". Well wouldn't the dealship save $ if there was only 30% of the vehicle to charge, which is about $3? This review does not screw them. I am screwed with warranty service they have no competition for. This Chevrolet Service screws me consistently in big and small ways.
They called me too notify what s wrong they also took care of calling my warranty to take care of it for me.
We had walked out of a different dealership the night before because when we sat down to sign it was not as negotiated. I had "reserved" a car online and called and spoke to Gabrial before coming down with a stern warning PLEASE do not tell me something on the phone and then change it when we get there. Crappy dealership , bought a truck , these people will lie to ur face, we have top tier credit and they try to tell us there gonna finance us for 5.3 apr , once we get to finance to sign the papers , they said if we had on this package for $5000 they will drop the apr percentage to 2.8 which coincidentally that's on her website and which they offer for top tier credit , unworthy , liars , won't ever purchase from here again , oh and super cheap skates , we bought a 50 grand truck z71 and they couldn't even threw in a bed liner , overall experience ,garage dealership crooks
False advertising...we went to check out this add for a vehicle that was 32,000 reduced to $20,000, they blamed it on CarGurus for an error, the sales man said we would have to honor that price but at the end the manager would not sell at that price. My husband was communicating via email with an employee but when we got there it was a waste of time. I will contact the bigger people from this dealership and let them know what they are doing to consumers. NOT RIGHT...will give you 0 zero

Wow. All I got to say is if you have a Chevy and need a place to get it fixed, look no further. I have gathered a great deal of respect for the staff here. Rene and Hector are both in the service department and don't sugarcoat what's wrong with my car. They get down to business and tell me what I need! Not what they should sell me! They are trustworthy mechanics who treat your car as if it was theirs. I'm not kissing butt. I'm just trying to give credit where credit is do.
Wasted my time placing a truck I wanted for $55000 and the day before I was going to drive over 3hrs there it shot up to $66000! Ran my credit to prepare to buy and now backed out because of the price! Baited me in and I got burned!!

The BF took the car in for an oil pan change. They stated they had to order the part. Then they had the car for over a month. Originally they told us 2 weeks. We payed for a rental. Then they said a month so we asked the dealer for a rental. After receiving the car back the car had more issues then before. Oil was leaking, and constantly loosing oil. They took the car again but never fixed the issues. Fast forward to 8 months later, the car is still having issues, took it to our local mechanic and the oil pan needs to be replaced again. Do not take your car in here for service, their customer service is garbage and they don't fix cars, they damage them so you can keep coming back.
Dropped off my dad's truck for service. They were very friendly and quick. They even have me a ride back to my house while they work on it. Great customer service
Took my car in for servicing - oil change and investing a shift to park issue. Dropped off early morning Friday, did not receive a call at all on Friday with ETA. Service center identified issue with shift to park, did not call to discuss with me before performing work, did not provide quote or give me ETA on time. I had to call the next day wondering where my car is, and it took a lot of back and forth to find out. Not going back again.
I was charged $520 to replace a faulty $100 negative battery cable on a 5 year old truck. I don't think that's right to charge me so much labor on a defective GM part

Bought vehicle and after 2 days Ac failed.
Took vehicle in dealer service department assured me vehicle would be repaired and warranty for my ownership lifetime. AC failed within 6 months vehicle went back to service department. I was called in to pick up vehicle bug it wasn't repaired. I left veihcle and picked up a week later. After another 6 months vehicle went back to dealer loaner vehicle was given to me for 3 months to only get a threatening call that I would have to pay ouf of pocket for repairs due to the fact that dealer sold to new owner that they will not honor any warranty after the date sold. After long 3 month headache I was gifted a bill of $200 to repair vehicle. Ac is working but its only been a month. I will keep all posted it usually takes 6 months to fail.
Bottom line sta away from PUENTE HILLS CHEVROLET AND ALL THAT THE CORPORATION OWNS. Was told owners are in the UK

I went here to purchase a vehicle i was already approved through my credit union.i spoke with Brandon a very nice salesman I test drove a vehicle and was already to do paperwork then the finance department came out and told me basically that he couldn't sell me a vehicle unless I went through there financing I told him I was already pre-approved through my credit union and showed him the approval letter he still said he would have to run my credit to make a long story short he began to argue with me insisting that if he didn't run my credit he wasn't selling me the vehicle so I told him that I wasn't there to argue or go through hoops that's why I got pre-approved so he refused to sell me a vehicle because I wouldn't use there financing stay away from this dealership they only want your money and they know nothing about customer service That was very unethical what they did but I will be buying a vehicle somewhere else with my pre approval. So since I left this review the sales manager called me and asked how was my experience purchasing a vehicle there the minute I heard his voice I realized he was the one that wouldn't sell me a vehicle because I had my own financing but I listened to him talk then I said you never sold me a vehicle you said basically I would have to have my credit ran even if I was using my credit union. I went on to say I contacted my credit union and they couldn't believe I was treated that way my credit union told me they had no reason to run my credit if I was already approved through them so I told him he straight lied to me is that how he treats all his customers quickly he remembered me started to stutter never apologized and hurried off the phone stay away i don't do business with companies that are unethical and lie to you as though everyone is stupid this experience has left me with wondering are all chevy dealers like this is this the training they get to try and rip off customers but i will say this dont trust this dealership they use unethical methods to get your money.
I was greeted by Mr. Hugo at the entrance to the dealership, he was very polite and took the time to show me the Silverados he had in stock. Explained the features of the truck and answered all my questions. I also spoke with Mr Gabriel the sales manager and Mr. Moe of the finance department. They were very pleasant and made the truck buying experience nice. Mr. Hugo and Mr Gabriel were also very helpful in making sure I received my lockset.
Really great customer service and service department, compared to others like Buena Park that are just horrible. Pleased to have switched maintenance on our DMV here.
