I ordered an office chair which they had for a much lower price than the big box. I called on the phone to check availability and quite frankly, to check them out, as I was unfamiliar with them. I quickly got a human on the phone who worked at their HQ in Chicago who verified availability and shipping time. I ordered online and it show up here, 500 miles away, in two days, with an undamaged box almost unmarked box from an unmarked truck. They even rang the doorbell when they delivered it. Shipping was free despite the heavy weight of the chair. I'll probably shop here again. They seem like a good alternative to the monopolistic big box -- or a very clever front (lol).

I have ordered a $250 chair from this site and they have had poor communication and I still have not received my order ten days out despite paying $42 for shipping. I emailed them three times using their live chat from their website and also direct email and did not receive any answer about my order until 7 days after purchase. I was told that they tried to deliver the chair 3 days ago but no one was home. I was home and heard no one ring my bell. After I ordered the chair I was not told ANY information about shipping. No tracking number or estimated delivery date so how was I supposed to know when I should be home anyway? Spending $42 for shipping I feel I should have had more information on the order. I then received emails from the customer service saying that they expected the delivery to happen on the 23rd between 8:30am- 1pm. So what did I do? Made sure I had nothing to do but wait in my living room to make sure if the bell was rung I would hear it. No bell. They didn't come. I offered to pick this item up from their supplier as I just want the order at this point but they have not responded to that request and I am told I need to wait for them to schedule the delivery again. This allows me more waiting and wondering what misinformation I will receive next time. They probably will not notify me and I will be gone and then tell me they tried to deliver it but no one was home again resulting in a huge circle of misunderstandings and me not getting my product which I spent nearly $300 for.

They are great! The prices can't be beat and they go to any length to provide not only your product, but also a great customer experience.

We ordered two office type chairs from Progressive, after finding what we wanted at a big box store, and searching the internet to find a better price.

Not only did they offer the chairs we wanted at a MUCH better price (60% of the other guys), but the chairs arrived in two days!!!

Progressive will be my first "stop" when searching for products that I need that they can fulfill. Highly recommend!!!

Super fast shipping and the cheapest I was able to find this chair

Priced around for a good office chair and a office supply chain store had it with a 79 dollar delivery charge. Decided to Google the chair and found Progressive Industries. Read the reviews, then ordered the chair. It was the same price as the store only the delivery was free! It arrived two days later, along with two chair pads that were the same price as one at the store. I am extremely happy with Progressive Industries and will continue to do business with them.

Their price was almost $200 lower than the box office supply store and delivery time was great. There was a mix up in that the delivered day was actually earlier that promised but I wasn't going to be able to be there to sign. No problem. I called customer service and they had me send an email stating that the product could be dropped off. Problem solved. Great job guys.

Office chairs are a bit difficult to get right now and I needed a bunch of the same model. So I looked around and found Progressive and ordered from them. Things were on back order, but I called to get an ETA and got "a real live person that cared!!" It was refreshing to say the least. But even better she helped me figure out the situation and made some calls to help. My chairs showed up ahead of when they promised and were exactly what I needed. Great experience and I'll be buying from them again.

I would give zero stars if it was possible. I have never been more disappointed in a company than I am with Progressive Industries. I ordered a conference table which consisted of 4 pieces: 2 end pieces and 2 middle sections to get to the length we needed. They only sent 1 of the middle sections and failed to let me know that the 2 end pieces, which are crucial to creating the table, were not available until I kept pressing for an update which I finally received the day before I was expecting it. I still don't know about the other middle section because they only refunded me for the 2 end pieces. I now have only 4 days to try and find a replacement which I'm finding impossible.

I was looking for a replacement part for one of our house spigots. I could not find the part anywhere in store or online without being part of a plumbing supply store. It was very frustrating, but when I came across Progressive Industries Inc, I was so happy to find exactly what I needed! I was shocked to see that they had the part, the price was LOWER than anywhere else, and shipping was FREE! The parts arrived in two days and I could not be happier. I will definitely be searching their website again for any needs I may have. One happy customer!

The desk lamp I purchased is excellent quality and was delivered super fast. It was also a much lower price than I found for the identical lamp anywhere on the internet. If I need anything else for my business, this is the first place I will look.

After checking prices at Office Depot, I looked online for the same office chair and found it at two other sources. The lowest priced option was $10 less, but wanted to charge nearly $100 for shipping. Progressive was the other option - $10 more, but with free ground shipping. When the chair arrived, there was a small hole on the back due to a manufacturers packaging issue. Brittney worked with me to get the part replaced twice. The first replacement had a different defect. My purchase is whole now and my new chair is super comfortable. Pleased with my purchase and support along the way.

This was the first time I bought anything from Progressive Industries. I bought an executive office chair for my home office for $100 cheaper than the chain stores sale price. The chair arrived 2 days later. Very happy with the chair. They also followed up to make sure I was happy with my order. I will certainly use them again. Excellent Experience!

