They lie to you with their vans that they offer online, they are not the prices and they try to give you the greatest interest they can, regardless of the credit you have and after you buy the van they no longer answer you to give you more information about your car, I honestly do not recommend them .

We agreed on the price with out tax, title and license because I m buying from out of state. ( will pay ttl when I get back to my state)4 days of 2 to 3 failed fax attempts and I thing 3 emailing of Purchase order of wrong price I ve finally had it... talked with 2 sales people and 1 manager saying yes to the agreed price, still sent the P.O. with wrong price. Also I gave them my loan officer phone #, and never call her. Always thru me. What kind of professionalism is that???

made a cash deal with sales manager wilmer at 10 am, calls back at 1pm states sorry that car sold. verbal contracts are legal and binding, you broke the law. Would never do busness with these thives again, your reputation follows cause you did the same thing to me 15 years when i was buying a new pickup, so much for second chances douch bag. lucky i gave you one star it shoud be negative one.

Just bought my first New truck from this dealer. So Awesome and so excited. Great service great people. Everyone was so helpful treated me like I was the only customer on the lot. I just want to say Thanks to everyone there and that i will recommend all my family and friends to come check you guys out if in the market for new or used car.

Outstanding job by the auto service staff to include the staff from the chat room during my appointment dated 16 Sep 2020. I was greeted by one of the service staff approximately 0745 hours and Informed him of other problems besides the normal maintenance scheduled service and it was inspected during the tenure of the maintenance service. My appointment was 0800 hours and my car was done 1030 hours.

You don't get to help that many folks with what is generally the most important and expensive purchase or selling decision they will ever make without understanding their needs and wants. Providing a stress free purchase or sale is what I strive for each of my clients. I have to say that with the purchase of our new Chevy from David Campbell and Puente Hills Chevrolet we had that very same experience I try to give my clients. Our 2019 Chevy purchase was a very stress free purchase! David and his crew were all top notch professionals! I am sorry that the Patriots are going to crush the LA Rams next week hopefully they will come out stronger for the bruising.

Worst experience ever. Came here from fontana because we were referred from a family member who has a cousin who works there and was informed we would get a great deal. Not only did they refuse to give us a copy of our credit score but lied to us stating we had a fico score of 680 when it was actually high 700 s. Two sales guy, one named Imber showed us trucks who were both recently hired from Nissan were unable to answer our questions. They were giving us outrages monthly payments and ended up going to rancho Chevrolet and they were able to give us a great deal and great customer service that we walked away with a truck and a car. I would never refer friends or family members to puente hills.

I dropped my car off on Thursday so it could get worked on Friday morning. I needed 4 tire sensors, a new key, and new remote. The work was not done by Friday. I was told work would be done Saturday. Saturday came and went without even getting a phone call for an update. The dealership service department was closed Sunday so I got the car Monday morning.

UNHAPPY AND MAD!!!! Salesperson Armando and Manager Oscar are so pushy to do the deal and they lie to you. I founded out all the numbers and deal were not right I tried to not sign the contract but they kept holding back and they didn't want to give me my car back and keys the car was for $26,000 and I ended paying almost $34,000 when he promise to do the rebates for $2,500 and they didn't bla bla bla bla!!!! I went back the next day to exchange my car because I wanted to get the Camaro LT due to the car they gave me was unconformable to drive and they told I need to pay $3,000 due to the taxes ridiculous excuse!! because the paper work was mailed when the next day they call me from finance and they still need it other information to mail it . I will never go back and recommended anyone I never had a Chevrolet dealer treat a new customer like they did to me.

Came to this place previously and got a car through the Costco Auto program last week. I'm here again to get my car alarm set up.

You just need to find the right people who know what you're talking about.

I called the sale number to set up a time to get my alarm set up and I kept on being transfered or getting put on hold in search of the person that I asked for.

I called back in about two hours and asked for that person immediately and was transferred over instantly. And he knew exactly what I was talking about since he was the one who told me I needed to come back for my alarm.

So that was what I wanted. Good place, just look for the same person and you will get whatever you need done. Happy to be here. Just waiting now.

I had a wonderful experience at Puente Hills Chevrolet. I was a very frustrated customer who came across the street from Puente Hills Ford, and I was looking for a vehicle since the previous one I owned was not working out (contract-wise). I explained my situation to Puente Hills Chevrolet, and I told them that I was considering purchasing a new vehicle. They not only gave me some great advice, but they were also willing to finance me given my current credit situation, and they were super patient and kind throughout the whole sales process. My sales person was Ricky (he was awesome). He wasn't pushy, he was super knowledgeable, and he got me into a beautiful 2017 Camaro at a great deal! Ricky, Pedro, Mark, and the finance worker (I can't remember his name, but he was great too) were all apart of my final sale. After being treated so poorly at other dealerships, this one really made the effort to provide me with excellent service and a phenomenal deal. Even after the sale, they made courtesy phone calls asking about the service and how I am enjoying my new vehicle. A three hour paperwork process, great numbers, and a beautiful car--I could not be happier. Thank you for making car buying so easy. You now have a returning customer for life.

