Here we are 5 months later with more issues with the car! Took my car in to another chevy dealership because I refuse to come back here! Car's motor mount was cracked. What else is next! Then come to find out my chevy emblem was spray painted black! Hmmm I don't understand what this place is doing! Take a look at the photo.

This place doesn't even deserve one star and its unfortunate that I have to leave one. However before I begin my rant about this dealership. I like to acknowledge the 2 only people that made a difference and went above and beyond for me. I want to start off with Alfonso in the sales department for advising what to do and I really want to shout out Rene R in the services department. I bought my car here 2 months ago from this dealership since they are "certified pre-owned dealership" yeah that went a long way. Unfortunately I got a nail in my tire and had to take it in to get replaced. I went to Big ol tires and that's where it all went down hill from there. The guy from big ol tires had some unfortunate news for me and that is my car's alignment was so bad is started to bald the inner parts of ALL 4 TIRES. He advised me to take it back. And without hesitation I texted Alfonso and he advise me to bring it in. Rene was the first person I encounter and checked out my car and then had the manager approve for my tires and alignment to be fully covered by the dealership. Initially they wanted me to pay 50% and I said I shouldn't have to since I just got the car 2 months ago. In the end Rene got my tires and a rental fully covered since they had to keep my car overnight. After further review I realized this car was never inspected like they said they do. Same day of the flat tire situation I took my car to get an oil change and was told the filter was beyond its usage. So I decided to ask Rene to send me the manager information because I wanted to speak to him about his process of inspection. I contact Manny G left him a message he never called me back. Rene followed up with me and asked if he called me and I told him no. So I asked Rene to email him what I had sent him. Well today on picking up my car I asked to speak to the used car manager which is Manny G. I told everything that I've encountered and he proceeded to tell he wasn't able to get my message, I told him we'll I had Rene forward the emai to you and he claimed he never got it. He said he saw my car in the shop and asked someone what was wrong with it and they told him. However when I spoke with him he said this is all news to him little contradicting don't you think. He proceeded to tell me sorry, offered me a free detail. Honestly I don't ever want to return here again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO BUY A CAR HERE. In the end I got the repair for my tires however if it wasn't for running over a nail and the guy at big ol tires to tell me to take it back I would've been stuck paying for all of this. Thanks Rene for getting it all done.