I ordered these for my son, who wants to keep personal journals, more than one, for different subjects. He is in prison, and wanted something of better quality than the chintzy notebooks he can get from the prison commissary. These would be appropriately nice yet not so obviously so as to be theft-prone or to make other inmates jealous; and the price is right. The order was processed quickly and arrived in good time.
Alas, the prison deemed he doesn t need them as he can use the notebooks from the commissary. They routed them to his personal bag which he will not have access to until he gets out in nine years.

I was skeptical about the company, but no more. The price for what I wanted seemed too good to be true. so I looked at the reviews, decdied that they looked more than likely to be legitimate, and took a chance. The ANSI Heat Level 4 gloves I needed were offered at a VERY reasonable price, and in single quantity. Others either had no e-commerce, and/or were not offering the specific brand and style of gloves I wanted in less than a dozen quantity, or wanted the almost the price of a dozen to sell one pair. Besides their price being comparable to the ordinary welders' gloves that were all I could find locally, (and didnt protect me from the heat) they were delivered well packaged, undamaged, and in a very reasonable length of time.

I CALLED THEM ABOUT AN ITEM TO SEE IF THEY HAVE IT IN STOCK, THE GUY COULD NOT ANSWER THE QUESTION. HE SAID THAT HE WOULD CHECK AND CALL ME BACK. I ASKED HOW LONG AND HE SAID THE SOONER YOU HANG UP I CAN CHECK AND CALL YOU BACK. WELL NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. I THINK THAT THIS IS A SCAM OPERATION. TELL ME A COMPANY TODAY THAT SELLS ONLINE AND DOES NOT HAVE A COMPUTER TO CHECK THERE STOCK. SCAM COMPANY

Progressive customer service tried everything in their power to assist me with my problem. We did not reach a resolution that i originally intended but i am 100% satisfied with how quickly they responded to emails, sending replacements, refunds, and simply being attentive to my needs in a timely professional manner. Never have i had service as attentive as this. They deserve a 5 out of 5 for sure!

I had an order delayed (not their fault, they had to get it straight from the manufacturer) and Brittany kept in touch with me the whole time and would give me an update to let me know she didn t forget about me. she went above and beyond. Excellent communication and personable!

Bought an office chair from Progressive. It was about half the price if Office Depot, Staples, etc... shipping was free and fast. Received the chair in about three or four days. Highly recommend.

I wanted multiple pieces of home office furniture and between the prices and no shipping/delivery fee, it was going to save me well over $150 to take a chance on a company I had never heard of but had good reviews. So I took the chance and was blown away by the speed they got the stuff here, and it s all in perfect from the manufacturer boxing. Will definitely check PII next time for my office furniture needs.

Purchased 2 Office Chairs after going through all the other sellers I could find online. Checked eBay Amazon and so on, as well looked around locally...

I found Progressive and as a web dev was a bit put off by the site....DON'T BE FOOLED...their site is a bit aged, but the outfit is Top Notch. Im a state over and decided to give them a shot. The price I paid was exceptional, easily $50 cheaper per chair and the service was excellent as well. Though their process seemed slow when viewed through "Amazon Prime User" eyes, it in fact was quite streamlined and the shipping was fine, a week, given the roughly 30% price difference.

Having been spoiled in many ways by other online outfits, yet finding that the quality of products was often complete garbage, it was nice to work with a local company that sold the product I was after.

Highly Recommend trying this group if they have a product you are shopping for. You wont regret the transaction.

I have never written a Google review for a company before, but I am glad this could be my first. I was originally skeptical of Progressive since their prices were unbelievably low (over $150 less than big box on an office chair). However, Progressive far exceeded my expectations. After having difficulty processing my payment, they not only prioritized fixing the problem, but also OVERNIGHTED my chair to me free of charge. My order was placed at 3pm and it was on my doorstep by 9am the next morning. Truly unsurpassed customer service, I will be redirecting all of my office needs to Progressive!

I needed a new computer chair and found the best Serta one at Progressive Industries. It was $90 less than any other store and it was the same exact chair. I ordered it on Tuesday and it was delivered two days later on Thursday. Great service and price. Spoke to representative on Tuesday and she was very cooperative. Very good business to work with.

I found the office chairs I was looking for here at a large discount compared to every other online store. I ordered 2 and they arrived within a few days.

We found what we need at Progressive after searching the web for days. Their felt stripping is as good as stated and made in the USA. The cost was very reasonable for he quality, and delivery of our order was great.

Ordered a Serta office chair from them. I used their live chat on their website to see if they were still shipping product during this time of COVID. Support was quick and he checked inventory and gave me estimated arrival date if I ordered that day without having to ask. I ordered that day and the shipment arrived on the day he gave as the estimate. Product came in perfect, and their price was the lowest I found online. A+