Our vehicle buying experience at Chevrolet of Puente Hills was amazing. My wife and I bought the 2021 Tahoe LT Package. Mark (manager), and Isaiah (salesman) were outstanding and displayed amazing customer service. I have bought many vehicles over the past 30 years and this dealership was by far the best experience I have ever had. Next year I will be going back to buy a new Chevy Silverado, all because the service was amazing. I even expressed to my coworkers and my family of the vehicle buying experience we had. Now one of my coworkers and my sister are ready to also purchase a new 2021 Tahoe at Chevrolet of Puente Hills.
I would have scored the customer experience above the 10 mark if i could.
I will definately recommend Chevy of Puente Hills to anyone I come across.

I was at this dealer on 9/12/18. I originally came to look at a 2013 Silverado 1500 price at just over 23,000. When I arrived I was told it was sold. So I found 2015 Silverado 1500 with the window price of 22981. We went to work a deal. I was pre approved for financing to 25000. I was trading a Jeep in with some negative equity. I was told by Andy and sells manager I couldn't get it for what I was approved for but to come up to 29000 and we would have a deal. So I left empty handed and drove 1.5 hours back home. I then got my approval up to 30000. Went back on Friday 9/14/18 and went in to do deal on same 2015 Silverado with same window price of 22981 in window. I was told that their online price was 25740 so that's what I had to pay. I said will your window says 22981 that's what I am legally entitled to. They said well I don't think we can do that. I said i was told Wednesday that if I was approved for 30000 I would have a deal so I drove another 1.5 hours to come and make the deal and they refused to work with me. They refused to unless I would go thru their approval process and have my credit ran again even though I was already approved and ready to fund the 30000. They then said ok we will work things out and call you in the morning and deliver the truck to you. I got a call the next morning from Magik and he said we won't take your financing but bring us a check for 33500 and we have a deal. So they want me to pay another 3500 more then what we agreed upon before and wouldn't use the financing I was approved for. So needless to say I won't be working with them. I will take my business elsewhere. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. Worse experience ever. Wasted two days and drove 6 hours total for nothing.

Took my car for service and hand my Phone charger, SS Camaro valve stems, and a Camero cup holder inserts stolen. The trunk felt clips were also broken. Total for all parts stolen was $50. Ill be filing a police report. Sad... The service writers are very nice but who knowns what happens after

Wow what a terrible experience here. I tried to return my Chevy spark lease here and the lease guy Joe denied my return because I didn't get an inspection. I told him I don't care if you charge me more I need to return the car today he said sorry I don't need to accept your return. What terrible service. The sales guy said if I wanted to lease another or buy another one they will help me.

This is the worst dealer ever. The people are rude awful and they will find any way to screw you as possible. I'm afraid to even write this review because they might retaliate and screw me some more. First they promised me a car at an affordable rate and then they went back on their word and tried to gauge me so when I gave the car back they ran my credit ELEVEN times!! Effectively ruining my credit in the process. They also stuck me with insurance that I didn't even know was out on the car and now I have to deal with the insurance company's collections because they're forcing me to pay 500 dollars of insurance for a car I never even got to keep!! These awful people are the worst, do not ever buy a car from them, don't even step into their offices because they will ruin your life. It's the worst decision I ever made!!

I WARN!!! you do not go here. They told me they were having a huge sale they didn't tell me the incentives. I told them I had my own finance company they told me I had to fill out a paper just for fraud purposes. Turns out it was a lie, they were running my credit even after I told them I had a finance company already. I told them I wanted my paperwork back with my info on it, they wouldn't give me my paperwork back with my info. I told the man he was scamming me, he told me "I guess if you want to put it that way" this place is a disgrace and full of deceit and lies. Don't waste your time. They have continued to run my credit untill the next day dropping my score. I bought my car somewhere else.

Tried to buy a car from you guys but turn out to be a nightmare. I need an answer from the management team or the owner about the thing happened to me please! I went to dealership two time. I was looking for a bolt. First time I went, sales person who looks like a reliable person he ran my credit and tell me if I want the deal that I like I need to bring my dad to the dealership and let him to the cosigner. He told me the owner agreed to do the deal if I bring my dad back and I can have his word. However, I went back to the dealership on the second day. They switch me to anther sales person. Then I gave them my dad's DL and SSN, I assumed that they ran my credit and my dad's credit, because the only manager was helping another customer next door. The sales man was watching YOUTUBE the whole time while we waiting. The video was still playing while I had conversation with the manager and him. However, the manager came in with no any credit report and only thing he had was a price sheet. He told me base on your dad and your credit score this is the deal that I can get. It is TOTALLY DIFFERENT then the offer I get on first day. So I show him the offer that I get from the another dealership and I told him the deal that we agreed yesterday. Then he starting insult me. And He told me I AM TELLING YOU ,YOU DON'T COME IN HERE AND TELL ME WHAT PRICE THAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, I CAN SELL THE CAR FOR WHATEVER THE PRICE I LIKE, BECAUSE I AM THE MAN IN CHARGE. Then he said I can sell you the cruze for the same price. I said no and I prepared to leave. Then he said YOU HAVE GOOD TASTE, YOU HAVE CHAMPAGNE TASTE BUT YOU ARE CHEAP. Then the sales person start laughing at me. However, I left the dealership. I saw the sales person that I originally work with in the front door, then the manger came out and start yelling to him and tell him how stupid I am and try to get a deal like that. I just want ask you guys, is this how you trade your client?

