My son Scott needed a car. The transmission broke on his Honda. Very old & not worth fixing for $2300.00. We went to our local Chevy dealer again here in Industry to see what they have. Mind you, I bought my Malibu in July 2015 from Terry Miller and my husband bought his Impala from Brandon in Sept. 2015 from this same dealership. We went here thinking...we just brought 2 cars within 1 year..we should get a good deal for our son. Wrong! They took off $500.00 from the selling price of $11,900 for a 2012 Cruze with 60,000 miles on it. The guy took off $200.00 so my soon can fix the bubbled tint on the back window. So, only $300. off the selling price...after buying 2 cars from them in the past 9 months. Shame on the greedy salesman. My girlfriend needs a car. I told her to come here but no more. You would think..wow..these folks are buying their 3rd car here within 1 year..let's show some gratitude. Nope..not here. I would give them 1 & 1/2 stars but I can't get it to do that. A very upset and disappointed former customer.

I leased a beautiful Malibu from this dealership. I had it for 3 years and it never gave me any issues!

My one star is for the problems I m encountering after my lease ended.

Starting with scheduling a time to drop off my car and speaking to someone about my future options. I was told to just drop it off and leave the keys in it, rushingly as if I was wasting their time by calling.

When I dropped the car off I spoke with a gentlemen and was told that they understood the financial struggles I was going through and once I was able to afford a car payment, car insurance, etc. To come back and I could start a new lease on the newest Malibu.

March 2019 is when I had to return my beautiful Malibu and have been working 3 jobs to help my family so I can soon get a car.

June 2019 I receive a call from GM Financial saying I m delinquent on a bill for $600, for not returning both keys. I emailed them my paper saying I returned both keys and they told me the charge was for scratches on the car, which isn t true and I had paperwork to prove it that I sent to them. They then continued to tell me different reasons each time why I m being charged such a large amount.

i had been looking at cars for a couple of months and came here to compare and contrast numbers but was met with terrible customer service. i will never return to this location in specific. i advise you go to any other dealership outside of this one. i guess they had some construction going on but that's no excuse for them to hand me a business card and tell me to come back when i'm ready to purchase a vehicle. i actually went and purchased my car at the next closest dealer.

I purchased a truck and I was treated in a very professional way, they went the extra mile to keep me happy with my purchase and they gave me the best deal in the area. In the process I went thru 4 different persons and they all where very professional Mark Antony Gonzalez took for a test drive everything well explained, Ricardo Trejo, Took me for a second drive test with a different truck and the one that went thru all the the process I'm very happy about him. an other guy named Brandon also very professional helped met wit my concerns and Ernesto Perez also very professional. I definitely recommend Puente Hills Chevrolet,

I had taken in my 2006 HHR for regular service but came out paying $800 as supposedly my brakes were woren. The service manager was courteous and knowledgable and all repairs were done satisfactoraily. My only negative experience in all of this was the long waits on the phone and when I went to pay the
lady at the cashier window she didn't acknowledge I was there, there was no "I'll be with you in a moment"or "someone will be here in a moment to assist you" no, she just kept her head down doing her business.

It was Not a bad expierience but they compete with other chevy dealerships and so our sales guy could not tell us where to look for used models. They also moved us between 3 different sales people.

Service Department is an overpriced joke. I was quoted $260 to simply change the headlamp bulbs that I provided. Went down the street to the firestone and they did it for $130. I also asked for pricing on a new key Fob. $130, plus they will not program it for free, so another $60. To reprogram one tire sensor was another $60. Almost $500 of work on a 2008 Chevy Malibu. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never come back here.

I took my 2004 trailblazer in last week for a broken head light. when i arrived one of the service reps told me after a quick look that the repair would cost 125$ and he would give me a call in two hours. 4 hours later i called him and he told me that the wiring for a headlamp would be 300$ PLUS 250$ more for a new headlamp as i was missing a cap that goes on the back. I asked him for a price on just the cap and he told me he could not sell me one. after some though i told him that i did not want the work done. he lowers the price of the repair to 250$ and i told him no again, so he then told me that i would still have to pay 125$ as the repair became a "service charge" when i arrived to pick up my car the service rep would not talk to me or look at me. I told my story to a head salesman but he offered to sell me a car when i asked to leave a voicemail for Matt Oberly the general manger i was told he did not have a voicemail. really? a Los Angeles car dealership gm does not have a voicemail. in the end they "only" charged me 113$

DO not go there all they do is try to up sale you service or products, they do not care about service i have only driven Chevy for 33 years but i am going to replace my trailblazer with a ford explorer. and if you think this is sour grapes over half of the reviews on this dealership as of this writing are one star think they would care about that? guess not and to cap it off just after finishing off this review they called me wanting to sell me a car. great timing huh?

I purchased my 2011 Chevrolet Equinox brand new from this delaler, because I wanted a new reliable car for me and my kids and since the first week, I had it gave me nothing but problems the first week it lost power it stalls on me the transmission jerkis. I am very angry at this point. I have 2 years with my car and has visted a chevy dealer 4 times will never buy a chevrolet vehicle again! I was the first owner on this car extremely dissatisfied.