My first experience to take me to this Delear when I bought my truck, the salesman told me that he lit the chevy logo. What was the surprise that they told me lies after a week I went to ask what had happened and they told me that the seller was wrong and what? . The manager came out and not to get angry as he gave me a change of oil, he committed that in any case that does NOT SERVE THAT HE BURNED VERY QUICKLY.

So disappointed. Ghetto dealership. Took my car to get the air filter changed and to get my steering wheel toggle buttons fixed. Took all the appropriate steps to make this a smooth service. Made an appointment on a Saturday at 8am, bright and early. Spent all day waiting for a call. I had to call myself and by the time I called, the service department was already closed. When I asked for the service manager/ supervisor the receptionist kept hanging up on me. No one bothered to call me to tell me that they were going to keep my car the whole weekend! So I was left without a car. No one even offered me a rental! Eventually I got a hold of someone and told them to cancel my service all together and that I was going to pick up my car first thing Monday morning. Come Monday morning, I open up my glove box and obviously someone tried to find out if I had anything valuable in there. Didn t even bother to put my things back how I had them. I highly doubt you need to go INTO my car to change an air filter. Luckily I don t leave anything valuable in my car. I m very disappointed in this dealership. How ghetto/ poor are your service people that they need to try and steal from other people s vehicles? I hope someone reads this and takes a look at their surveillance cameras to see who decided to go into my car.

Puente Hills Chevrolet is the place to purchase your vehicle! I have purchased two vehicles within the last 4 months, and the service was wonderful each time. I first purchased a used Honda Civic for my little sister, and I had many needs before I signed across the dotted line. The salesman Brandon Gomez was very detailed and answered every need. The second time around it was my turn. My intentions were to work with Brandon again, but do to a position change he recommended Efrain. I told Efrain my situation, and he weighed out each option. While listening to each option, I noticed he was an expert in his field. His word meant everything to me, so I made sure I listen to what he recommended, while still making sure my needs were met. Throughout the process Efrain and myself were able to learn a little about each other and our families. It was definitely a great experience because it showed he wasn't trying to just sell you a vehicle and you're on your way. He was trying to establish a relationship, and to me that's important because if I have any questions regarding my vehicle or perhaps purchase another one I know Efrain will be there to help!

Ernesto the salesman was very helpful in helping us get the car we wanted with all the features my family and I needed. Definitely a great experience

These guys are great! I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted :) There have been a few issues with the car, but they've taken care of them with no issues. Rene, in their service department, and porter Devyn are THE BEST assets this dealership has! Everyone in service has been wonderful, but Rene and Devyn have been outstanding. Car troubles and all, I would buy a car there again because they will take good care of you and make sure you are a happy customer! :)

I always visit here for routine service for my corvette stingray(3yrs already). Hector is my #1 service advisor. He is always kind, truthful and knowledgeable. Most important part is that Hector/this Puente Hills Chevy do not over charge customer. I feel comfortable visiting here always. My experience here in Puente Hills Cevrolet is COMPLETELY SATISFIED ALWAYS. I will definitely buy the new C8 here once available.

The worst of the worst service I have ever seen. Called three times in a row to try to connect to the maintenance department and nobody answered the phone nor even the operator at the front desk knows whether they are still open and find anyone to assist the customer. Very poor service and poor customer service. People works there is so lazy. I am so disappointed at this dealer.

If I could give this dealership a negative review, I would. My boyfriend just bought a 2016 Chevy Colorado on Thursday with only 5 miles on it, only to overheat on him 6 miles out of the lot. According to the dealership, it was the water hose that had not been clamped (factory mistake), but when my boyfriend tried to switch the truck for another one (because how can he trust that no damage was done?), they pretty much said he's stuck with it, unless he now wants to "trade it in" for another one. Are you serious? If they really had good customer service and cared about the products they sell, they could've worked something out with him in order to give him a peace of mind. It's sad to see that now he's obligated to keep a BRAND NEW TRUCK that he no longer trusts will be in good working order, because after all, he's not a mechanic to know that they actually "fixed" it and that nothing is wrong with it...

DO NOT GO THIS THIS DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE A CAR, NEW OR USED, AS YOU WILL BE LIED TO AND SCAMMED!!!