PLEASE READ MY UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM
While searching for an extra vehicle my wife and I came across a 2007 Lincoln MKX at Puente Hills Chevrolet. It was a bit more than we were looking to purchase, but it looked great and had low miles.
As is customary, we negotiated the price but were still uncertain of the car s reliability. The used sales manager Manny was very understanding and even let us take the vehicle for 3 days so my mechanic could look at the car. He even told me if I don t like it bring it back and no charge! That shows confidence in the used vehicles they sell.
Well we took the car and it ran excellent. Everything seemed to check out and we purchased the car. Unfortunately, the transmission died 3 days later. We took it back and Armando in the service department was very sympathetic and said they would check it out. As it turned out the transmission was defective but they would stand behind their 30-day warranty. This meant that we would split the bill 50/50.
We know that this was just an unforeseen problem and we know that Puente Chevrolet had no idea there would be an issue or they would not have let us drive it for 3 days to check it out.
UPDATE: They have been very helpful in resolving my car repair. Although there was some lack of communication, we are happy to report all is well. I must stress there was NEVER a point where Puente Hills refused to do the repair. In fact, the service department was very helpful. The only issue was getting an answer to my request for the type of repair. So all in all it was a good experience and Puente Hills stands behind their Pre-owned cars. I do not think I would hesitate to make another purchase from them in the future.
UPDATE: DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM PUENTE HILLS CHEVROLET.
So the transmission went out again. Turns out, nobody from the sales wants to talk to me. Manny Garcia has mostly ignored me or sent me to someone else who in turn cannot help me. Meanwhile, our 30 day warranty is expiring while it is in the shop. I originally asked to have the transmission rebuilt by a reputable shop I have used before, but the dealer refused. So now here we are. We have driven the car less than 7 days since purchasing it. You would think the dealer would be on top of this, but we only received one call to tell us the 2nd transmission is bad.
So this was the chance for Puente Hills to rise to the occasion, but they have mostly sat on their hands. So be aware. They will be friendly and trip over themselves to get you to purchase a car, but they suddenly become scarce and unavailable if you have a problem.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! They will be friendly when you want to purchase a new car, but once you do they won't care for you if you have a problem. I've been completely ignored ever since I turned in my lease and now I'm getting charge for something I returned 6 months ago!! I keep leaving voicemails to Jorge and still haven't got a call back.

Buyer Beware!!!! You don't want to do business with this dealer. We have three Chevy's so we buy parts to service and maintain them. The parts dept is rude and slow. This last instance with them was the last one. I thought they may treat me with a condescending attitude because I am a woman buying parts, but when they do that to my husband who is a mechanic and knows parts - it's just rude and unprofessional.
The service dept is almost as bad. They promised our vehicle on a certain day but it wasn't ready for 4 days after the day given. We called them for an update one day and they said, "Oh, we don't know the mechanic left early today". Are you kidding!?! Sorry, but I can go to other dealerships who will take my money AND GIVE ME GOOD SERVICE. Not going to Puente Hills Chevrolet again even if they are the closest dealer to me!

In my experience, not an honest dealership to work with. Very disappointed with this dealer. My advice, question everything, ask a million questions, don t just trust this dealership and take their word for it.

I left my truck on Monday because of check engine light and a blown fuse. Today is Thursday and after 9 calls to there service department I have only been able to speak to 1 li e perso. Who o ly transferred me to "My Service Representatives Voice Mail".
Gues what he never returned my call either... WTF????

The most rude, disrespectful and unprofessional pe...

The most rude, disrespectful and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with from a car dealership. This is in regards to dealing with people at this location over the phone. Everyone I dealt with was so rude and unprofessional. I was transferred 3-4 times, and no one knew what they were talking about. When I brought up the fact that I was transferred with no information multiple times, and that I would like some answers, a lady begin to laugh while she was trying to come up with some excuse as to why she had no answers.

I then spoke with someone in the finance department about why there was so much confusion on their end and why one of the employees told us that the truck would be released to us and delivered to our location in the morning, after surrendering the check the night before when the banks were closed. They tried to tell us that the check would take five days to be verified that all funds were available, which contradicts everything the employee had said the night before. The issue here would not have been the funds verification taking 5 days (although excessive) but the fact that we were told we would have the truck the next morning.

The man in the finance department would have rather spoken over me to repeatedly tell me that a check is only a piece of paper to them, instead of listened to my concerns, and real issues of being promised something, and that promise not being delivered. He also told me that I should call the employees who promised me all of this and talk to them, BUT THOSE EMPLOYEES TRANSFERRED ME TO HIM!

You would think that if you hand over a check to pay for a truck in full that you would receive a little bit of respect and honesty. Clearly not from these people who are only looking to sit around and eat donuts all day and not be bothered with customers. I will gladly take my 'piece of paper' and take it to a different Chevrolet dealer if it means not dealing with these people. Absolutely awful.

My wife had to ask if vehicle was inspected and was told yes. Upon arriving to pick up car, car needed tires, fuel injection needed replacement. Advisor was apologetic but for us this has happened twice. We know your dealership ownership is reputable but your staff is not representing a reputable entity. We would like someone in upper management to contact us for further concerns.

Absolutely horrid experience. Went to puente hills Chevy yesterday 11/12/2018 and found the car I wanted after waiting 3 hours we agreed on a price but I had to go pick up my sister from school. So we agreed I would return for the car the next day. I woke up early and returned on 11/13.. we ran through the paper work again! Even though we already had done this prior the day before low and behold another 3 hours later they try to haggle again after running my credit twice for both my business and my personal and finding no problem with it both times! Just a bunch of scammers trying to squeeze you out of every penny. Save your time and keep your stress levels low and avoids puente hills Chevy at all costs.

Excellent service as I usually don't come to Dealers for Regular Normal service, this time a set an appointment arrived and waited for service. They have WiFi so I was connected, they had Coffee, so I was hydrated, they even had popcorn so never got Hungry, so how can you go wrong. Phil Hampton, the service Manager took care of me and my concerns as a friendly professional. What more could you ask for. Thank You Puente Hills Chevrolet !
